Hotel terbaik di Basel-Stadt

War im August 2023 für eine Nacht mit der Familie in diesem B&B. Kommen wir zum Check In! Ich musste beim Check Inn Englisch sprechen! Wieso kann man in Basel an der Rezeption kein Deutsch???? Nun das Zimmer, wir hatten das Familienzimmer mit einem Doppelbett und zwei Einzelbetten. Das Zimmer war schön gross und sauber. Die Klimaanlage läuft gar nicht man kann einstellen was man will Sie läuft nicht. Ich nehme böse an das Sie vom Hotel bewusst abgestellt wurde. Was ich auch noch nie in einem Hotel gesehen habe sind die Fenster ohne Griffe!!! Man kann die Fenster weder öffnen noch schliessen!?!? Nun das Frühstück! Was soll ich sagen es war überschaubar und Eklig zugleich! Habe mir Salami und S*****en genommen und das Zeuch regelrecht ausgespuckt! Ja man hat uns zum Frühstück, tatsächlich Salami und S*****en serviert der wohl schon seit Tagen nicht mehr geniessbar war!

It's located besides the river. Approx 10min walking from the Basel sbb station. Since it's a budget it's pretty compact in size , just have enough space for 2 people. As you can see no doors for the bathroom. However it's cleaned and we had a nice view from the window. Good for a 1 night stay.

Our 3 day trip in Basel concludes on more positives than nagging issues. First the good part: Staff such as Steven, Catia and Michael are worth mentioning as they did their best to accommodate our requests. In general the front office staff seems rather well trained and courteous. Secondly the location of this hotel is ideal. With access to train, tram and bus stations within a couple 100 metres is very convenient. Sound isolation and sleep quality are pretty decent. Rooms are modern and seem to ve renovated recently. Ample parking available in the basement. The best part is the entrance of the hotel is within the private space and does not hinder public traffic. So parking the vehicle to offload the luggage is practical. I feel one of the best designs of this hotel is to be able to manoeuvre your car and allow guests to be able to safely disembark. Breakfast is decent and very clean setup. No signs of hygiene issues. And now to the few nagging issues: First the over engineering of elevators and their use can ve confusing at first. Staff should take time to read any messages and requests done through third party booking platforms. Although requests were addressed promptly but could have avoided delays. Room temperature settings difficult to comprehend for kelvins to Celsius conversions. Also the room was quite warm and slightly unpleasant in the evening. Breakfast should consider some infant friendly options too. Value for money - a miss for sure. Overall I would say it was quite a pleasant experience but the management needs to step up on making it a value proposition.

This hotel is within walking distance from the SBB train station, staff at the hotel are very friendly and speak very good English. I was very grateful for the early check in without any quibble with the receptionist, and she explained how we can get around. Room was very comfortable and clean. Breakfast had a good choice of hot and cold foods, with variations every day. I would definitely stay here again. The only discomfort with our room was the temperature in our room was set to 19C, which was comfortable during the day, but was a bit too hot for the night for us, and we couldn’t lower the temperature down.

出差選的酒店，地理位置無敵。Basel火車站出門就是，從Basel機場出來坐50路巴士到底就是。酒店很大，房間超多，有點曲徑通幽的感覺。衞浴設備很好，都是杜拉維特和雅生的品牌，床品柔軟，隔音好，房間很安靜，是在歐洲的一個月睡得最好的幾天。Basel不大，入住酒店會送city pass,基本在Basel的所有公共交通都可以覆蓋，還能半票去看一些景點。我去了玩具博物館，強烈推薦泰迪熊粉絲去看。 早餐很豐盛，有生魚片供應的早餐在歐洲的酒店並不常見，尤其喜歡他家的鮮榨橙汁機，特別輕鬆易操作，每天早晨都會喝上兩杯鮮榨橙汁。 值得給滿分的酒店。

We recently stayed at the GAIA hotel in Basel for two nights. The location across from the train station was very convenient. The hotel staff was super accommodating and helpful in answering our questions, even looking up the platform our train was leaving from and telling us how to find it. Our room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was included and the quality and variety was good. Would definitely stay there again.

A value for money, convenient stay in the heart of Basel. An easy walk to the old city landmarks and the Rhine. The reception’s a wee bit hit and miss because it’s frequently unattended. A nuisance when you’ve just arrived. Perhaps they should tell you just to go to the Euler Hotel reception (the main gig next door). Anyway I recommend it. The staff, when they’re there, are lovely. The room has everything you need and in good repair.

The Grand Hotel Euler is in such a great location for arriving at the train station and for access to the tram system that runs through the city of Basel. We were made very welcome at the reception and offered a free Basel transport card for our stay which was very useful. All of the staff we spoke with during our stay were really friendly. there were 5 of us staying in 3 rooms and all of our rooms were really clean and stocked with bottled water and a tea/coffee making machine. I asked for an extra pillow and they immediately made sure each of us in our party was given an extra. We had a drink and snacks at the bar a couple of times and the man on the bar ( Giovanni) was super nice and the service was great. The rooms were all super clean and the bathrooms a good size with heated towel rails.

在瑞士，這個價位來説，早餐出乎意料的好！工作人員服務態度也很好！The breakfast was amazing! And everybody in the hotel is very nice!

The rooms are absolutely fabulous. I had booked the basic room and it was huge. Really affordable as well for the location. Although, it is still around 20-25 min walk away from the main tourist attractions.
