Hotel Pantai di Abu Dhabi

This hotel features a unique style with its sandy yellow architecture reminiscent of old Dubai, making it a very comfortable stay. The terrace rooms offer beautiful views of the hotel pool and beach, and from a distance, you can even see a mosque. April mornings are delightful for sunbathing on the beach. The seafood buffet for two at AED 390 is a great deal, though the taste is just average, and dining options nearby are limited, mostly consisting of hotels and upscale residences. It's a 15-minute drive to the mosque and 30 minutes to the Louvre Museum. After 11 AM, you can enjoy a small boat ride around the hotel, which can be a bit dull but adds to the activities available. The gym is separated by gender, which might be a slight inconvenience for couples. Overall, we are very satisfied with our stay at the hotel.

This is one of the best hotels we’ve ever stayed at. Me and my husband are very picky about cleanness. The hotel met all our expectations. Super clean, elegant, cozy. The room was big with a magnificent view. I loved the shampoo and conditioner, made my hair so smooth and shiny. Breakfast was so delicious, the quality of the food was very good. I loved the bird outdoor which protected our food from the crows. The dinner buffet was very nice. So many varieties, we enjoyed a lot. The staff was friendly and polite. The beach is one of my favorites, very clean and cozy. This is my first time ever to leave a hotel review. I have no enough words to describe how amazing our experience was. We will definitely go back. The hotel is 1000 out of 10. Thank you!

Everything is really nice with the hotel, they even accomodated us to a one bedroom suite when requested. The only drawback was the overcrowded breakfast buffet and the arrangements being accross three rooms that was very annoying and not a pleasant experience. But the property is beautiful and location is perfect would recommend anyone to stay here.

Place is good generally. However a few issues stands out. At reception check-in, they will ask you to email them your booking details or take a photo of your app booking. Please remember to hide certain private details ie. Trip.com pin number as that is only for our personal use. We waited about 1hr for checking almost 3pm the usual check-in time although many people were checking out earlier. When we entered room, bedsheets were all wet. It didn't dry properly, both beds were wet. They helped us changed. Then the lights short-circuited, they need to reset. Then the toilet choked. The flushing mechanism can be improved, it gets stuck when you press the button and flushing is not smooth. breakfast was decent, limited options for mains. Overall, it was passable. But for Yas island hotel and brand name of park inn, we expected a lot better. Similar to a budget hotel vibe

Really spacious room, lots of closet space, and huge bathroom. Amenities wise, it was really upsetting that the adult-only pool was too full so we got rejected and had to use the family pool. And next to the family pool, there was a really loud construction happening so it wasn't a relaxing time by the pool.

The property area is huge and it consists of main building which looks vintage as shown in photo and villas, my family can walk safely around hotel property area while enjoying sightseeing around the hotel

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff were warm, welcoming, and professional. Check-in was quick and smooth, and they made me feel valued as a guest. The room was spotless, spacious, and beautifully designed. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the room had everything I needed for a relaxing stay. Housekeeping did an excellent job every day. The hotel's facilities were outstanding, and the overall atmosphere was peaceful and luxurious. Breakfast offered a great variety of fresh and delicious options, and the service throughout the hotel was consistently excellent. The location was also very convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions, restaurants, and transportation. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, quality, and exceptional service. I would definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay at the Sheraton Abu Dhabi. Everything was excellent — the breakfast was outstanding with a great variety and high quality. The pre-Christmas dinner was also fantastic: very diverse, beautifully prepared, and truly enjoyable. Overall, a great experience and we would be happy to return.

The quality of materials and finishing throughout the resort is evident, and it is clear that significant investment has gone into creating a luxurious physical environment. The hardware standard is strong and well maintained. That said, while the resort is expansive, the overall range of facilities and experiential elements did not feel as extensive or surprising as I had initially imagined. Given the positioning and reputation of the property, there is perhaps an opportunity to introduce more distinctive or memorable touchpoints that elevate the sense of discovery and excitement for guests. On a very positive note, the restaurant service team stood out in a wonderful way. Their warmth, attentiveness, and professionalism genuinely enhanced the stay. It is often the human element that leaves the strongest impression, and in this regard, your F&B colleagues did an excellent job. With the strong foundation already in place — both in terms of infrastructure and service culture — I believe there is great potential to further refine the guest journey and create even more memorable moments.
