the best hotel we ever been in Asia. so nice and kind and staff, still smiling and very helpful from receptionist, cleaners, garderners. everyone was very nice. Breakfast is absolutely amazing. hotel is very clean and they care about it whole day. rooms are big and nice. it was amazing stay for us. thank you.

Kami mempunyai penginapan yang mengagumkan di Sudamala. Ia adalah hotel 5 bintang tetapi layanannya adalah yang terbaik seperti hotel 6 bintang (Putu, Suhaimi, Dadi). Mereka benar-benar menjadikan penginapan kami sangat istimewa. Makanannya sedap terutamanya Ayam Taliwang. It is the best ayam taliwang in lombok by Chef Juandi. Dia juga menyambut kami semasa sarapan pagi dan makan tengah hari yang diatur khas. Bilik itu luas, katilnya sangat selesa. Kami menginap di Narmada 220 pemandangan matahari terbenam, oleh itu pemandangan lautan adalah hebat. Kami mempunyai penerbangan lewat petang, dan mereka menawarkan kami daftar keluar lewat pada pukul 3.

Pertama kali ke Lombok dan good experience at sheraton,keren banget servicenya,great location dan staff very helpfull,pertahakan ya sheraton servicenya😘😘teruntuk ibu Ayu di bagian breakfast dan endy di bagian cleaning service kalian terbaik🙏🙏Next trip ke lombok pasti ke sheraton lagi❤️❤️

Wij verbleven in een pool villa, het huisje was enorm ruim en goed schoon en van veel gemakken voorzien, zelfs een buiten jacuzzi. Tijdens de eerste nacht was onze zoon van 20 maanden meerdere malen gestoken. Tijdens het ontbijt hebben heeft de staff dit waargenomen en direct actie ondernomen door een muggennet te installeren over zijn bedje. Goede oplossing, daarna is hij niet meer gestoken.  Er was veel keuze tijdens het ontbijt, wel waren de algemene ruimtes wat minder schoon voor Europese begrippen.

The staff are very efficient and extremely friendly. Mba Mifta is a very concerned person. Restaurant staff and cleaners knew their job function very well. Landscaping work is amazing. I am looking forward to visiting this place again.

Pros: Good spacious room with big balcony Mattress and pillow were comfy Nice big pool Directly at the beach, with a nice garden No many choices for breakfast but was good and enough HBO movies( nice for rainy days? Cons: Slow internet, mobile network is much faster Almost no water pressure in the shower Hotel is next to the main road, so can be noisy if you’re a light sleeper

Saya memesan kamar untuk teman saya dan resepsionisnya kenal dgn saya dan dia mengadu ke kluarga sya bahwa sya memesan kamar untuk diri sya dgn org. Privasi pelanggan itu yg paling utama dan itu yg harus dijaga oleh pihak hotel bukan malah menceritakan kesana kesini .

Breakfast is good, banana cake fried rice coffee milk ... The main thing is that the service attitude is superb, we will not buy tickets for Bus, the waiter took the initiative to ride a motorcycle to help us buy it; we waited on the roadside for too late Eat early, the waiter brought it to the side of the road early, so sweet

Mixed feelings The room I initially booked (paid extra for AC and hot water) was just dirty and I could not control the AC bc remote wasn’t working so it was always on I could clearly see that no one had cleaned it (see first three pictures) and tbh bathroom felt unsafe with electric cables next to shower I asked to change and they tried to give to charge me extra for another room - I told them either I have what I paid for (AC and clean bedsheets) either it’s ok they pay me back and I leave The staff said I’d need to talk to the manager and when I said ok bring me the manager they never got them and offered me third room without paying extra (feels dishonest that they didn’t show me this one first) Bedsheets were okayish (so many weird stains, see pictures) but this one had no hot water - and they clearly said that I got downgraded. They wanted me to pay extra for the upgrade but do you think they paid me back the difference for the downgrade? Of course not (feels dishonest to charge extra for things you paid for initially but no pay back when you provide less than was paid for) I don’t know how much a hotel like this needs a pool (which was really nice by the way) when they’re so close to the beach. Maybe they should put the pool budget into clean rooms and hot water lol
