Hotel Pantai di Biloxi

We felt like the room was our personal condo and the staff was property management taking care of us like we were a permanent tenants. And the price of a 1,300 sq ft 2-bed 2-bath with balcony and floor to ceiling windows with ocean view was about the same as economy-size rooms I had gotten the same month on Bourbon Street in New Orleans and in Panama City Beach. If you want a quiet and very comfortable stay in Biloxi, you’ll want to be at the South beach Biloxi Hotel & Suites.

I booked my stay at IP Resort ****** through trip.com and it was the first time I had used this site. I got a fantastic price for my stay but was a little nervous that it was too good to be true. I needed to change my reservation to check in a day later than originally planned. Was super easy to do. Once I got to the IP to check in at the mobile kiosk, I got a message stating ”reservation date mismatch”. No worries, go to the front desk. The lady at the desk states that they don't have my reservation. They showed my original check in date of July 8th, but I was put as a ”now show”. I informed her that I had changed my reservation to check in on July 9th. Showed confirmation email, etc., nope they don't have a reservation for me. She gets the manager La Sara who tells me same info. Basically, the whole thing is out of their hands and I need to contact trip.com. Now, by this time I am so frustrated. Mainly because we had multiple people in our group who had also booked through trip.com and changed check in dates and had already checked in with no problem. Well, long story short- I get with trip.com, they call hotel and iron out the issue. Turns out that the error was on the trip.com side when I changed my reservation they never notified the hotel. Thankfully there were rooms still available and they were able to check me in. Trip.com went out of their way to make it right, and so did La Sara. This woman was fantastic and SO helpful. She helped turn what could've been a horrible experience into a great stay. She and I ended up chatting for a while afterwards and ended up we had a lot in common. Kudos to La Sara and trip.com's customer service for making everything turn out fantastically.

Perfect spot! Across the street from Beau Rivage and the room was fantastic! Very clean and the most comfortable bed!

Somewhat disappointed. We understood that the check in time was at 4pm. However , upon arrival, our room was not ready and we had to wait over an hour for our room. There were a lot of us waiting. Somehow they did not have enough housekeeping staff to clean the rooms that were obviously vacated at 11am as I understood, that was the check out time. As we finally got our room at the 5th floor, we came upon multiple available rooms that were available that needed cleaning. We presumed they needed cleaning because the doors were left open. We actually took a peek inside. I should say, I should give them credit. They gave us free dinner or breakfast. We really were not able to take advantage of the dinner offer since after checking into our room, we rushed to gamble at Beau Rivage. Our breakfast actually came with our booking.

Staff was nice. Great location. The bed was not comfortable. It was hard and the hallways smelled like smoke but it was a smoke free building😒. Not sure if we will be staying here again.

The inn was in a great location, the room was clean. It was quiet. There was a time they turned the water off without telling the guest but didn’t stay off long. Overall great stay!!

We never previously stayed at a LaQuinta and I can assure you we never will again!!! We were lied to about the room by the front desk person who got off at 3 p.m. The first room we were in, that the front desk person lied about and moved us to, appeared to have water coming up through the floor. When we entered the room water was puddles under the bed and around two sides of it. We cleaned it up except for the part to show the water was clear and not a mess made by our dog. When we tried to call the front desk, the room phone did not work at all not even a dial tone. While waiting for the front desk to change our room, we flushed the toilet and it was like a floodgate of water started appearing from the floor. Getting back to the front desk girl lying to us. I told her that I cannot physically climb stairs because she was telling me i would have to climb 3 flights of stairs dur to problems with the elevator. We were told that though the room would be a queen bed, instead of a king, it was not as far to walk as the elevator and it was a drive up room. Well, let me tell you, we passed the elevator on the way to the room and it was all the way to the end of the hallway. Also, from the after 3 p.m. desk clerk, who straightened out the first desk clerk's mess and who did not lie to us, we found out this LaQuinta has NO drive up rooms!!! I has prepaid our room with no mention of a fee for our dog. So, in addition, this dishonest front deskperson charges us a $25 fee for our dog. When we checked out today, my husband asked for a receipt and the dishonest front desk person told him it would be emailed to us. Honestly, at this point we do not trust that our credit card information is secure and has not been lifted. Given all of this, we will NEVER stay at any LaQuinta again and will actively discourage our friends and family from staying in any LaQuinta.

The room is very outdated but you get what you pay for. The toilet was not set correctly and rocked anytime it was used. Eventually leaked when flushed. I let the front desk know. There was a man talking to the front desk and said to them this was the second toilet that had similar issues.
