Hotel Pantai di Collier County

Second time staying at the Naples Bay Resort but this was the first time in one of the cottages. Great location and only a 1 min walk to the main pool complex. We had a couple of issues with the cottage when we first got there but the resort had them all resolved within hours. The whole resort is beautiful and a short walk to 5th Avenue and Tin city. The pools and amenities are great, it was a self maintained cottage so no daily housekeeping as you would get with the hotel, if staying longer I’d like to have had housekeeping come at least once tho. The cottage was clean although attention to detail wasn’t there e.g. dust on top of pictures, bed frame etc… but generally was clean. It had everything we needed, they supply towels and toilet paper (a few) and a few other things like detergent. Kitchen was well stocked and had more utensils than we would ever use. Overall a great stay and we will be back.

This is my second time at the Inn. Wonderful experience both times. Staff is absolutely superb! Rooms are huge and super well appointed. Two different coffee making machines, bottles of wine and prosecco to purchase, wine glasses and flutes (real glass, not plastic!!!) and ceramic mugs. Bathrobes, plenty towels, ironing board and iron, a safe, and even an umbrella. Swimming pool is small but big enough. Free shuttle to the beach, too!!! The whole place is very scenic and beautiful. If you need to go to the Ft. Myers/Naples area, this is the place to stay. I’m coming back, for sure.

All’esterno sembra un normale motel americano, ma, già alla reception si capisce la cura e la pulizia del posto. Camera spaziosa e molto pulita, all’esterno un tavolino con ombrellone, ma ciò che stupisce è il giardino interno dove trova spazio una piscina, un gazebo che serve anche per la colazione, alcuni angoli per rilassarsi con sdraio, o sedie a dondolo e 3 isole con grill per poter preparare bistecche e verdure da grigliare. A circa 10/15 minuti dalle spiagge di cui vi consiglio Delnor-Wiggins Pass State Park parcheggio 6 dollari tramite QR code, solo bagni chimici altrimenti Clam Pass Park 10 dollari di parcheggio e c’è una navetta che vi porta alla spiaggia tramite una passerella di legno in mezzo alle mangrovie, spuaggia con bar servizi igienici e possibilità di affittare ombrelloni e lettini

Nous avions réservé une chambre avec balcon et vue piscine. En arrivant surprise. Vue sur les poubelles et pas de balcon. Nous avons été obligé de réclamer. Nous avons réussi à avoir la vue piscine mais pas de balcon. Dommage les fenêtres sont condamnées. Petit déjeuner très bien.

Just recently stayed at JWMarriot at Marco Island. (March 12-15) Reserved two rooms that were supposed to be Kings with pullout bed. When we arrived and checked in we had two king rooms with no pullout bed. We had our grandchildren with us and we needed the pullout beds. Hotel agreed to provide roll out bed but very uncomfortable and not what we paid for. I have requested a refund

Good overall. It's an older hotel (built in 1990 I believe) and it has old plumbing. Also, no guest laundry, which was a drawback.

We enjoyed our quick 2-day getaway stay at the Naples Garden Inn. The lush setting was very pleasant and appealing and you wouldn't realize that you were right on US 41. It was close and convenient to everything in downtown Naples. We did experience a couple of minor issues as well as a noise issue with the occupants of the room above us that were playing loud music all day on our arrival day. I spoke to Linda at the front desk about it and she apologized and said she would speak to the guests which she promptly did. She also promptly took care of a couple of minor issues with our room and was always pleasant. Overall, we had a great experience staying at this property and would certainly not hesitate to stay there again in the future. Linda is certainly an asset to the place!

Asked for toilet paper as not enough in room. Also no tissues and was told at front desk that tissues are not available in all hotels then why was a tissue box holder in the bathroom. Girl at front desk wanted an argument about it. I just walked away She needs training on how to react to hotel guests. No desk or table in room and had to put my coffee cup on floor. Talk about minimalist. Pillows were as hard as rocks and the size of cushions. Had to eat breakfast on filthy tables by the pool. Don't mind eating by pool but at least clean the tables. Rooms very clean but again why would I need to have words and explain myself to get two rolls of toilet paper and told by this lady that even the Holiday Inn doesn't have tissues in the room. I have traveled the world and only once in fifty years have I come across a hotel without tissues and that was in the UK. I have never known a Holiday Inn that doesn't have tissues in the room and in fact just returned from staying at two Holiday Inns on the UK and both had tissues.

Wonderful Hotel with exceptional customer service. Definitely will recommend it to everyone.

Decent location, although any nearby convenience store close early and everything is driving distance so if you don’t have a vehicle could get pricey or just long walks. Has your basics like bed, television, microwave, mini fridge. Comes with toilet paper of course and small bar soaps however if you need a blow dryer or iron not included and also breakfast is not provided as mentioned online. All in all out of season nightly price is worth it, in season a little pricey for the overall quality.
