Hotel Pantai di Horry County

We had a wonderful time at Avista! The staff was super friendly and always willing to help. This is a place you could stay and never have to leave. There is an excellent restaurant on site and an inside bar as well as one out by the pool. The indoor and outdoor pools, lazy rivers, and hot tubs were well-maintained and clean. The location is also convenient to other restaurants, shops, and yummy icecream and Italian ice. We will definitely be staying again in the future. ❤️

Fire alarm went off around 230am. The intercom was saying evacuate. My family took stairs to evacuate but It was a false alarm, scared my 7 year old so bad because he thought it was a fire because we had a bad house fire in the past. I could not get back to sleep. No apologies at checkout

We booked through trip.com which I found out later was Singapore company cause my 1st charge refused it. They do not update you but we contacted Vacasa and they send us everything we needed to get in room and gate for garage. It is a different company that manages hotel For our room at least and don’t bother with them they are just rude. The room was very nice and clean. Plenty of space with 3 bedrooms we have stayed in many rooms at the Camelot and this was my favorite. Can’t wait to go back.

Everything was pretty good! The beds weren't the most comfortable unfortunately but that's because we prefer firmer mattresses. The only real nitpick was that the coffee maker wasn't clean, some previous guests must have mistakingly poured coffee grounds into the water trough at the top & I couldn't clean it out because the coffee maker was secured to the wall. Otherwise the room was nice, the towels & bathroom were clean, etc.

The temperature controlled two rooms which was very uncomfortable and inconvenient. The unit made very loud noises at 2:00 am and would not shut off. I had to turn the power off at the source to turn the unit off to allow me to sleep in peace. The following morning went to the manager and was told he couldn’t switch my room because the hotel was sold out. That same afternoon I contacted the manager again to advise the unit was making the LOUD noise again and the room was very cold. This time he changed the room. In the new room experienced the same issue. I unit controlled both rooms making my room temperature 63 which was very uncomfortable, I had to tumors on the oven to warm the room to a comfortable temperature. This trip was very stressful and the manager didn’t try to accommodate until I threatened to call corporate. Poor customer service and bad heating/cooling set up. This needs to be fixed because everyone was complaining about the temperature in their rooms. I won’t return here again.

Apatah lagi lokasi hotel, pantainya bersebelahan dengan laut, dan hotel itu sendiri mempunyai beberapa kolam renang dengan gaya yang berbeza, sesuai untuk kanak-kanak. Hotel ini tidak jauh dari kawasan komersial, dan terdapat banyak restoran makanan segera di sekitar. Ia adalah kira-kira lima minit pemanduan dari outlet, yang agak sesuai untuk percutian santai dan perjalanan ibu bapa-anak. Terdapat banyak tempat letak kereta di hotel, diedarkan di beberapa lokasi berbeza, tetapi kerana kadar penghunian yang tinggi pada hujung minggu, masih agak sukar untuk mencari tempat letak kereta. Tetamu yang tiba pada waktu malam hanya boleh singgah di hotel dan bergerak ke tempat letak kereta pada keesokan harinya. Atendan hotel juga akan menghubungi anda untuk mengalihkan kereta. Sarapan termasuk dalam kadar harga bilik dan dihidangkan pada pukul 7-10. Ia lebih baik daripada jangkaan. Pelbagainya sangat kaya dan rasanya sangat bersahaja. Ia pada asasnya boleh memenuhi keperluan orang di negara yang berbeza. Suite dengan pemandangan laut yang kami diami berada di tingkat 15. Gambar menunjukkan pemandangan dari balkoni. Bangunan bertentangan juga merupakan bilik tetamu rumahnya. Keadaan kebersihan keseluruhan dan konfigurasi perkakasan adalah baik. Akan memilih ini lain kali.

I was pleasantly surprised at how beautiful this 3 bd 2 bath condo was. Maintenance and housekeeping were very responsive when we needed new batteries for the smoke detector and a trash pickup. I took away one star because I felt like the shower floor wasn’t cleaned to my satisfaction and there wasn’t anywhere to place soap and shampoo inside the shower. Overall it was a very pleasant experience.

Kemudahannya agak lama, persekitaran yang bersih, pengangkutannya mudah, dan terdapat tempat letak kereta percuma. Sarapan pagi tidak disediakan semasa wabak, tetapi kopi dan air limau percuma tidaklah teruk

Thanks for a great experience, we on the ocean, I know I heard people complain about it being wet in the elevator but they had workers cleaning every sec, and see people with wet feet just dragging it back.. thanks for the great customer service, I’ll book again next year 😎 front desk 😎 security 😎 cleaners 😎 everyone ☺️ thanks yall

The first room I booked was an oceanfront king. When I arrived I was placed in a small room on the 2nd floor by the pool. It smelled like it was just bombed for roaches. The bathroom was the size of a walk in closet with the shower directly behind the door. I was starting to get discouraged about this trip at first but I went up front to ask for another room higher up. The guy at the front desk was very understanding and moved me to the 7th floor with a room with 2 beds. The elevator there made me pray for my life every time I used it but once I reached my room I was highly satisfied with the change. The room was twice the size of the original king room I booked. Bathroom was still kinda small but cleaner. The view was amazing compared to looking at everyone in the pool and the room didnt smell of raid. This place could use some updates and definitely has potential.
