Menginap selama 2 malam, baru tiba dan dinaik taraf ke tingkat dua, menginap selama satu malam! Ini muncul di atas katil malam kedua. Orang tua dan kanak-kanak itu tidak tidur lena. Mereka mendapatinya selepas memanggil pelayan untuk menyembur racun serangga pada waktu malam, jika tidak mereka tidak berani tidur😟. Secara langsung mempengaruhi semangat kedua untuk bermain. Great location, clean and quiet place, highly recommend it ! They were able to do an early checkout for 2 out of 5 rooms we had reserved. They also save luggage bags for you while you tourist around if needed.

Very good location, there are a lot of shops and restaurants on nearby on Qianmen street. If travel via metro line 2 followed exit E2, then go to Qianmen street about 300m then walk along street about 600m hotel on left side. You will find Xa Na Hotel, then go to the alley nearby. You get 2 drinking water bottles a day. AC control didn't work, you got heater instead. For Beijing duck I recommend Siji Minfu on the Qianmen street near about 5 min walk from Hotel. It is on the 2nd floor.

Perfectly located in Qianmen Street, it's very central and grants easy access to everything (restaurants, street food, metro, main attractions). I love the general feel of the hotel.
Service was also great: the girls at the desk were always lovely and helpful, even if they couldn't understand English. We communicated via translator apps, and they helped me whenever I needed it.
I got upgraded for free, and the room was spacious and felt nice. The bathroom was also ample and had a great bathtub. My first impression was great.
Unfortunately, there were a few issues: the water drain seemed to leak water onto the floor whenever I took a bath, and the walls were thin enough that I could hear the next door guest snore. The windows are also impossible to open, and the A/C is very loud so I couldn't leave it on at night. There were a few other things, like the downstairs door button sometimes coming off: nothing that would ruin an experience, but definitely an underlying problem with the general structure, more than the employees.
