We were so impressed with this location! We're a large group of relatives who have traveled together every midwinter. From our first call, Victor was super helpful and accommodating. We needed adjoining suites, and he was so patient and kind. We were shocked to hear that he is pretty new on the job! Angela went out of her way to check in with us and ask after our needs. We had a few small issues that everyone was so quick to remedy. There were some difficult, belligerent guests there and we watched the staff handle things with grace and aplomb. Michael as well was super nice and helpful. Really good people. We were really grateful to have stayed here!

However, when you go into the upper floors the rest of the hotel smells very musty. The rooms are adequately cleaned but still smell musty/damp. Overall a good experience and would stay again.

酒店還不錯，退房時服務員又又扣款一次，押金入住時收了100美金，退房時又收了100美金，這是我遇到的收押金最離譜的酒店。到現在還沒處理好。
