L'hôtel est aisément accessible, un peu en dehors de la vieille ville, donc un parking aisé. Les chambres sont propres fonctionnelles et la literie est assez correcte. Le petit déjeuner se prend dans le restaurant Grec attenant, il est complet, sans exagérations. La climatisation est silencieuse et heureusement car la ventilation de la salle de bain est infernale. Elle tourne en permanence et est bruyante a tel point que l’on a du enlever la carte de commande de l’électricité de la chambre pour la stopper. La salle de bain présente des problèmes d’ergonomie, dérouleur de papier mal placé donc on s’y cogne, la vitre de la douche trop courte donc on mouille partout… L'espace entre la télévision et le lit est insuffisant, on se cogne donc également contre la télé. Le petit déjeuner se fait dans le restaurant Grec attenant, et les ‘bacs bain marie ne tenaient pas » les œufs ont fait le grand plongeon mais ils n’en mettent pas d’autres… Aux vues de tout cela c’est trop chère pour ce qui est proposé.

On the way to Munich we stopped at this nice hotel. The room was nice, clean but a bit too small for having stands for suitcases. Big enough bathroom though. The breakfast is good, they even have fresh fruits! I recommend the perfectly soft boiled eggs. Perfect location if you need to go to Munich. You can park your car just in front of the hotel.

Hotel pulito, posizione fuori da Monaco ma raggiungibile in 20 minuti,camere spaziose e pulite, ma cibo a dir poco imbarazzante ...una vergogna,poca roba e cattiva, pasta senza condimento...niente olio,niente formaggio. Da dimenticare, forse non preparati per la cucina.

If you want to see the true colors of the hotel's management, read the REPLY TO below which is a reply that the management posted as a reply to the below opinion there. TL;TR: We had a terrible experience. AC doesn't work properly (the lowest temperature setting was 24 and the hotel couldn't do anything about that). Not worth the money. In case of any problems, do not count on reasonable compensation if they offer you compensation at all. Management is rude and receptionists will misinform you if that suits the hotel's interest. The hotel is far from anything, including reliable public transport. --------------------------------------- OPINION: 1. Our AC did not work (the lowest setting was 24C) - they offered to open a window... to the noisy highway next door; as compensation, we were offered 2 drinks! 2. Do not trust their Clean Promise policy! The cleaning Service does not do their job properly. We think some places are left uncleaned: there were breadcrumbs on the table left and the sink also had a few dirt marks left. 3. The place is far from anything, including reliable busses that occasionally do not arrive at all after 8 PM and you need to take a 20-25 mins walk from the train station. 4. First, you lie, and you put words into other's people mouths: - I never said you ”treated me with hostility”, I said you were rude, - I never said ”Cool the room down to 10 degrees”, we wanted the temperature below 24, you and your employee knew and saw the problem and couldn't do anything about it, - I never in our exchange mentioned booking the wrong hotel because that was not the problem - I have no idea how you made such an irrelevant connection and what is going on up there. Finally, you continue misleading people. Yes, you immediately offered ”2 drinks on the house” but it clearly(!) was not enough for the problems we met, but... If did not understand the difference between a refund and compensation. After huge problems, you offered us a room change... on the very last night (you expected us to move to another room with all our things after 8 PM when we returned to the hotel?). And, you never offered ”the total amount back” but just one night when we expected 2 nights for the inconvenience caused. Lisa, you clearly do not know how to speak and how to treat a client in a respectable way when a problem appears, so they recommend you later. We will never want to have anything to do with not just your hotel but the whole brand of Holiday Inn Express.

Wir sind die klassische Philharmonie Bonn und haben gestern nach unserem Konzert in München hier übernachtet. Saubere Zimmer, guter Service und vielseitiges Frühstück. Nettes Personal. Ein Dankeschön an Herrn Völker. Wir haben viermal jährlich Konzerte im Herkulessaal in München und würden gern wieder hier übernachten.

Zum ersten mal fühle ich mich so richtig getäuscht und verstehe die Welt nicht mehr, wie es hier zu teilweise so guten Bewertungen kommen kann... zum Glück ist jeder Mensch verschieden. Mein persönlicher Eindruck ist aber folgender: Auf Booking com stellt sich dieses Haus als Business Hotel dar, Herren in Anzug und Kravatte sitzen lässig in ihrem Zimmer um sich auf ihr meeting vorzubereiten... Ja, das Hotel ist gut erreichbar, aber dadurch natürlich direkt an einem Knotenpunkt Schnellstrasse/Autobahn gelegen. Wenn man die Fenster nachts gerne geöffnet hat ist es sehr laut. Ansonsten sind die Fenster tatsächlich schalldicht. Unser Zimmer war sehr klein, im Waschbecken lief das Wasser nicht ab und eklige kurz geschnittene Haare kamen einem aus dem Ausguss entgegen (das Foto lass ich mal weg). Auf freundlichen Hinweis am morgen wurde der Mangel weder bis zum Abend beseitigt, noch vom Reinigungspersonal, das zum Bettenmachen da war, bemerkt!?? Dann durften wir abends das Zimmer wechseln. Dort flackerndes Licht und fehlender Haken für Kulturbeutel. Aus beiden Duschen kam ein super bescheidener Wasserstrahl... Das Frühstück: unglaublich!! Ein paar Plastikmarmeladen, lieblose Käse/Wurstteller, Plastikjoghurts; kein Ei, kein Speck, keine Milch, kein Körnerbrötchen auf Rückfrage: keine Eier derzeit wegen Corona, hä?? Keine Bar, kein Essen, Rezeption gelegentlich besetzt. Also, wer auf der Durchreise mal geschwind eine Zimmer zum Schlafen braucht das gut erreichbar ist, mit kostenlosem Parkplatz(großes Lob) und auf Frühstück nicht besonders viel Wert legt, kann mal hier einchecken. Ein entspanntes Businesshotel kann ich an diesem Ort nicht finden. Bei all dem Ärger war die arme Mitarbeiterin, die ganz alleine für das gesamte „Hotel“ zuständig war, sehr nett! Dafür vielen Dank! Ein Tipp, falls es einen tatsächlich dorthin verschlägt: Direkt gegenüber, hinter dem Kreisel gibt es eine klasse Bäckerei mit grandiosem Frühstück😉
