Excellent location never more than 30 minutes away from landmarks we came to see. Received a very warm welcome from Mirna who gave us good information about getting around Berlin. Room was very clean and comfortable. Hotel is having refurbishments but was very in the background no noise at all.

The advert shows a flashy exterior shot,first warning went nup! I could not find a place that matched the imagine in Expedia's ad. Warning Number 2 went up when the elevator inside the door only would take you to the lobby,red flag this neighborhood is unsafe. Third flag went up when I went to my rented room on the top floor and there inside this rather small room nwas a fan, no air conditioning directly under the hot roof so the windows must remain opened and the noise filtered in to distrupt and chance of an early sleep. Find anotrher hotel! Also make sure of your reservation my second booking for the fiollowing week was a no cancel reservation at the whim of the hotel! I lost 189.00 but still chose to not stay at this hotel, the place gave me the creeps. It's only redeeming quality is that it is 200 meters to the Metro but watch your belongs this is not one of berlin's better neighborhoods.

Blocked Floor Drain: One evening, as I prepared to take a shower, I noticed that the floor drain was completely blocked. This was highly inconvenient and unexpected. As a hotel guest, I believe it is not my responsibility to unclog drains manually. The task was unpleasant and should have been addressed by the hotel staff promptly. 2. Lack of Proper Cleaning Services: The cleaning services provided during my stay were disappointing. We had to repeatedly request basic cleaning essentials such as vacuuming and toilet paper. It was frustrating to spend a significant portion of our vacation time coordinating with the cleaning staff, especially considering that our requests were not excessive. 3. Inadequate Floor Cleaning: Upon arrival, we noticed that the floors were dirty and had not been properly vacuumed. This gave a poor first impression and indicated a lack of attention to detail in maintaining cleanliness. 4. Inconsistent Trash Management: The handling of trash was inconsistent. While one of the trash cans was emptied, the other remained full, suggesting an incomplete job by the housekeeping staff. Consistency in maintaining cleanliness is crucial for a pleasant guest experience. 5. Inconsistent Towel Change Service: The towel change service was also inconsistent. Some days, the towels were replaced, while on other days, they were not. This inconsistency can leave guests feeling uncertain about the level of service they can expect during their stay. 6. Misleading Information about Air Conditioning: One of the most significant issues we faced was the absence of the air conditioning system that was promised on ***********. This was particularly problematic as we had a family member with asthma, and the lack of cool air aggravated their symptoms. False information provided regarding amenities is not only misleading but also poses potential health risks to guests. I hope this review provides comprehensive feedback that will assist the management in identifying areas for improvement. It is my sincere hope that necessary actions will be taken to rectify these issues, ensuring that future guests have a more positive and comfortable stay at your hotel. Due to these problems, we decided to check out a day earlier than planned. We hope to hear from you regarding our concerns and the appropriate resolution to address the issues we encountered during our stay.

I have stayed here twice now and have no major complaints! The location is great, right in the train station and only two stops from the city centre. The hotel also give you a travel pass to use on all public transport for the duration of your stay - AMAZING! This is a huge money saver. The rooms are a good size and ours had a fridge. The window opens well to ventilation. The staff are super friendly and helpful! This is a great hotel for money value. We will for sure be back!

Was a very nice experience. Near the wall, lots of shops around. Some great food options also. It was well looked after and super clean. Staff were friendly and helpful with any problems.

The front desk staff was very accommodating in getting me into my room quite early after an overnight flight. Rooms leave much to be desired. Beds are very tiny - what a toddler would sleep on. Beds are very, very firm. Room and bathroom weren't very clean. I had my 'do not disturb' sign on my door and received a knock from housekeeping. Repeatedly. When I went to the door, thinking the sign must have fallen off, the housekeeper pushed past me, handed me my 'do not disturb' sign and insisted I replace it with the 'clean my room' sign. It is a 20-30 minute drive to city center. The area is questionable for walking around on your own as a female traveler.

This was a very good location in Berlin. I was able to walk around safely and get to some great places I wanted to visit, and there's plenty of restaurants in the area and a train, too. The room was clean and in good shape, and they offered a reasonable price. The staff was very nice and helpful, as well.

I recently visited this hotel with my boyfriend and I was very impressed. We arrived a little before check-in and we were allowed to go to our room. the room was very spacious with an extremely comfy bed and amazing shower. Also on the last day our flight was not for a while and were were allowed to wait in the lobby after checkout which had lovely sofas and seating areas. It was quiet and there were people working in there. The staff were very lobely and was great for the price.

A very affordable option that you should look at if you do not mind the distance. It is right outside of the main city, but it’s clean and safe, there’s a fantastic local pub down the road.

Second time to be here. Location is not that far from the airport but the bus takes long wait. The staff told me the shuttle service is no longer available, so you have to take either taxi or bus. Room quality is good. The Vibes in the lobby is good too. Everyone else get a welcome drink in the bar.
