Hotel liegt gegenüber dem Tierpark, Parkplatz: innerhalb der Umzäunung 4 € und außerhalb kostenlos Zimmer sehr gut und schönen Ausblick vom 8.Stock, Sauberkeit gut, kein Kühlschrank vorhanden, Getränke am Automat, Betten gut, Rezeption sehr zuvorkommend und hilfreich

Everything without a problem. Good breakfast. Elevator. Only a few parking spaces. You can park on the street. Pleasant surroundings of single-family houses. Perfect for a short stay. Quiet, no parties.

The hotel is super comfortable, very good facilities, the view was incredible. It has security, they never took our belongings. Also, when leaving the hotel I forgot my Apple Watch, and they contacted me so that I could recover it. It's a great hotel, and the best in Germany.

This B&B hotel is well-situated in Mitte, within an easy walk of shops (Alexa Mall), restaurants and transportation options. The room, though small, was well equipped and comfortable. Beds were comfy. Breakfasts were fresh and tasty though little variation from day to day. The only negative is that the hotel was also hosting multiple student groups who crowded the public areas, elevators and breakfast area and were often noisy and oblivious to their impact on other travellers. This was a daily annoyance during our 4 night stay.

beds super comfy, really clean rooms, good size and bathroom was lovely with a good big shower. cleaned perfectly every day, staff so friendly and helpful nothing too much trouble. close to some of the tourist spots and also right beside a metro station and bus stops and bike hire so we could get around Berlin easily to see everything. a nice quiet area at night too. Lidl right across the road to get cheap food for the trip for lunches etc. great stay, definitely will use NH again

The carpet in my room had several stains of various ”vintages”. The hotel offered to switch my room after I complained, but the issue seemed to be the hotel's cleanliness and appearance standards rather than this particular carpet, so I just stayed. The pictures advertising the particular room type I booked of course didn't show dirty carpets, but DID show a sweet little espresso machine. There was, however, no espresso machine in my room. The hotel claimed to not have any control over what pictures are used to represent their rooms on sites like Expedia (I booked through them), but Expedia also claimed that they had no responsibility to accurately represent the room in photos. The wifi is HORRIBLE. I lost several hours of work due to navigating this. When I complained, they gave me the special router guests typically have to pay for (for ”high speed wifi”), but the person at the desk said it isn't that much faster. Looking at past reviews I could see that guests have been complaining about the wifi for a while, and the hotel has been promising to fix it for a while. There is a phone in the room, but no instructions for how to use it to reach the front desk or to make any other call. Zero doesn't work.

Hotel exceeded expectations. Reception was very courteous and helpful with recommendations, room was clean and very quiet, the daily breakfast was generous and unexpected, the location was right next to a tram and S Bahn stop for quick and convenient access to other parts of the city.

Was hat uns gefallen? - Die Lage - Das freundliche Personal - Der Kaffee beim Frühstück - 12 EUR Tagespreis für die Tiefgarage - Die bequemen Betten Was hat uns nicht gefallen? - Das Hotel ist etwa 25 Jahre alt. Das merkt man. Die Zimmer sind einfach nicht mehr zeitgemäß: Kein Safe, keine Kaffeemaschine, nicht eine einzige Schublade, Badewanne mit Duschvorhang und Wäscheleine. Keine Kosmetikartikel (außer Duschgel, Shampoo und Seife), obwohl damit geworben wurde. Ausgefranste, hauchdünne Handtücher (siehe Foto), keine Bademäntel (obwohl Sauna und Fitness im Haus), keine Pantoffeln. - Im Bad roch es unangenehm, die völlig verdreckte und verkeimte Lüftung (siehe Foto) macht eher alles noch schlimmer. - Uns wurde beim Einchecken nicht gesagt, dass man Housekeeping extra bestellen muss. Wo gibt's denn sowas?? Man hatte uns aber zugesagt, zumindest die Handtücher zu tauschen, was aber nicht erfolgte. Das für den Folgetag von uns bestellte Housekeeping erfolgte dann eher oberflächlich. Toilettenpapier wurde nicht aufgefüllt, die leere Kosmetiktücherbox ignoriert. - Es gibt in der Tiefgarage weder Abstellmöglichkeiten für Fahrräder noch Lademöglichkeiten für E-Bikes. An der Rezeption wurde uns gesagt, wir sollen unsere Bikes einfach mit ins Zimmer nehmen und dort laden. Haben wir dann gemacht. Mit den Bikes durch dir Lobby, rein in den Aufzug, die langen Flure entlang gefahren und dann ab ins Zimmer. - Das Frühstück war durchschnittlich. Sehr viel Aufbackware und aus Großpackungen. Die Stühle im Restaurant sind teilweise fleckig und durchgesessen. Auch hier merkt man das Alter. - Mittags haben wir das Restaurant mal getestet. Die Qualität war ok, allerdings fehlten wesentliche Zutaten beim bestellten Salat. ”Die hat der Azubi in der Küche wohl vergessen”. Alles in allem aus meiner Sicht absolut keine Empfehlung. Wenn ich mir die ****-Dehoga-Kriterien anschaue, werden diese nicht eingehalten.
