Hotel berhampiran Christuskirche, Berlin

Der Service war hervorragend und alle waren sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Hotel hat ein Buchungsproblem toll gelöst, da die Buchung via Trip.com das Problem verursacht hat, dass obwohl für 4 Personen gebucht wurde nur ein 2-Bett Zimmer gebucht war. Das war aber nicht der Fehler des Hotels, sondern der Buchungsplattform und das Hotel hat das toll aufgefangen und gelöst. Das Frühstück war sehr gut, die Zimmer groß und sauber. Der Blick über die Spree war richtig schön. Die Lage ist gut - der S-Bahnhof und auch andere öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel sind sehr gut zu Fuß erreichbar aber es ist trotzdem ruhig.

We were left a little confused about this hotel. My husband and I stayed here for 8 nights visiting family close by hence the reason we had to stay in this area. We had mixed feelings about the hotel but I would stay again. It appears this hotel belongs to a chain of hotels. I suspect that the write up of this hotel on booking sites is generic to cover all of their hotels. The internet shows it has a restaurant and considering the guests can come from anywhere, the word restaurant means different things to different people. In this case it meant the breakfast room and not somewhere you could have lunch and dinner. However the Italian restaurant next door Il Nouvo is amazing. I had emailed on two occasions previously to ask whether or not they supply any type of transfer from the airport as it is quite expensive. I never received a response. That was disappointing. I don't necessarily know if the request goes to his hotel or to the head office but it is poor poor service. We booked directly through the hotel, and it was reasonably priced for the area and included breakfast. On arrival we were treated great and service was great. There is a nice seating area in the foyer and at reception there is water with lemons for guests as well as a fruit bowl full of fruit. I note that staffing changed regularly at the desk within the time we were there so service wasn't always consistent. I'm not sure if there is an employment issue as we were told that some staff weren't familiar with the hotel as they were from another site. At one point I went to get a water, this may be trivial for some, but it hadn't been filled for a day. There were just lemons sitting on the bottom. I did ask reception if I could get some water. She filled it but it was the same lemons that had been there for 3 days. I note the next day it was refreshed. The bar which has drinks available was another mixed feeling. The reception staff operated the bar, it was situated behind them. I don't think it's their fault but they didn't know some of the drinks that were on the menu nor did they know how to make some of the drinks. One find young man was going to make an Aperol Spritz, with orange juice, as this is what the recipe said. We stopped him from doing that. There was a great little sparking drink they ran out of which was never replenished. Some of the drinks on their list, they didn't have. When a wanted a small sparkling wine, first time I was charged for the bottle and provided with the glass and the small bottle. Second time round served by a different staff member he poured me a drink and charged me the bottle price but kept half of it. Again, I don't think it's their fault, it's some sort of lack of training. This doesn't take away from their kindness and their effort. I recently visited this hotel with my boyfriend and I was very impressed. We arrived a little before check-in and we were allowed to go to our room. the room was very spacious with an extremely comfy bed and amazing shower. Also on the last day our flight was not for a while and were were allowed to wait in the lobby after checkout which had lovely sofas and seating areas. It was quiet and there were people working in there. The staff were very lobely and was great for the price.

Boy Oh Boy! This was truly a treat. I wanted a hotel that was close to the airport, that didn’t cost a lot of money, safe and easy to commute to and from the airport. LogInn is 13min from the airport. For Uber it’s less than $17USD. On the train it’s 11min away. The train station is right across the street to the hotel. If you want to get to the Eastside of Berlin like the graffiti walls….. take the S9 train. There’s also a mall called Eastside Gallery. If you’re allergic to teenagers this ain’t the mall for you. Lol. This hotel looks fairly new. It’s very clean and the staff are great!! I liked the fact that you can’t hear the trains passing by. This hotel is located in a quit area too. There’s no bathtub but a standup shower. There’s no microwave or refrigerator. So if your have meds that needs to be refrigerated this may not be the place for you. The mattress is soft as are the pillows which I love. You get a complementary bottle of water. I stayed on room 509 Would I recommend this hotel to friends? Most definitely!!!!! I love this hotel because it’s exactly what I needed.

Second time to be here. Location is not that far from the airport but the bus takes long wait. The staff told me the shuttle service is no longer available, so you have to take either taxi or bus. Room quality is good. The Vibes in the lobby is good too. Everyone else get a welcome drink in the bar.

Located in central of Berlin, this is probably the tallest hotel in town. They have a really nice view over the city. Very convenient with metro and all the restaurants and shops around. Rooms are clean but if you live high up, it’s hard to get mobile signal. Wifi doesn’t work so well when a lot of people are using it. One of the biggest issue if you live higher than 20th floor, the elevator won’t stop at your floor for so long. Not sure how the elevators work, you may have to wait 10 mins for getting down to lobby at busy hours (etc lunch/ dinner hour) Check in was easy and quick, and staff is friendly also.

Lovely hotel in a quiet spot away from the hustle and bustle but only a few minutes walk from the train station and the Reichstag and Brandenburg Gate. The main street that runs from the train station to the hotel is lined with restaurants, but also many of the side streets also have restaurants that are worth exploring.

The hotel is near the Savignyplatz station, which is a good area. Another plus was that the room was very clean. However, it should not be advertised as a hotel with a gym & sauna. The “gym” was a small room with a treadmill and a cable machine, and the sauna was not working at all. I wouldn’t have booked this hotel if the right information was available.

... zum einen war das Restaurant oben im Turm nicht geöffnet, was beim Buchen aber nicht rüberkommt. Und dann wirkt das Hotel doch ein wenig abgerockt. Das Zimmer war gut, aber die Sitzgelegenheiten im Frühstücksbereich und unten in der Lobby hatten doch schon die besten Jahre hinter sich. Also: alles in allem ok, aber eben nicht perfekt.
