I stayed 2 nights and had overall a good experience, despite of reading some negative reviews about this hotel. It is very clean everywhere you go. I found staff working at the reception less friendly, as those who were serving breakfast (which is very good indeed), they were very friendly and helpful and one of the women (local German) spoke perfect Russian, we had a nice conversation. My room was situated on the 6th floor, but I didn’t find it inconvenient, as the lift was very modern and fast. Unfortunately the TV is only local channels in German language. A complimentary big bottle with mineral water was provided in my room when I first checked in. The only problem with this place was its remoteness from the main tourist attractions of Berlin, but transport links are good and quite frequent too. So if you don’t mind commuting to the main tourist attractions, then I can definitely recommend this hotel.

Es war ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt! Mein Mann und ich haben den Abend genossen das Hotel liegt zentral zu 3 verschieden Supermärkten und der Tram M 13/M10 man kommt mit der super in die Stadt zum Ringcenter sowie zur Warschauer Straße daher war kein Auto für uns nötig. Das personal war freundlich und das einchecken ging innerhalb von ein paar Minuten. Nur das auschecken hat länger gedauert da kein Personal an der Rezeption war… sonst mussten wie 15 Minuten ers**al warten. Aber ansonsten waren wir im Großen und Ganzen zufrieden. Die Räume sind schlicht eingerichtet und sehr mobil zu nutzen

The carpet in my room had several stains of various ”vintages”. The hotel offered to switch my room after I complained, but the issue seemed to be the hotel's cleanliness and appearance standards rather than this particular carpet, so I just stayed. The pictures advertising the particular room type I booked of course didn't show dirty carpets, but DID show a sweet little espresso machine. There was, however, no espresso machine in my room. The hotel claimed to not have any control over what pictures are used to represent their rooms on sites like Expedia (I booked through them), but Expedia also claimed that they had no responsibility to accurately represent the room in photos. The wifi is HORRIBLE. I lost several hours of work due to navigating this. When I complained, they gave me the special router guests typically have to pay for (for ”high speed wifi”), but the person at the desk said it isn't that much faster. Looking at past reviews I could see that guests have been complaining about the wifi for a while, and the hotel has been promising to fix it for a while. There is a phone in the room, but no instructions for how to use it to reach the front desk or to make any other call. Zero doesn't work.

Stylisches Hotel in der obersten Etage einer Mall. Die Zimmer waren sauber und schön eingerichtet. Das Personal war nett und die Bar war schön. Haltestelle direkt vor der Tür. Parken für 3 Euro am Tag in der Garage nicht zu unterbieten in Berlin.
