We checked into this hotel after leaving another local hotel two nights early in disgust (the Occidental). We couldn't have been more pleased at our decision to do so, the difference between these two hotels was like night and day. Beautiful and peaceful room with a full wet-room effect shower. Super comfortable bed. Fabulous roof terrace with great cocktails and delicious snacky food options. Highly recommended the Jamon Croquettas. We had room service on our last night. Although the options weren't extensive, the food was spectacular and with great portion sizes, especially on the sides. Very friendly helpful staff. Thank you, Radisson Bilbao.

Everything about this hotel is 5 star. I was so pleased after a long drive for staff to take our bags from the car to our room and park the car for us. The staff were all super helpful and friendly. Our room was lovely with biggest comfy bed and very quiet. Although the room was facing the road the glazing is very effective. Great location next to the Guggenheim museum and a few minutes walk from old town, tapas bars and the main shopping street. I would love to go back.

Das Bild mit dem U-Bahnschacht über dem Bett im Zimmer 107 beschreibt die Lage des Zimmers. Es ist ein DUNKLES Loch, das man den Gästen nicht zumuten darf. Durch das Fenster, das zu einem desolaten Innenschacht gelegen ist, fällt fast gar kein Tageslicht in den Raum. Man muss praktisch immer künstliches Licht einschalten damit man sich im Zimmer bewegen kann! Die vom Hotelbetreiber veröffentlichen Fotos vom Zimmer 107 geben auf gar keinen die Realität wieder. Alle wurden ausnahmslos mit künstlichem Licht aufgenommen. Die Rezeption des Casual Blue, die aus einem Tisch und einem Stuhl besteht, war während unseres gesamte Aufenthalts nicht besetzt. Die gesamte Kommunikation mit dem Betreiber, wie z.B. der Zugangscode zum Hotel und zum Zimmer, lief über das Smartphone entweder per E-Mail oder per WhatsApp. Eine direkte Kontaktaufnahme war lediglich mit dem, zur gleichen Gruppe gehörenden, Casual Gurea möglich, das ca. 200 Meter entfernt ist.

Favorite hotel we stayed at, while in Spain for 3 weeks!! Great location with very helpful, courteous staff. They helped us book bus and subway tickets and offered recommendations for their favorite sites and restaurants. The room was large, comfortable, clean and had great view of the city, river, bridges, and a park right outside. Museums, restaurants - basically everything - was within easy walking distance. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom had a full bath!

Met up with old S African friends walking trip. We stayed first night 25 June and now in return. Perfect position - Soo easy to get back to if you have no sense of direction like me. Fantastic rooms and gr8 staff. We met 3 all of whom spoke English and were motivated to help. Right in thick of life food acres to whole town team and metro. River a great landmark Easy cheap tram bus to Santander. Def recommend it but you really need to book ahead else will be disappointed. Absolutely no complaints.

La verdad que elevado el precio para las prestaciones que tiene. Se trata de un edificio en el casco antiguo de Bilbao, reformado para el turismo. Habitaciones muy pequeñas sin aire acondicionado y sin ascensor. El ascensor no es tan importante porque las habitaciones están en la Segunda y tercera planta pero el aire acondicionado si que lo echamos de menos. Hace bastante calor en verano y solo un ventilador, puede que la estancia no sea tan agradable. Por otro lado, el estar en pleno centro, como la habitación no sea interior, el ruido de los bares al medio día y la noche es tremendo. La chica de recepción muy amable, la segunda noche al quejarnos del ruido, nos cambió la habitación por una interior que mejoró bastante el tema del precio. Aún así, el precio lo veo desproporcionado

Best located small hotel ever. Next to tram and bus stops or 10 mins walk to Casco Viejo metro and old town with hot spot for scores of bars & restaurants. Quiet, very clean hotel, in good condition. Excellent bed-linen & towels. Comfortable bed. Decent sized room. Good shower. Air con in room. Housekeeping excellent, staff very helpful & friendly, multiple languages spoken. Hotel's car park first come first served. You may find free street parking or get plenty of pay-parking available close by. Not a big issue. Reception very helpful for parking.

The hotel itself is located in a great part of the Casco Viejo. Once you get oriented, which is not necessarily easy, you are in a great position to enjoy Bilbao. Everything you have heard about the wonderful pintxos in Casco Viejo is true; the hard part is that you can't eat everything. Walking is possible to many places, and the subways are easy to deal with, especially if you ask at the information window for help. Bilboans seemed incredibly helpful and kind everywhere I went in the city. The hotel's reception desk was also helpful and solicitous; I very much appreciated their willingness to answer my questions and help with directions. The problem was that it wasn't quite what I'd expected. My room was OK, but small. It did not resemble the photo very much. The bidet was in a community bathroom; my private bathroom did not have one. Definitely not deal-breakers, but a little disappointing. Overall a good enough place to be, and they certainly were busy, but not special.

Stayed here for 2 nights. Had booked a superior double room, but on first look at the room, it was a twin. On visiting reception, this was quickly rectified and a double allocated. The restaurant was not open during our stay, due to a local staffing dispute. However, it was business as usual for breakfast, which offered a great choice of hot and cold items. The aforementioned staff dispute resulted in a picket line outside the hotel, which was handled brilliantly by the cool-headed manager (Patricia). Aside from the restaurant not being open in the evening, there were no discernable other operating issues. We didn't use the gym, or outdoor pool as we were out for most of our stay, but the pool looked good.

I enjoyed my stay here, everything was super clean and private feeling. The downstairs area was nice, and there were activities on each night. The only thing I'd say is it would be nice to have bathrooms outside of the rooms as well on each floor in case you need to use the shower etc at the same time as someone in your room. It also felt like you were intruding in their space if you went into the bathroom area when someone else was in there (the shower, toilet, and mirror/sink were all really close together). Saying that, I'd still stay again!
