Great location. Staff lovely albeit non existent. Room was tired but spotless and cleaned daily with clean towels daily. No tea/coffee in room which we missed. Shower fantastic in a very large toilet. Room had three deep stairs from hallway where toilet and wardrobes were down to bed area. Walls marked quite badly. But bed was comfortable and clean.
Breakfast wasn’t good at all. But location of hotel is so central to piazza Maggiore which is a five min walk. We would use hotel again but wouldn’t take the breakfast.

L’hotel è in centro e quindi in posizione estremamente strategica. Temevo anche per questo motivo che fosse molto rumoroso, invece la stanza dava sull’interno e, grazie all’aria condizionata, ho potuto tenere le finestre chiuse e non sentire alcun rumore. La stanza poi era ben arredata, soprattutto pulita e nuova! Altrove, per lo steso periodo mi proponevano prezzi ben più alti e temevo quindi che l’hotel avrebbe avuto qualche tipo di “intoppo”, invece l’ho trovato perfetto.

This historic hotel is in a great location in the old part of Bologna within walking distance to the main Street and easy walking to great restaurants. The room was large with very comfortable beds. Very good breakfast in the mornings. Good staff but not overly friendly.

Terrible experience. Unprofessional and poorly managed hotel. Unprofessional and poorly managed hotel. The hotel is not bad for cleanliness but the relationship with the control staff is terrible. I do not recommend it. We hope they can improve in the future but today the hotel is not up to par.

A hotel with apparently many different types of rooms in the middle of Bologa. We had a very large and very, very high standard room on the first floor. Not spectacular, but very good, excellent bed, view into the small alley (Via Gito), large bathroom with all amenities. The staff is friendly and breakfast offers a very good choice. All in all a very good value for money place.

I don’t write many reviews, but this hotel deserves my time and the credit it’s due. It’s a modern hotel in a fantastic location. The rooms are very comfortable and both of us appreciated the effective blackout curtains. The whole hotel was spotlessly clean. All in all, I was very impressed and will certainly recommend it to family and friends. There’s also the added bonus of a great restaurant on its doorstep and an excellent cocktail bar, Guero, a mere 3 minutes walk away.

This is a really nice hotel for 3 stars, the location is great, it's modern and clean. My only things would be that I asked for a double bed, but we had two single beds and normally you have a mattress cover to help hide the join, this didn't, so felt like two singles pushed together. Also breakfast was good, but two people working doing mostly coffees, which meant food wasn't replenished, first day the scrambled eggs were cold, second day luke warm, which was disappointing. But I think for a 3 star hotel, this is definitely worth staying at.
