Hotel Boracay Island dengan Sarapan

A big hotel in the center of Boracay. It has many different buildings, some of them are more outdated than the others, so check the photos where you want to stay first. The staff is really nice and the breakfast is good too.

The environment is clean and tidy. Both swimming pools are excellent, we can jump in the water from our room directly. All the staff were helpful and friendly. The food in the restaurant was good. Specially thanks to a waiter his name is HOMER, he was very helpful and cheerful all the time. It just take a few minutes walk to the d mall and get everything you needed. Will stay in this hotel again next time.

1st impression of the resort was good , Check in was smooth, amenities are good , no complains about that . Breakfast was quite chaotic , especially restaurant service was lacking in various areas, not sure if its staffing issue or the management. Property is huge so they provide shuttles all the time and this service is very efficient and quick. Kuya Lawrence and Kuya David were very helpful and Cordial .Airport transfer back to Caticlan was also meticulously arranged , all organized. During room checkin they upgraded our room and view from the room was beautiful. The room was located near to the lobby and restaurants such as Laguna Cafe. We stayed in the 6th building . The beds were queen sized so good for families with kids. They have a private beach which is breathtakingly beautiful where one can swim or just relax on the beach . they have an infinity pool overlooking the sea , this is one of the several swimming pools they have . Paradise cove is walking distance from the beach . There is a convenience shop inside the property just beside the main gate and a small mall opposite of the property where there is 7 eleven, Watsons and Savemore etc . Puka shell beach is nearby , there are e trikes outside the gate who charge 200 pesos to take you to Puka shell beach one way . Few things which need attention are 1)The swing of the AC wasn't working so it was throwing air at my face . 2) on our second night power went off around 5:30, when we were sleeping and genset took some time to back it up , but this one can be cuz of the massive size of the property as well . 3) the 3 restaurants we tried, Laguna, Agusta and in Kudeta , services were kinda haywire . Whatever we wanted to order, many of them were unavailable . lt seemed they had some staffing issues in all their restaurants.

The staff at the hotel are very professional and friendly, the hotel beautiful and clean. Our room was cleaned everyday. The breakfast is good, there’s a variety to choose from and you get complimentary free drinks but the drinks are not nice 1/10🤣 The locals are friendly and funny, they also offer activities around the islands. Downside was the water- they don’t offer bottled water in the rooms, there’s a drink pitcher in the room and you have to get the water outside your room there’s a dispenser within the floor. The slippers are only offered once and they don’t bring new ones when they clean. There’s restaurants and clubs around The view of the island is in front of the hotel They offer beach towels which you can change for new sets anytime. We were picked and dropped off by the airport via bus shuttle and boat. The hotel reminds you about check out times and they call when it’s time to leave. We requested early checkin and we were granted one for 12:30 without any additional fees. Checkin time is at 3pm so that was very accommodating. Overall the experience was an 8/10. Beautiful environment, great food, amazing customer service, good looking rooms, not noisy! I’m very happy✨

Très bel hôtel situé à la station 1 sur la White Beach un peu à l’écart de l’agitation du centre ville (proche de la plage Diniwid) Tout d’abord je tiens à préciser que j’ai rajouté une 4ème étoile au commentaire uniquement grâce à l’accueil du personnel (notamment l’accueil de la jeune femme ayant réalisé avec nous le check in et Check out) et à la qualité du breakfast. Pour les points positifs : - Très belle vue depuis les chambres - Bâtiment moderne - Accueil et professionnalisme du personnel - Très bon breakfast et restaurant - Localisation - Piscine à débordement Les points à améliorer : - Wifi très instable, c’est un peu limite pour un 5 étoiles étant donné le prix des chambres (400 euros la nuit) - Nombreux trous dans le carrelage de la piscine à débordement, pas très classe pour un 5 étoiles également - Climatisation bruyante dans certaines chambres (ça été le cas dans notre chambre côté plage) - Insonorisation a revoir (plafond et porte) dans les chambres hauts de gamme avec piscine privée - Portes des chambres ayant tendance à ne pas se refermer automatiquement lorsque l’on sort, moyen niveau sécurité - Salle du restaurant très bruyante, impossible de petit déjeuner au calme le matin … - Notre seconde chambre présentait de nombreuses traces de fuites sur le mur en provenance de l’étage supérieur, cela devrait être rénové avant de louer la chambre (rappel 400 euros la nuit) - Les piscines privées des chambres haut de gamme ne sont pas chauffées et non exposées au soleil - Location de scooter à 5000 pesos la journée, c’est énorme !! - Organisation d’événements côté plage troublant la tranquillité des chambres notamment la nuit (jusqu’à 23h) Le rapport qualité prix n’est pour moi pas au rendez vous actuellement étant donné les points cités précédemment, c’est un bel hôtel avec des employés vraiment bienveillants avec les clients et c’est très appréciable mais il faut revoir très rapidement la connexion wifi et la rénovation de la piscine à débordement, avec ses améliorations l’hôtel méritera sincèrement ses 5 étoiles et j’aurai plaisir à y revenir.

Treat your extra special someone to an experience they won't forget🥰!!! Ferra hotel Bedroom Lofts are spacious, cozy and perfect for a romantic weekend🌴🌊🏖️. Their beds are so comfortable, you might need an extra alarm clock⏰ just to wake up in the morning🤣🤣🤣!!! The staff are great especially Miss Abby, Miss Jennifer, Miss Richille, and Greg🙂!!!

It exceeded our expectations when they gave us a pool view without knowing it but felt disappointed when we noted for a complimentary birthday set up and went to our room with nothing, even emailed them for it. Also their contact number is always busy and when it rings nobody answers the call. Still recommending it, a good place to stay at a reasonable price.

It was our first time in Altabriza and we enjoyed our stay despite of not so good weather condition during our stay but since the location was so good, near and just a walking distance to DMall, White Beach and Bulabog Beach so we still get to do and enjoyed our stay. The only downside was the lack of food options for breakfast. Food is important too in every traveller so they should try to reasses their strategy. The staffs were approachable which is also a good thing and were greatful. It was a nice experience though we are not considering to book here again if ever we wanted to be stay in the busy center of the island. 😊

All staff in hotel was very polite and helpful. Room is cleaned. Receptionist also help us to secure our luggage because we just book 2nights instead of 3 night. We booked another 1 night and while waiting for our next check in he offered me to secured our luggage while my partner is on our way to activities in beach! I did not get the guy name but i think the one who is *** hehe. Thank you so much for the smooth experience henann lagoon! We will surely back there again! And i hope to see you!

I like hotel-hopping whenever I'm on vacation. My favorite ones so far are the ones in Siargao and bgc but Astoria Current here in Boracay is one of my favorites now because of the great ambiance and personnel. Vibes are everything. Aesthetic, music, and people make your vacation worth it and it's 100% worth it here. Thanks also to Kevin for being great and accommodating! 💛
