So first things first. I chose this hotel purely based on location because it perfectly situated right at the end of slope. And having a room with a slope view is such a vibe. I could just sit there, drink tea and watch others having fun on the slopes. The room was slightly small, but served its purpose. All other services were as expected (breakfast, spa, bar, etc). But the hotel is so big and has so much to serve that it caters for anyone and everybody, and because of that, it's such a convenient hotel because you will get everything you need and require. And this is the hotels strongest attribute. The only thing I didn't like about the hotel was the staff providing the ski / snowboard equipment. I found them quite rude and sometimes didn't know what they were doing. I'm a beginner so I needed help, but I felt like they didn't want to give any. And on one of the days, the guy gave me a snowboard with no clips. And I only realised this once I got to the top of the slope. So I had to go all the way down and show him his mistake. And he didn't even apologise or take responsibility for this. Aside from that, the hotel and the room and all other services are what you would expect from a hotel of this size. Very good and very difficult to go wrong.

I missed my flight at sofia airport so had to book a hotel for one night. So I went for a mid range hotel. It was better than mid range. Lovely helpful staff on reception, an aceptable price with thier discount....paid 68 euros for a large kingsize bed with onsuite bathroom. Comfortable bed, fresh pillows (very snazzy cushions too) and a nice relaxing corner sofa, reasonable TV and every thing was realyl clean. Complimentary coffee and tea, which is not the norm in Bulgaria, nice and quiet, was lovely and warm. Actualyl a bit too warm and I couldnt turn the heating down so I had to sleep wit hte fridge open to cool off as aircon didnt work. THis was the only negative for me. They did an airport pickup, but not a drop off and this nearly stopped me booking, as they should have told me this at the begining, however they were saved by the fact the metro was 4 stops to the airport and cost me 1.60 leva, so about 70p. I picked up food from the little shops in the metro, as I hit a holiday so the restaurants close by were closed. A very lovely stay and Id go there again. AND they had these lovely drop lights near the bed as side lights, some veyr nice touches, clean crisp sheets, soft towels and nice soaps etc and they dont ask you to leave till 12 lunch time. We stayed with two young children for 4 nights whilst we attended a wedding in Sofia. The hotel is in a quiet location with parking. The staff on arrival are friendly especially George he made us feel very welcome and helped with our luggage. We stayed in the family room. The room was nice big and spacious. It is in need of a few repairs and upgrades. The sofa is dipped in the middle, the corners of the bathroom are grubby, the bath has jets that need gutting and the door to the balcony is hanging off and doesn’t close properly which is a safety concern. Breakfast is simple and not a lot was out although hot food is made at your request and room service is available. The breakfast staff were lovely. A young man called Alex was very impressive, polite and diligent. Such an asset to the company to have staff like Alex. An incident with the cleaner ruined our time here. We returned to our room to get ready for the wedding that we went to Sofia for to find the cleaners had turned the room upside down. They had pulled the sofa out and the larger lady with short hair yelled at us because there were crumbs from our children eating biscuits. She was very rude and refused to leave so that we could get ready. This made us late for the wedding. And it left us feeling unwelcome and uncomfortable. My husband complained. And it was explained to us that they just want us to keep the room tidy. It was tidy there were just a few biscuit crumbs on the sofa and floor. We paid for house keeping and it was unreasonable of the cleaners to expect to clean already clean rooms. The fact that we were shouted out by the cleaner is outrageous. The lady with the short hair is a liability. You cannot shout and be rude to guests over crumbs on the floor and sofa. I don’t want to penalise the rest of the team for one hostile cleaner. The rest of the staff were wonderful, friendly and accommodating. The outside area is beautiful especially at night. Lots of fairy lights. The staff are easy going and there is a play area in the gardens including a huge trampoline. There is a well which is covered so just beware to watch young children. The pool looks nice but is deep and cold. It would have been nice if it was heated but in September it was too cold to enjoy. Food is good and room service was great. Overall it was a comfortable experience and cost effective.

Seen some negative reviews on here. I’d just say it’s good value. If you’re looking for 4/5star this aint for you. If you’re looking for somewhere comfortable to sleep and are happy to eat basic Bulgarian food. then jump in. Stayed with my 11 year old son, he was happy enough (using his mobile data, the wifi is poor), ate the food without too much fuss. Staff were pleasant and kind. Would stay again. Might forgo the halfboard, and just eat out for dinner. Although for the money it was nice to have the choice.
