PPengguna TetamuWhat an amazing stay! It exceeded all expectations. The place is super nice with design interior, rooms are warm, spacious and comfortable. The whole place is modern, yet has a very traditional authentic feel and feels serene.
The staff is very attentive, caring and fulfills your every need - they make you feel welcome, and explain everything to you very well even if you are a foreigner, there was no problem communicating in english.
You are guaranteed 2 private stays in the private onsen spa of your chice - one in the evening and one in the morning, the time slots are more than enough to cover guest capacity and you have choice. The public onsen is pretty awesome too, although i felt so relaxed after private onsen for so long i went there just because of curiosity lol.
The dinner and breakfast are HUGE and are SUPER tasty. Excellent products and execution, it was my first time tasting a5 wagyu. I recommend you do not eat lunch before coming to the ryokan for dinner, maybe just breakfast or something small because you will want to eat everything in this amazing meal set. I still feel kind of full 1 day after checking out.
The hotel has nice common areas with free beverages, board games, ping pong ans some slot machines for entertainment. You can reserve karaoke room or get massaged in the automatic massage chairs. After we chcecked in at 3pm we did not need to go anywhere away from the hotel and just enjoyed our time there.
If you want to book very specific timeslots for the private spa come in at that 3pm, because people queue up 30 min before in the lobby. Although i felt this was not really necessarry because like i said, the capacity is calculated well and you are guaranteed 2 entramces with available time slots. The first time slot starts at 4pm and is in 1hr intervals - with 5 available onsens up until the night. Morning onsen had plenty of free slots.
They also offer free shuttle bus and it was always quick, we even called from public telephone in Arima when before checkin and had no problems arranging pickup in english.
What i wish is if they were a little bit more flexible with breakfast times, because you also reserve a time slot but it's not like it's a course meal but traditional breakfast + buffet and you have to decide at the check in, which is kind of soon to think about when you want to have morning meal, but it's not too big problem. I guess it is a way to prevent everyone rushing in 5 min before closing time like some people do. The breakfast has plenty of variety and you even get a preheated own grill!
Overall, we couldn't pick a better place for our visit in Arima, we are so relaxed and it was oje of the best places we have ever been to!

PPengguna TetamuSaya bertukar ke hotel ini pada saat-saat akhir kerana lokasinya yang selesa. Tanpa diduga, ia benar-benar melebihi jangkaan saya! Beberapa kejutan:
Lokasinya lebih mudah daripada yang saya bayangkan. Banyak kedai terkenal berada dalam jarak 5 minit berjalan kaki, apatah lagi kereta bawah tanah, yang terletak di tingkat bawah. Sangat mudah untuk ke Kyoto keesokan harinya;
Wanita di meja depan memberi saya hotel bertingkat tinggi. Pemandangannya bagus. Saya melihat matahari terbenam ketika saya mendaftar masuk. Tidak perlu pergi ke Gunung Rokko. Ia juga sangat tenang dan kalis bunyi, tidak ada bunyi sama sekali pada waktu malam;
Kemudahan bilik adalah sangat baru dan pintar. Walaupun kawasannya kecil, terdapat butiran tersembunyi di mana-mana (seperti cermin penuh di sudut, almari pakaian di dinding TV, dll.);
Akhirnya, peralatan tempat tidur juga sangat baik. Saya memilih katil dan bantal, tetapi saya mempunyai tidur yang terbaik sepanjang perjalanan di sini. Saya bimbang katil besar 1.6m tidak boleh tidur dua orang, tetapi ternyata bahawa ia tidak perlu, ia sudah cukup untuk tidur.
Belum lagi aspek-aspek lain seperti sanitasi, bekalan, dan lain-lain. Saya telah menginap di banyak hotel di Jepun, dan saya boleh katakan yang ini adalah di atas purata.

Tthanut07The Location of hotel is very near to Ikuta Shrine and the nightlife of Kitanocho, where is within easy walking distance. The room is clean but too tiny. the bathroom also provided the bathtub. Breakfast is good but not much of choices. Overall, it's good hotel.

PPengguna TetamuOrdered connecting rooms for 3 at high floor, very nice, clean, and complete amenities aside from luggage storage but no big deal. Location is fantastic, 6-8 mins walking distance from Sannomiya station and bus stop from KIX. Many shops and restaurants around so convenient. Front desk english not good but check in still no issues, check out using machine so very fast. All in all a great value for a 3 star hotel and highly recommended!

CCelloCLove this onsen hotel very much. My one night stay includes breakfast and dinner. All dishes are tasteful and made with heart, room is spacious. We love the 美景日式房帶露天風呂, and one cave onsen free of charge with high privacy. Nice stay and we will be back agin.

AAnt NataХороший отель, как и все по этой сети. Завтраки за два года стали немного беднее, но неплохие, все основное есть. Номер очень понравился, и все мои пожелания были соблюдены. В отеле тихо, я наконец выспалась тут в Японии.
В следующий раз выберу его опять.

DdcmcszAbout 15 mins’ walk from Shin Kobe JR. 10 mins’ walk to Sanomiya. Location was ok. The room was not too small. Clean environment, coffee machine and amenities available at lobby.
Had problems with room WiFi the first night. Front desk didn’t have solution upon my phone inquiry. After reporting to CTrip, hours later, a Chinese speaking staff came to my door to help me. And problem solved. The next day, hotel sent a note asking for my feedback on the issue. Which was a professional and nice gesture.
Breakfast was a chain fast food connected to the lobby. Front desk staff can communicate in English. Overall, good experience with this price.
离新神户JR站步行约二十分钟；三宫约十分钟，附近貌似没有地铁站；经济型酒店，房间不算很小，有浴缸；
首晚，下午发现房间Wi-Fi用不了；电话前台只会Sorry；跟携程说了后，晚上有中国员工上门，解决了问题；第二天，酒店还询问反馈；这点还是服务不错，毕竟是喜来登旗下，还是更专业；不像京都的Tokyu Stay Sanjo Karasuma三条乌丸，酒店设施有问题，装没事的。
设施一般，该有的都有；一楼有洗浴用品，调味包大小的一次性牙膏很方便；早晨就是大堂旁边的松屋，要另外买；
前台员工英语可以交流；第一天接待我的眼镜大叔，动作有一点慢，慢慢跟他说还是可以的。整体体验还不错，毕竟价格不贵。

PPengguna TetamuHotel service was good. Dinner and breakfast was provided as part of the stay. Food was good for the stay since there are not much options for food at Arima. Most shops are closed by afternoon. Though the hotel is old but it’s renovated (except for the old wooden cupboard) which made the stay more pleasant. Onsen is indoor and small so will need to go at hours with lesser people.

CCasualTravellerOverall, I had a pleasant stay. The room was spacious, clean, and offered a beautiful view, which made the experience very comfortable. However, I was disappointed that the swimming facilities required an additional charge. The entrance to the lobby was also quite hard to find from the station. Still, a decent stay overall.

PPengguna TetamuLocation is great as it is practically adjacent to the Sannomiya train station. However, there is a major scale construction going on now, right exactly in front of the hotel and if you are not observant, it could easily slip your sight. Also note there are two Tokyu Rei hotels nearby each other and if you are taking a taxi from Shin Kobe station, remember to clearly specify the destination is Sannomiya Tokyu Rei and not the nearby one in Moto Machi which the driver brought us to.
As is typical of most hotels in Japan, even though we had a twin room, space was rather limited and we barely had enough to even open up a medium size luggage bag let alone two.
A big plus point was food options were everywhere and all within walking distance, with many eateries just directly behind the hotel and more as you walk down the main road leading to a row of various restaurants and various eateries for all budgets.
Check-in was of the touch machine kind which is typical of Japan now and staff were at hand to help and guide along.
They were also especially helpful providing useful information as to where to go for a good meal and how to get to other places of interests.
Given the proximity to train station, the food options around and the price we paid, Kobe Sannomiya Tokyu Rei is a good choice for a stay in Kobe.
