"Our stay at KOKO HOTEL was an amazing experience from start to finish. The hotel had a very clean, modern, and cozy atmosphere that made our trip even more enjoyable. The staff were polite, welcoming, and always helpful whenever we had questions or needed assistance.
One of the things we loved most was the location. The hotel was conveniently close to train stations, convenience stores, restaurants, and shopping areas, which made exploring Japan very easy and stress free. The room was compact yet very well organized, with comfortable beds and all the essentials needed for a relaxing stay.
We also appreciated how quiet and peaceful the hotel was, especially after long days of sightseeing. Everything was well maintained, and the overall experience felt smooth and comfortable throughout our trip.
We truly enjoyed our stay at KOKO Hotel and would highly recommend it to travelers looking for a convenient, clean, and comfortable place to stay while visiting Japan.

Pengguna TetamuMy second stay at a Croom hotel. Both times experience has been great. Room is compact but clean. Location wise I give a slightly lower rating only because of the lack.of escalator from the station. The combini outlets nearby are smaller, esp the nearest 7-11. So I ended up going further for the bigger outlets for.more choices. Rooms are very quiet despite facing the road. Overall a happy and comfortable stay.

Pengguna Tanpa NamaThe room was super value for money. Decent room size given the amount that we paid per night.. and they even have a chair in the washroom so that u can sit down while doing your makeup etc??
Staff were all very friendly and kind, which made the stay very comfy and enjoyable. :) It’s a short walk from the JR station, and there’s a rather big convenience store nearby called Ministop. Very comfortable bed and pillows I love it so much.
It felt ok for me and my friend (both female) to walk back to hotel from the station at night. A couple of drinking places nearby so it’s very lively at night. I might be hesitant to stay in the area if I was alone though. But with friends it’s fine!
Also, don’t miss the entrances to the underground shopping area ESCA. Easy access to restaurants, ***** stores/pharmacies, and other stores for shopping.

The room was spacious and comfortable overall, which was a plus. However, the sofa bed provided for my child was quite short and too firm, making it uncomfortable to sleep on. Additionally, the hotel does not offer self-service laundry facilities. Other than that it’s a great hotel to stay.

K.KooOne of the best decisions we made for this trip was to stay at this hotel. We absolutely love eveything about this place - the complimentary breakfast and free drinks were great. The rooms are pretty spacious. Staff were so friendly and helpful. It's also just across Exit E of the subway station and just a stop from Nagoya station and within walking distance to Sakae. There are also several convenience stores close to the hotel. We will stay here again if we ever visit Nagoya again.

Pengguna TetamuRooms and toilets are clean and staff were very friendly. Believe the hotel is relatively new, and I like the fact you need to ”touch/scan” your room key in the lift in order to select your floor, which make it extra safe, definitely a plus point.
Breakfast was good and really like the dining area, it's spacious, bright and clean, breakfast staffs are super friendly also.
Location of the hotel is great also, and it's in an inner street of a busy area, so it's quiet and yet convenient.

AizleI had an excellent stay at this hotel and would absolutely rate it 5/5. The staff were welcoming, professional, and always ready to help. The room was spotless, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything needed for a relaxing stay. The location was convenient, making it easy to explore the area and access nearby attractions. I also really enjoyed the amenities and the overall atmosphere of the hotel. Everything exceeded my expectations, and I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.

The staff were polite, friendly, and accommodating, providing smooth check-in and helpful assistance whenever needed. The room was clean, well-maintained, and housekeeping did a great job keeping it tidy every day.

Room price includes breakfast, while the options are limited, the taste and quality is good. Love the curry and it's soft scrambled egg. Room size I booked is typical Japanese business hotel size, which is compact. Location is like 5-10 mins to Nagoya station, 5 mins to Aeon Mall, and 15 mins to Toyota Commemorative Museum (all in walking distance). Also they have supplementary coffee and soft drinks throughout the day at the breakfast hall until 11pm. You can heat up your food as there is a microwave there. A good hangout place with friends for night snack before hitting the bed.
