Tetapi kami tetap bertahan. Dan sarapan pagi benar-benar menyebalkan! COVID membuatkan mereka berasa seperti mereka boleh merawat orang mengikut kehendak mereka.

The attitude of the two female receptionists was truly terrible—it was just constant refusals. I have visited over 100 countries and am generally quite easygoing; I have never criticized anyone before, as everyone has a job to do and anyone can have a bad day. However, I stayed at this hotel for several nights and consistently encountered an arrogant attitude from the staff. That clearly reflects their inherent rudeness rather than just a case of them having a bad day

Great room and great location, the only thing is that on the first day we are here, they refused to provided breakfast even that we clearly have breakfast included for our reservation, and this lady server at the dining area has a very bad attitude. But the manager gets back to us and offered compensation the next day so we were satisfied overall.

We enjoyed our quick stay - I appreciate the friendly staff & the cleanliness of the rooms and lobby areas.

They advertised shuttle service but it doesn’t go to the train station. Next morning, they didn’t tell me to show up 5 minutes before my departure time so although I arrived on time they left early and without me.

Booked and paid in full online. They have our credit card on file. Didn’t expect they want to charge extra money for room deposit. No problem we can handle the additional payment except Their machine didn’t work scanning my Apple Pay. The older lady was rude and told us we couldn’t stay. That was not our fault. It really hurts! they should fix their machine problem first rather than blaming customer. Finally the younger staff on training figured out how to charge my Apple Card by keying in the numbers. Overall check in was not as friendly and professional as it should be. Breakfast was okay, oatmeal was not done correctly super dry, a simple fix is adding a bit water , yet no one cared. Eggs are not real , artificial eggs. Just a bit disappointed. Rooms are warm and bathrooms is clean.

The hotel provides a free airport shuttle, which can need some time but provides great value given the distance from airport to town. American style breakfast was ok. Room was a bit overheating but they had heater and AC in rooms so that was ok. Also pool with rather cold water and gym as valuable addons. Service was good.

Enjoyed our stay thanks to the microtel employees. I would definitely recommend and return for future trips. They even welcomed my dog (who may seem scary but is a sweet girl and service animal)
