Hotel Anchorage dengan Tempat Letak Kereta

We found the staff to be exceptionally friendly and helpful    Our room was clean well appointed and spacious.  I missed having a microwave but otherwise our stay was great

酒店雖然比較舊，但房間好大，二張1.5米的大床，房間也很整潔，大堂有茶吧，免費供應開水，茶包和咖啡，酒店也提供免費接送機服務，對這次入住很滿意，就是感覺房價有點小貴！

Nice clean budget friendly place. If you’re walking it’s a mile to town and if it’s summer time and you need to open the windows for air, it’s pretty noisy outside. A business across the street had its alarm going off all night. I was told it’s not monitored and it’s always like that. If windows are shut it’s fine, but no a/c and it was warm in there. But for the price, I’d totally stay again if I needed a quick stop in Anchorage. The shower was excellent and no problem accessing one even though they are shared. Also, the complimentary coffee and tea was nice as well as use of a kitchen, although I didn’t use it.

Booked and paid in full online. They have our credit card on file. Didn’t expect they want to charge extra money for room deposit. No problem we can handle the additional payment except Their machine didn’t work scanning my Apple Pay. The older lady was rude and told us we couldn’t stay. That was not our fault. It really hurts! they should fix their machine problem first rather than blaming customer. Finally the younger staff on training figured out how to charge my Apple Card by keying in the numbers. Overall check in was not as friendly and professional as it should be. Breakfast was okay, oatmeal was not done correctly super dry, a simple fix is adding a bit water , yet no one cared. Eggs are not real , artificial eggs. Just a bit disappointed. Rooms are warm and bathrooms is clean.

The hotel is in the city with few homeless passing hotel but it is not gated. Will not suggest to take rooms on ground floor but second floor with locked entrance for safety. All the rooms are renovated differently and clean enough. Rooms on the second floor are quiet.

Lovely Hotel great spot to be in the center of Anchorage and is close to the freeway, just be careful parking is not attached, the staff early early Feb 14th was so helpful lovely and kind 3 girls(posted their names on the yelp review)

Enjoyed our stay thanks to the microtel employees. I would definitely recommend and return for future trips. They even welcomed my dog (who may seem scary but is a sweet girl and service animal)

The hotel provides a free airport shuttle, which can need some time but provides great value given the distance from airport to town. American style breakfast was ok. Room was a bit overheating but they had heater and AC in rooms so that was ok. Also pool with rather cold water and gym as valuable addons. Service was good.

The room was quite adequate and clean. However, we were promised a shuttle to the airport but the next morning were told there was no room for us so we called uber. A bit unsettling since we needed to be at the airport for a very early flight
