Stayed here for 5 nights as attending an event at the Convention centre across the road. Very central hotel and only 5 minutes to convention centre. Plenty of restaurants nearby. Breakfast was excellent with attentive staff and good food. Bar on ground floor also good. Balcony was nice but exterior light not working. Overall a great stay and they credited my points as an accor platnimum member.

Excellent location in the heart of Broadbeach. Friendly staff and seamless check in-out. Parking is a bit confusing, and the hotel is starting to look its age. However clean and tidy. Pool deck hardly gets the sun, so no sitting by the pool all day to get some rays! (There is a beach 150m away so not a biggie!)

On our trip to Gold Coast we booked our accommodation with Meriton a studio apar**ent. Upon arrival and check in we got upgraded to a 1 bedroom apar**ent no charge, and couldn’t be happier , as their service was a friendly, fast, and professional. Our 1 bedroom apar**ent is amazing, featuring queen bed with t.v in room , spacious living area , kitchen, laundry and balcony with a beautiful view of the beach . The location convenience, being across the road from the ****** and pacific fair , and Goya cafe downstairs for a close by breakfast before heading on your day of adventure. We’ll most definitely be checking in to Meriton in near future.

We phoned prior to find out parking options. They said no valet. We arrive and sure enough, there’s complimentary valet parking for guests. This was a pleasant surprise. The lady at reception was not especially helpful. We requested an early check-in during booking process. We arrived around 2 hours prior to normal check-in and were told our room wasn’t recently. We paid extra for breakfast, $100 meal credit and late check-out. The receptionist twice mentioned a $50 credit - not sure why? Our lunch meal at restaurant Nineteen was excellent. Fresh oyster journey, moreton bat bugs and dessert. An extensive wine list including by the glass. The infinity pool on level 19 looks amazing. Given more time, we would have used it for sure. We booked the stellar room. The room itself was spacious and luxurious. King bed. Separate living/dining room. Both with large TVs. Bath tub. Monsoon shower. Bath robes and slippers. Smart lighting and curtains. Large balcony with 180 degree view, albeit ocean view mostly obstructed by other buildings. Mid afternoon, we received a random knock on the door. It was the turn down service. We didn’t oblige. Reception had failed to mention this. We ordered room service for dinner. Uninspired menu. Burger and fries took around 45 mins. It was warm at best. And very over priced. There was some loud-ish dance music being played in the shared corridor, over the in-house audio speaker system. Poor choice. We could hear it while watching TV in bed. Fortunately, the next sound track improved around 2300h. Breakfast was pre-paid. We were handed a memu and told we could order what we wanted. Juice, tea or coffee and a main. We ordered crab omelette and some sides. We were unexpectedly charged extra for the sides. It wasn’t explained to us. Thankfully, check-out was simpler and smoother than check-in. Concierge and valet were on point. Overall, we enjoyed our stay, but for the price tag, don’t think it represents fair value - we’ll unlikely return.

Everything was great except the terrible weather and food outlets either all closed or terrible salads at the oasis carvery. Plus side clean, great service, and the ribs at Fat Freddy's were excellent! Had to pay extra for car parking. View to the darling hotel and traffic noise as expected.

Noisy bathroom exhaust fan Last trip was great This time I got a dud room No continuity on staff to fix the issues no notes taken Breakfasts I booked at check in were not logged so delays each day at breakfast etc Needs improving !!

서퍼스파라다이스에서는 조금떨어져있지만 브로드비치 마트와카페식음료점이편리합니다 . 1층에요거트아이스크림집이있는데 나쁘지않고 스타벅스가있습니다. 아이들이놀기좋은놀이터가 200미터정도 있습니다 엄막커튼이없어서 6시만되면 기상을해야했고… 바로옆에공사장이있어소음이심합니다. 밤에는 클럽들이근처에있어서 시끄럽습니다. 몇일지내기에는 나쁘지않았다. 수영장도 아이들이놀기좋았습니다

We needed a two night stay at Broadbeach close to the convention centre, this property is very close. Also close to the action in Broadbeach, cafes etc, & the beach. However....very tired, in need of some repairs & care. Enuf room for our 2 night stay, fridge, hanging space etc. Air con & fan very noisy, the shower had black mould on the tiles. When we asked for it to be cleaned, it was evident that someone had splashed bleach around, there were dirt shoe prints inside the shower! The glass shelf in the shower was very loose and dangerous, we asked to have it repaired, nothing done. We asked for extra towels, only at a charge. Two towel rails in the bathroom, one was broken. Bed was comfy enuf and pillows good. Was inexpensive, we paid $397 for our stay, just wouldn't go back. Gardens lovely.

Our room was on level 5 overlooking the highway. Very, very noisy at night. The room could have been cleaner. Furniture was average, apartment wasn’t particularly well furnished. The kitchen was reasonably well stocked with crockery and cutlery however the plastic chopping board was in need of replacement. Discoloured and grubby. No bedside tables in the second bedroom and no hooks in either bathroom. Location wise it is excellent. Close to the tram stop, shops and restaurants. The lifts are extremely slow, had to wait up to 15 minutes at times. Overall it is a good location but getting a bit tired and lower level rooms are too noisy at night. Overpriced for what we had. Other apartments on upper levels would probably be better. Wouldn’t stay here again.
