Paul is great kind and very professional , the staff is amazing and the hotel is beautiful, I stayed here for 5 days with my friends and we had a great time. I definitely recommend to come for a nice vacation and to have a great time. Thank you very much and I will come back for sure!!!

Struttura rimodernata ma sempre in chiave classica , necessità di migliorare il servizio TV che funzionano solo alcuni canali mentre la piscina e servizi terme non al top per la pulizia ,

The hotel is good and decent. You get what you pay for. Good room, with nice bathroom. Decent bed and great personal. All are friendly and good people. Cleaning is good. Didnt experience any issues or problems in a 1 week vacation. Gabriel the waiter of the restaurant did a great job. His boss was really nice and didnt mind getting her hands dirty and helped out. And like the rest she i really nice Can only recommend a stay here.

The hotel was really clean, 24/7 hot water, the breakfast was satisfied and the stuff was in general kind and friendly except the guy from the night shift (not the tall one who was amazing) who was extremely rude and even ignored one person from the group when she asked him if he could bring us something. This behaviour was repeated several nights and this discouraged us from staying quietly in the hotel after the exhausting day we had spent in Bucharest.

Truly great experience. Only thing to point is that the pool is an extra, you need to lay 10€/personne/day... Other than that, really nice !

Location, location, location. Walk out the back door and you step right into old town Bucharest. Step out the front door and there’s a small parking area where your taxi/Uber can drop you off of a main road (no rolling your bags over the wonderful cobblestones of old town. The front desk is super friendly and helpful in all maters. Very clean and spacious room, but we did upgrade to a balcony room overlooking old town in the back of the hotel (one note on this room location, we stayed on a Friday night and you did get some street sounds coming in our back door until around 0300 Saturday, if you are a lite sleeper, bring ear plugs, at least on the weekend because we didn’t notice this on Thursday evening/Friday morning). The breakfast came with our room package and it was nice, good variety that everyone can find something that will get them through the morning. It’s a buffet so you select what you want and enjoy on your own time schedule. We used Uber to get across town and to the airport, this was the suggestion of everyone we talked with in the city. Price and scheduling was easy and it all goes on your CC. If you plan to spend some time in Old Town Bucharest, we suggest this location. The price is reasonable, the staff are great and location you can’t beat. If we’re back, we will definitely stay with Concorde again.

A bit drab on arrival and the staff are not the friendliest. Good sized room that was clean and had all the amenities needed - other than tea and coffee facilities. Good air con and great lighting. Restaurant closed two out of three evenings, food was mediocre. Breakfast limited to eggs, local sausages, bacon and cubes of quiche on the hot buffet. Rolls, sliced bread and cheese and ham selection on cold buffet. Salad, olives, yoghurt and cereals. Fruit squash rather than juice. Decent been to cup coffee machine. Good location, 20 minute walk to the old town. 40 minute drive to the airport. Don’t expect typical 4 star standards here, at best this is a 3 star but it was clean and comfortable.

We stayed here with a group of people, we were all part of an organised tour. The room was clean & the breakfast good. However the hotel appeared to need finishing, a large open hole in the ceiling of the bedroom & also the electricity suddenly disappeared (although it did return fairly promptly for us.) However on the evening of our second stay they were obviously hosting a private event in the only bar area on the twelfth floor. We were refused entry & when we returned to reception on the ground floor, Improvement we were told to go out or request room service. At almost the same time a group of Romanian guests were offered drinks, naturally we objected to this & as a good will gesture they reluctantly offered us drinks. We were then asked to pay for them to which we all refused & after several phone calls they finally accepted this. My husband & I had a pre booked transfer to travel to the airport the following day. When my husband approached reception he was told he would have to pay them 370 leu & there was no such thing booked!! Our driver arrived on time & assured us it was booked & pre-paid & duly drove us to the airport. This is not an acceptable service for a 4star hotel, possibly there may be a language barrier/ misunderstanding or it could be lack of training & knowledge or even dishonesty.
