This hotel is located right by the Mall of Georgia but set back a bit from the main road providing a nice, quiet stay. The rooms are large and seem to have been recently partially renovated. The beds are very comfortable and the rooms are impeccably clean, honestly my suite was one of the cleanest rooms I’ve seen. The furniture was also in perfect condition, no scuffs or scratches. It is clear the housekeeping staff is top notch. My only complaint about the rooms was that the TVs were tiny and about 10 years out dated. The TV in the living room did not have any streaming capability and the TV in the bedroom was abnormally small for a hotel room. The hotel recognized my elite status and offered an upgrade to a suite, which was nice. While the hotel is set back a bit, the traffic trying to get to the main road is horrible. Overall a great stay but knocked off a star because of the horrible traffic and the extremely outdated TVs.

This hotel is well kept and clean. Our room was standard and typical of the brand and in good condition. What made this stay special was the staff. The general manager, Laurie Thomas, was at the desk when we checked in and was extremely friendly and helpful. She was ready to recommend special restaurants or help any way she could. Another staff member, Rebecca, was also super friendly and when we returned to our room late in the evening and couldn't get the TV to work, she was there in flash and replaced our HDMI cable and remote. The TV was small compared to other hotels these days, but the hotel is scheduled for an upgrade this year. Breakfast was also standard fare, but the room was clean and the staff ready to assist. The hotel is in a pack of hotels at the Mall of GA Buford,and there was a lot of traffic to get through when we arrived, but certainly convenient to the Mall shopping. We would stay again if in the area.

This hotel is located right by the Mall of Georgia but set back a bit from the main road providing a nice, quiet stay. The rooms are large and seem to have been recently partially renovated. The beds are very comfortable and the rooms are impeccably clean, honestly my suite was one of the cleanest rooms I’ve seen. The furniture was also in perfect condition, no scuffs or scratches. It is clear the housekeeping staff is top notch. My only complaint about the rooms was that the TVs were tiny and about 10 years out dated. The TV in the living room did not have any streaming capability and the TV in the bedroom was abnormally small for a hotel room. The hotel recognized my elite status and offered an upgrade to a suite, which was nice. While the hotel is set back a bit, the traffic trying to get to the main road is horrible. Overall a great stay but knocked off a star because of the horrible traffic and the extremely outdated TVs.

This hotel is well kept and clean. Our room was standard and typical of the brand and in good condition. What made this stay special was the staff. The general manager, Laurie Thomas, was at the desk when we checked in and was extremely friendly and helpful. She was ready to recommend special restaurants or help any way she could. Another staff member, Rebecca, was also super friendly and when we returned to our room late in the evening and couldn't get the TV to work, she was there in flash and replaced our HDMI cable and remote. The TV was small compared to other hotels these days, but the hotel is scheduled for an upgrade this year. Breakfast was also standard fare, but the room was clean and the staff ready to assist. The hotel is in a pack of hotels at the Mall of GA Buford,and there was a lot of traffic to get through when we arrived, but certainly convenient to the Mall shopping. We would stay again if in the area.
