Hotel 5 Bintang Terbaik di Busan

We loved our stay at Paradise Hotel. Our room had a beautiful ocean view and balcony. It was clean and had toiletries, robes, slippers, coffee, tea, and a mini fridge bar. The temperature was easy to control and adjust to our liking. The outdoor spa, also with an ocean view, was free with our room and the pools with water from local hot springs were clean, relaxing, and beautiful. The breakfast buffet, though pricey, was the best we’ve ever had with both western and eastern cuisines (and again, that beautiful view of the beach!). The staff was very professional, welcoming, and kind.

I would not recommend Ananti at Busan Cove to anyone. It should be a place to relax for families. However, they have an abundance of (confusing) rules and a military style of ”service” from their staff. I've traveled all across the world (+60 countries). Living & working on 3 continents - and this was the strangest place I've ever stayed. A resort where the guest is always wrong. Strange hours, strange rules, strange service. And don't count on using the pool on the day of your check-out - as it's not allowed. If you want to carry around the full page of rules with you, be limited to small selection of restaurants which fill up and close early, then this might be the place for you. On the plus side, the sea is beautiful (although no accessible beach) - so you are stuck with the pool which is evacuated every 50 minutes.

Room with ocean view is so much more cost-efficient than other hotels providing similar views. Still expensive for our budget though, but definitely worth every penny. The staff there also deserved praise for their respectfulness and formality, professionalism much alike what I saw of 5-star hotels in K-drama series. Definitely will keep this hotel in mind when I return to Busan in the future!

優點：1. 酒店外景和大廳不錯，有種高檔莊重感，適合商務出差預訂。2.第一次在韓國打車，職員幫忙預訂叫車，用現金或者信用卡付款即可，解決打車難問題（雖然後麪我也下載了Uber併成功使用），對於不會在韓國打車的人來説很友好。3.早餐環境不錯，飲食對於我個人來説覺得就還可以，並沒有很驚艷，但是同事覺得不錯。 問題：1. 去的時候釜山好熱啊，大廳比卧房涼快。早上因為工作場合原因要洗澡化粧，我的天洗完澡真的是一邊流汗一邊化粧，根本化不好，空調很低温度也類似於擺設，真的是有些崩潰。2.吹風機風力有些低，早上吹不幹頭髮，吹的風力和速度也都有些慢，真的對於要出差的人來説很着急。3. 不喜歡帶有浴缸的浴室，但是感覺韓國大部分傳統酒店就有浴缸。想用淋浴頭結果半天拔不上來，也真的很着急。總之對於一個用慣了淋浴頭的人來説，真的挺崩潰的，匆忙洗澡。4. 不清楚歡迎飲料就是酒店卧房的礦泉水嗎？5.看着温泉券的賣點，結果去了舟車勞頓，也沒有合適的衣服就沒去體驗，有些遺憾。6. 房間不是很大，鏡子很多，窗户的設計比較古色古香，但是這個紙糊的真的不會被戳壞嗎？7.能看到一些街景，但是一般般，練歌房比較多，不太清楚周邊環境為啥這麼多娛樂場所。

Everything about the hotel was good but unfortunately, my business schedule was badly impacted because Trip.com super last minute informed me that out of the 4 nights I had pre-book and prepaid, only 2 nights were available. They have to transfer me to another hotel for the remaining 2 nights. I have to check out by 12 noon and can't check in at the other hotel till 3pm.

Park Hyatt Busan is located in the Haeundae district of Busan, to the North of Busan Station. Getting here cost about 20,000 KRW by taxi. While the hotel is located somewhat far from some of the major tourist attractions like Gamcheon village, the amenities and the service of this hotel were absolutely impeccable. From the moment we alighted from the taxi, porters took our luggage bags and we were whisked to the hotel lobby on the 30th floor. The elevator doors opened to an expansive and impressive view of Busan. The standard deluxe room was very spacious for 2 persons, clean, and luxurious. Everything felt very modern. The sockets were also international, obviating the need for adaptors. The views from the room were fantastic too. The bathroom comes with 2 sinks, a shower equipped with Le Labo soaps, and a bath tub. The toilet was equipped with a Toto Japanese bidet. We will definitely return if we are ever back in Busan.

5 stars hotel with 5 stars amenities such as Dyson hairdryer and diptyque toiletries. Nespresso machine and 4 different types of tea available each day. You can borrow a HDMI-iPhone cable to mirror to TV for YouTube/Netflix. Family room was queen and single beds. Daily snacks such as macaroons, chocolates or fruits. Concierge and check in/out service was polite and prompt. Short cut from hotel to LCT mall (towards Haeundae beach) was very handy. The mall has few shops opened such as a bakery, 7-11, and cafes. My family and I stayed at the hotel from 26 Dec to 28 Dec 2023 and upon checkout, the staff insisted that they had issues reversing my 200 000 krw deposit because I didn't use the same card. This is strange and confusing because I only used one credit card the whole time in Korea. I also used the same card to pay for the hotel booking upon check in. We stayed in other Lotte Hotels in Korea and compared to those hotels, our experience at Lotte Hotel Busan was not the best. During check-in, i had several questions for the staff assisting us but she told us curtly that she will explain this later. Perhaps it was a language issue but definitely rubbed me the wrong way. During our time using the pool, different lifeguards asked me on two separate occasions if my family had registered to use the pool -- we paid for the pool usage and received wristbands. They also hovered around my family quite a bit - prolly cos my husband's arm tattoo was showing under his shirt and my kids are rather loud (they are 3 and 6 fyi). We were also told by the staff to keep our 3 year old quiet. We understand that compared to perhaps other Korean children, our child can be quite loud. We tried our best to keep him quiet but he is just 3 and simply excited to be there and it was not so nice to feel like we were being watched all the time for our child.

The Busan House & Beach Bnb is an ideal spot for travelers wanting to discover the city. Visitors to Busan will find that the Busan House & Beach Bnb is a fantastic accommodation choice.Traveling to the hotel is easy with Busan Station located approximately 7km away and Gimhae International Airport roughly 15km away. Just a short walk from Namcheon Metro Station, traveling to most city destinations is a breeze. This hotel is located near many of Busan's attractions including CGV Daeyeon, Lost Valley In W and UN Memorial Cemetery in Korea.When guests have some time on their hands they can make use of the onsite facilities.

The hotel staff's service attitude was excellent. They greeted us warmly and helped us with our luggage upon our arrival at 1:00 pm, and arranged for us to check in early. Our room had a beautiful view of the sea and was spacious. The bathroom was large and clean, the mattress was very comfortable, and the shower gel and body lotion provided were from well-known brands. The room was well-soundproofed, quiet, and very comfortable. We also enjoyed a delicious breakfast in our room on the second day, with excellent service. The only downside is that the hotel is located in a remote area with no restaurants or convenience stores nearby, so a taxi is necessary to get in and out.
