I have stayed at this hotel twice before because it’s quite close to the train station but this time, I got a room so small that I had to roll on the bed to get to the other side of the room. The space between the foot of the bed and TV stand was too narrow to comfortably walk through. The hotel is also in an obscure area so the Didi can’t drop /pick you at the door. The staff is very friendly though. Breakfast options are enjoyable but also limited.

This made exploring the city a breeze, and I appreciated the convenience it added to my trip. One of the standout features was the culinary experience. The on-site dining options offered a diverse range of delectable dishes, leaving my taste buds thoroughly satisfied. Although the absence of coffee was noted, the rich variety of other beverage options more than compensated for it. The toilet facilities were not only pristine but also surprisingly innovative. The sound-proof design allowed for a private and serene experience, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploration. The added touch of background music created a unique ambiance, transforming the bathroom into a personal concert space. I must commend the receptionists for their exceptional hospitality. Their welcoming demeanor and willingness to assist with any inquiries added a warm touch to the overall stay. It was evident that the staff was dedicated to ensuring guests felt comfortable and well taken care of. I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel in Qingdao, and there are some noteworthy aspects to share. First and foremost, the receptionist displayed exceptional customer service. Our early morning arrival was met with a warm welcome and an unexpected early check-in. This considerate gesture allowed us to freshen up and kick-start our adventure, setting a positive tone for our stay. During our visit, there was a minor hiccup with housekeeping - a misplaced pair of Nike Air Max shoes. Thankfully, the vigilant receptionist swiftly resolved the issue, locating and returning the missing item promptly. To make amends for the inconvenience, they went the extra mile, offering a small gift and complimentary breakfast coupons as a gesture of goodwill. Such attentiveness to guest needs is truly commendable. While we chose to explore authentic local cuisine during our trip, bypassing hotel dining, I cannot provide feedback on the food quality or variety. In terms of location, this hotel scores points for convenience. Taxis are readily available, and it took us just 30 minutes to reach the stunning Laoshan Mountain, a must-visit destination. Additionally, the hotel's proximity to a bustling night market right across the street adds to its appeal. However, there's room for improvement, notably in the cleanliness department. The bathrooms, in particular, left much to be desired, with an unpleasant odour lingering during our stay. Broken equipment, such as the wardrobe, was also in need of repair. Furthermore, the electric kettle was not up to our cleanliness standards, discouraging its use. In summary, this hotel offers excellent customer service, convenient access to transportation and local attractions, and a proactive approach to guest satisfaction. However, attention to cleanliness and maintenance, especially in the bathrooms, is an area that could use some enhancement.

I just love this hotel! It's quite new and clean and it has a good feel to it. Moreover, I stayed in a Korean style apartment on the 7th floor and it was equiped with a washing machine, microwave oven, little stove and a small refrigerator. I also had a dining table and study desk in my room. I'm of the opinion that I got real value for money. What I also enjoyed was the big night market nearby, I went there every night during my stay and I really enjoyed the delicious snacks and food.

建議我朋友入住並預訂的這個酒店。本次衹説一個問題：朋友在海邊遊玩，想就近吃完午餐再回酒店退房，經徵詢本店～想（免費）延時2小時，那怕1小時也行，因為朋友吃完飯回酒店退房是順路又省時，本店婉拒（延時退房），説按酒店規定不行，正常就是12點退房。朋友衹得急匆匆趕回去先退房，之後再又往海邊趕（過去吃飯）。你連客人這麼點兒基本要求都不能滿足（行業內已有巨多酒店延遲到下午2點甚至3點退房），還開啥酒店？同時，經幾天觀察，酒店入住率不是太高。這些都不是前台員工素質高低問題，是管理層的問題，應該反思。（恕無圖片）

I had a great stay at this hotel, which is conveniently located inside the airport. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, making sure I had everything I needed, and they even offered a pick-up and drop-off service. Despite being inside the airport, the hotel was remarkably noise-free, allowing for a peaceful and restful stay. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, providing a perfect retreat after my travels. I truly appreciated the convenience of being so close to the terminal while still enjoying a quiet environment. Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort and convenience at the airport!
