I loved it! Very cosy with a good vibe. only problem was the food delivery as there's an atour just down the road, and we accidentally had our food sent there instead. Just make sure to check addresses carefully 😉

Location is great because our intention was to be in the Laoshan District. Might not be easy if most of your plans are in the touristy areas such as the Tsingtao Brewery Museum. Anyway, there is Metro (underground subway) which helped us address that in case we wanted to have a look at downtown. The hotel is a 10 min walk from either Haiyou or Haichuan stations in Line 2. We’re not so much of a fan of Chinese food for breakfast, so the free breakfast was not fascinating for us. They did have eggs and bread. There is an elevator to help us carry or luggage all the way to our floors. And the room was neat and clean, and they clean it every time we’re out.

Weird location, it was very close to the High Speed Train station JiNan Xi, but the entrance is very hard to get to and the taxi will mostly missed it. The room is nice and clean, good simple breakfast. not thing fancy, very good stay for a nice business trip.

I enjoyed this stay very much, as it was in the heart of Licun, Qingdao, which I did not know very well. A lot to see in the area and easy access to the metro system. The staff was friendly, the breakfast was good and the room was very comfortable. The water pressure was poor but did not matter much. I would definitely recommend this to others as an inexpensive stay option.

Zebra Hotel pays attention to details and allows guests to enjoy the boutique hotel experience. No hotel is complete without a good restaurant, and zebra hotel is no exception. 建議我朋友入住並預訂的這個酒店。本次衹説一個問題：朋友在海邊遊玩，想就近吃完午餐再回酒店退房，經徵詢本店～想（免費）延時2小時，那怕1小時也行，因為朋友吃完飯回酒店退房是順路又省時，本店婉拒（延時退房），説按酒店規定不行，正常就是12點退房。朋友衹得急匆匆趕回去先退房，之後再又往海邊趕（過去吃飯）。你連客人這麼點兒基本要求都不能滿足（行業內已有巨多酒店延遲到下午2點甚至3點退房），還開啥酒店？同時，經幾天觀察，酒店入住率不是太高。這些都不是前台員工素質高低問題，是管理層的問題，應該反思。（恕無圖片）

服務超好，超出預期，房間提供水果，直飲水和瓶裝水，免費茶葉，隔音情況：非常安靜，我平時睡覺很輕，但是在這裏完全聽不到樓道和隔壁的聲音，非常贊地理位置：離地鐵站很近很方便，旁邊的小路一直走也可以步行到小吃一條街，好吃的很多，最後點贊一下幫忙辦理退房的前台小趙，服務態度很好，很貼心！
