GGuest UserI originally booked a king-size bed room without windows, but when I checked in, the front desk lady upgraded me to a family room for free. It has an extra-large double bed and a single bed. The room is large and well decorated. It is very close to Xi'an Road subway station. The price/performance ratio is great. I will stay here again next time. I highly recommend it.

GGuest UserI had a very satisfying stay! The hotel's location is excellent, super convenient as it's very close to the subway. It's right next to the Qingniwaqiao commercial street, including Dashang, and just a few hundred meters away from the Dalian Old Street Night Market, making it easy for sightseeing and dining.
Most importantly, the front desk lady provided wonderful service. She spoke very gently and was very attentive. Our several nights there were very comfortable. Because we arrived quite early, the front desk lady upgraded our room type based on availability, allowing us to check in ahead of time 👍🏻.
The room had no strange odors. Even though it's street-facing, closing the windows during the day kept the noise from being an issue, and at night it was completely quiet, so my sleep wasn't affected. The water pressure in the shower was super strong but not uncomfortable, and the hot water came on very quickly – hot showers were available anytime 👍🏻. The Wi-Fi was fast, and the mattress was very soft.
The cleaning staff did an excellent job. When we hung the 'clean my room' sign before leaving, we'd return to a neatly made bed, clean floors, and replenished amenities.
Overall, it was a very satisfying stay 😊

GGuest UserMy stay at the Lavande Hotel Dalian was fantastic! The location is excellent, making it super convenient for getting around, and the surrounding commercial area is well-developed, so dining and shopping were a breeze.
The room was spotless and odor-free, and the 'forest air purification system' made the air fresh and comfortable. The Mousse mattress was soft and supportive, ensuring a really sound sleep. The bathroom had a great wet/dry separation, and the Bluetooth speaker was a nice touch, making shower time incredibly relaxing.
The front desk staff were warm, attentive, and very responsive. Check-in and check-out were handled efficiently. The breakfast buffet offered a rich variety of options, both Chinese and Western, and everything was nutritious and delicious.
Overall, it offered great value for money, with attention to detail and a refined, quiet environment. It's perfect for both business and leisure travelers. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Dalian!

GGuest UserThis was my second time choosing this hotel for a layover because it's close to the airport. Last year's stay was great, the price was reasonable, and the receptionist was very friendly and attentive. This year, I booked a standard double room. When I arrived, the receptionist said the window was an interior view window facing the corridor. Since I need a window in my room, I asked how much an exterior view window would cost. I think booking directly through Ctrip usually costs an extra 40+ RMB. Of course, I didn't expect the hotel to upgrade for free, so I asked the receptionist how much extra it would cost. She looked at the computer screen with a calculating expression and said, ”Add 99 RMB.” I said, ”Oh? Isn't it only 40+ RMB?” Then they asked for my ID. I didn't say whether I needed it or not. Seeing that I didn't react, they didn't look at me, still looking at the screen, and said, ”Okay, here's 49 RMB.” I said, ”No need. The original room is fine.” This is supposed to be a proper hotel, but upgrading a room is like a free market?
The TV remote was covered in a thick layer of dust, probably because it wasn't used often and the staff hadn't cleaned it properly. I pressed a button and the TV turned on, but then the remote stopped working. I opened the back cover and saw that the batteries were chewed up and bent out of shape – I wonder how long ago it was? Was it a previous guest or a staff member?
My flight was at 7:30 the next day, so I asked the front desk for a 5:00 wake-up call. The receptionist was very responsible. The hotel doesn't offer airport shuttle service before 7:00, so I hailed a taxi outside the hotel. It was easy to get a taxi.

HHenry0513The hotel is super close the airport yet we were not bothered by the noise. I got to be honest this is not a super luxury hotel, but suite we booked is a perfect stay before our flight. The room is clean and that is very important to us as we travel with a kid. The staffs are very responsive and friendly. Restaurant is great, we order mostly home town food but they are surprisingly delicious.

QQ. ZhangThe location is excellent, with convenient transportation, especially to the airport. The room was clean and comfortable, well-equipped, making for a great stay.
The front desk staff were incredibly warm and professional, providing a lot of help and making us feel right at home.
The restaurant downstairs was also a pleasant surprise; the food was delicious and completely exceeded our expectations.
Overall, I'm very satisfied with the experience. I'll definitely come back if I have the chance, highly recommended!

GGuest User第一次入住酒店親子房，因為這次帶娃和家人出行，在攜程上選的這家酒店親子房體驗感直接夯爆了。一進房間就被房間空間驚喜到，兩張床排布得很合理，完全沒有侷促感，大人小孩走動都很方便，床品軟而不塌，全家都睡得特別香。我家小女孩瘋狂喜歡的就是房間裏的小帳篷，配了軟乎乎的玩偶，（離店還找老闆要了連結，嘻嘻）娃一進門就扎進去玩得不亦樂乎，直接解放了我們大人的雙手。更驚喜的是，入住前台小姐姐還送了小寶貝，6.1玩具，可以説是很用心了。房間設計的簡約又高級，特別是我喜歡的暖黃色氛圍燈一開温馨又治癒，衞生更是乾淨的沒話説，角落都乾乾淨淨，帶娃住得特別放心。酒店服務也超貼心，看到我們帶娃主動幫忙拿行李，有需要執行也超快，地理位置就在這個小縣城中心了，出行吃飯都很方便。

LLiwuqing/My overall stay was absolutely perfect! The room was spotless, and the bathroom was dry and odor-free with all amenities working great. The cleaning staff were thoughtful and polite, and the breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options. The location is excellent, making it super easy to get around by taxi or explore the shopping areas. The service was attentive and genuine, and the value for money is unbeatable. I highly recommend staying here!
