Rund um sehr gutes Hotel. Das Frühstück war ausreichend und sehr lecker Ich würde auf jeden Fall wieder kommen

I chose this hotel since the price was very competitive for the area, especially compared to hotels in Toronto. It is a new hotel and check-in and check-out were both very good. Breakfast was pretty good with a variety of options to choose from. The bed was comfortable and the room contained everything I needed. The hotel is located immediately adjacent to Highway 7 which is a busy highway. I learned upon checkout that rooms with a King sized bed face the highway and rooms with 2 Queen beds are at the back of the building and have less road noise. The hotel is ordering some white noise machines to see if they will reduce the road noise in the rooms facing the highway. I was really impressed by the commitment to improve their service to people staying at the hotel. I will definitely be back if I am staying in the area and will request a room at the back of the hotel.

Good location from YYZ Airport with not too expensive however, good for someone who drive a car.

Wonderful home environment in a peaceful neighborhood. Easy to access. Breakfast lovely. Nice break after busy city daytime activities. Fabulous hosts! Looking forward to returning in warm weather to take advantage of all the outdoor amenities.

We wanted to thank Ashu for taking such good care of us! He was very through and helpful. We needed to book an adjacent room last minute and he made it happen for us. He was very accommodating. He made sure we were taken care of! The hotel is a little on the smaller side and it is very clean. We would definelty recommend this location.

Please was nice , it’s remote and no front desk .. u get sent a code to access the room. For the price the place is good.

前台客服服務一般，本來約好第二天有車送我們去機場，但第二天連客服人影都看不到好在酒店離機場車程不到二十分鐘，打車去機場還挺方便 酒店衞生還好，有微波爐，但設施陳舊，淋浴水龍頭壞了出來的都是熱水，找客服回覆：水龍頭壞了等師傅來修。問：師傅什麼時候來？回：不知道 結果就是根本沒等到師傅，將就洗了澡；因價格便宜要求不能太高，去機場將就住一晚 周邊餐館不多要步行十多分鐘，總之酒店條件一般

The room was very clean. A few minor repairs were needed. The floor lamp had a broken switch which meant the only way to turn it on and off was to unplug it. The outside shower door handle was off and sitting in corner of the bathroom. These I could deal with. However when I went down to breakfast there was nothing there except for some bagels and a few muffins. There were also cheerios. You could have coffee, but if you don't drink coffee which I do not you were out of luck. When I questioned the staff I was told they were supposed to receive breakfast supplies yesterday but they did not arrive. The warming trays were empty except for a handful of tired hash browns. I was told that was left over from the day before when they had bacon, sausages, and eggs. There was nothing today, This also made me wonder about the milk for the cerial. Had it been left out since yesterday? I was not willing to risk it. The cooler was empty, with no juice or yogurt. One of the reasons I booked this hotel was for the breakfast. This hotel is in a metropolitan area so there was no excuse not to have someone pick up breakfast supplies. Instead, the management chose to let paying customers to go without. I felt bad for the staff who were left to deal with the fallout.
