"Location is Prime. Without that, nothing spectacular. From the outside, beautiful. Lobby, beautiful. But--Rock hard mattress. Killed my back. Shower large, so thats a plus. However; they don't even have free coffee in the room. Raspberry tea and hot chocolate. My husband went down for cream for MY coffee that I just happened to have with me. They said they were sending room service. They brought everything except cream. We stayed in a mini suite with a small noisy air conditioner. Couldn't enjoy a swim in the pool for all the partying. Bongs everywhere. Aparantly a private party with very loud music. Ok.....but my hotel that was $30 cheaper a night had a great pool and free coffee __ creamer included.... This is 2017....who doesn't have coffee with cream in every room? Especially with these prices. I love the location though. Easy to find and Ikeja mall right next door. Better visit shop rite for coffee and snacks though.."

"Restaurant - Breakfast for the 1st week was poorly presented and plates was not properly cleaned. There were also delay in order fulfilment. Noise - This is a very noisy hotel especially in the evenings from Thursday till Sunday. The bar does not care about the guests. The table tennis court is not also regulated, there were people playing and shouting up until 3am some nights. Housekeeping - I experienced 2 housekeepers, one does average cleaning while the other young man Micheal is very dutiful and does excellent job. Staff service - average customer care, lots of improvement needed. Security - Good, no issues with them. Hotel environment - smelly gutter in front of the hotel which breeds mosquitoes and foul odour."

"I arrived and the hotel was in a market in Surulere, not in Ikeja as Said on the Trip.com. The hotel had no shower, I was offered a bucket to shower. No warm water for shower I was on the fourth floor with no lift.  The location was really bad. I slept one night and checked out the next morning even though I paid for three nights."

"Manager Wang Rui provided excellent service, arranging airport pick-up and drop-off services and other transportation needs promptly. Even unexpected situations were handled quickly after feedback. The local Black staff were also very friendly. The dog, Yuanbao, was very well-behaved and easy to pet… There's also a second branch nearby, with large private rooms suitable for business banquets. Our Nigerian clients really enjoyed their Chinese food. The location is very convenient, being very close to the airport."
