該酒店基本上都是雙人床。我訂的大床房，但客房滿了，就給我安排了雙人房。酒店附近沒有餐廳和超市，需要走個幾百米。酒店的自助餐和飯還蠻貴的。唯一的好處是住的舒服安全。

Tidak cukup perkataan untuk memuji penginapan ini! Hotel itu BESAR, mempunyai 2 kolam di setiap sisi! Bilik kami mempunyai pemandangan yang paling menakjubkan, buka pintu gelangsar kami dan berjalan keluar ke pantai. Perkhidmatannya hebat juga, semua orang sangat ramah dari meja depan, pekerja tetamu lain, Pengemasan, dll! Pasti akan kembali tidak lama lagi!

We love this hotel and especially thanking to the staff and Rocio Escovar for making our stay extra comfortable and feel us very welcome! Thanks to her we stayed twice longer than initially planned and later came back for two more nights . Ocean is beautiful. Security is good , Argentinian restaurant food and service super good . Small things we didn't like was that pool works only till 22:00 which is to us very short as we like to have a swim befor sleep and adults pool only could work till 12. Would be perfect . Also kids in a pool for adults only - need to be more strict . All other was good .

Our first night we sat and dined at 'the Palapa' and had no problems however the next morning for breakfast when we found a table and sat a young lady came and told us that the next time we needed to wait for her to seat us and it felt as if we were being scolded for not knowing that.

The amenities are great!!! The spa is amazing…staff are friendly courteous and attentive. The beach is beautiful with super easy access. The restaurants are pretty good. My only complaint if anything is the bed is a little too hard for my liking.

I’ve been coming to this resort for the last 11 years, and it continues to exceed my expectations every time. The rooms are always incredibly comfortable, offering stunning views of the beach that make waking up each day a true pleasure. The beach and pool areas are consistently clean and well-maintained, creating a perfect environment to unwind. The food here is delicious, with a wide variety of options that never disappoint. The staff are friendly and attentive, always ensuring that guests have everything they need for a memorable stay. A special mention goes to Guillermo from the entertainment team—he’s been a highlight of our trip, and I hope he’s here the next time we come back. His energy and enthusiasm made this visit even more enjoyable. This resort has been my go-to destination for over a decade, and I can’t wait for our next visit!

We stayed at this resort, Oct. 18th thru the 25th. We did not have hot water until Monday. After 3 complaints, my butler Jessy took me to the concierge, and I did a report . Everyone kept telling me that was the normal water temperature. Got upstairs and miracles happened We had hot water thru the rest of our stay. Was served overcooked food at one restaurant and ice cold food at another. For the awesome parts: ROSARIO She works at Frieda Rosario met our family each time at breakfast and lunch at the sliding door to help with my brother in law ,who is in a wheelchair. She was always smiling and always had nice things to say. She is the best. Outside pool server Yeni was amazing. Lobby bar is lucky to have Li, Emmanuel, Johnathan. Our butlers Jessy,Alex and Manuel were great.

酒店內部很老舊 千萬別訂 非得訂住幾天就行 你會後悔的 看看Google評論不要相信評分 如果你看到評論，先把墨西哥餐廳訂了。bistro很難吃別訂，還不如自助餐好吃，雖然buffet晚上不咋樣。酒店活動很多晚上留意一下就可以。泳池晚上不開放。 能訂coral就訂coral （另一棟直麪大海的樓，都在這個酒店裡，專屬海灘專屬躺椅/床，專屬游泳池專註自助餐） 原文：浪費了一整天來更換房間。訂的kingsize，沒房給了double queen。第一天說第二天能換，第二天說第三天下午3:00能換，3:00pm到了說最早4:00pm可以換。前台登記緩慢，比加拿大還慢。房間內就是三星的設施老舊，馬桶壞的，兩個檯燈和三個牆插都是壞的———衹有一個燈能用，浴缸底部裂開生鏽。門和房頂不隔音，從早上6點到11點一直有噪音。自助餐廳兩個衹開放一個。電梯三個有一個壞了，本身就很慢而且不是聯動的，現在就更慢，走樓梯更快。谷歌評價虛高被騙了hh 好了，這是換完房間之後：廁所燈光亮度是之前的四分之一，排風扇不能使用。所有的房間隔音都很差，清晨樓上拖動行李的聲音，上午樓道裏收拾衛生和拖拽傢具的噪音，房間地麪是瓷磚的確實會吵，想睡懶覺就帶耳塞吧。樓層高的好處：視野更好，聽不到外麪泳池的音響，樓道裏的人也更少噪音也更少。電梯需要等很久。樓層低的直接走樓梯就能下樓，但是會很吵，關上所有的門，樓道裏的聲音會更明顯，不得不說陽台門隔音還是可以。 吃的小紅書上有腹瀉發燒，我們除了飲料都是喝礦泉水，沒啥問題。不過確實注水包括酒精飲料。 自帶口罩，酒店沒有為客人準備口罩。 Wasted a whole day to change rooms. I ordered kingsize, the front desk said that there is no kingsize room now, so gave me a double queen. On the first night, they said they could change it the next day, on the second day they said they could change it at 3:00 pm on the third day, and when it arrived at 3:00 pm, they said it could be changed as early as 4:00 pm. Nothing guarantees you here, this is Mexico. Front desk registration is slow, slower than Canada. The room was 3 star old, the toilet was broken (like a fire alarm), the two lamps and three wall plugs were broken - only one light worked, the bottom of the bathtub was cracked and rusted. Doors and roof are not soundproofed and there is constant noise from 6am to 11am. Only one of the two buffet is open. One of the three elevators stopped running. It was very slow. Now it is super slow. It is faster to take the stairs. This is a ”Mexican 5 star” hotel with poor interior maintenance. Don't trust Google ratings.

The experience was greatly diminished when the hotel charged $150.00 for the room and key deposits. That was almost equal to the price of my entire stay. This should have been listed in the hotel description. Only stating that additional charges may be charged does not warn of the excessive charge I received. In addition, I am still fighting with them to get part of the deposit back. I travel frequently and this charge was definitely more than most hotels. And obviously, if complaints are not lodged, the deposits are not returned.
