Fabulous hotel, adults only, exceptionally clean, friendly staff. Great attention to detail. Rooms probably in need of a bit of renovation but great location away from hustle and bustle, reasonable prices for food, drinks and snacks ( there is an all inclusive option but we didn’t have that). Pool was great and seaviews were spectacular from the rooms and the terraces. Rugged and unspoiled. No beach to speak of but easily reached just a few km away if you want that. 15 minute walk to any other bars/restaurants but bus and train stops at the hotel door. Thanks to Natalie for the great day trip to Alcudia, to the lovely restaurant staff, the friendly bar staff, the snack bar staff and the pool and reception staff. Spa was a great experience too ( Maria Paula) - and finally the housekeeping staff who kept the place spotless. The majority of guests seem to be from Germany, not a problem at all but expect to be regularly greeted as a German guest. English is spoken, just not the first consideration. A minor issue - the WiFi is great in the reception area but regularly drops out in the rooms and pool areas. A booster would be a welcome addition. Overall, superb.

Romantic - Beach - luxury stay overall - you will love the taste of this hotel - the lovely breakfast in the morning with a lady cook ”Justin” knows to prepare your favorite in one day - the reception - always gentle and ready to serve you - Ramona the director like Karajan make this good orchestra great sound - Romina the General knows before you what you need - the pool with see view - the bar let you chill - the aroma in the flours .. a bit like sea a bit like clean - a bit like ... - sauna on the 9 flour great view and help relax - rooms like beach himself .. oh my good I love this hotel ..

We stayed in a superior room. The room (211) with seaview was clean and is big enough. The view is stunning! The room was very clean with a nice design. The staff is really friendly and helpfull. Breakfast was good and fresh. The beds are good. The hotel is located near the boulevard, beach and shops. We have just a few comments; The room could use some more storage space such as closets, hooks and an extra table, especially in the bathroom. Moreover we missed a dryingrack on the balcony and a kettle. One advice: lose the green fabricated chair with spots all over it. This was our 2nd stay and we cannot wait to come again in this fantastic hotel.

Das Hotel hat eine gute Lage in einer Seitenstraße parallel zur Hauptstraße. Zum Meer sind es auch nur wenige Gehminuten und fussläufig sind Geschäfte und Restaurants gut zu erreichen. Das Hotel hat leider keinen eigenen Parkplatz und deshalb muss man sich einen Parkplatz auf der Straße suchen. Im Oktober war das aber kein Problem. Das Hotel ist ein kleines aber feines Haus mit 4 Etagen und geräumigen Zimmern. Die Ausstattung der Zimmer bietet alles was man braucht und hat sogar einen kleinen Kühlschrank. Unser Zimmer war im 4 Stock und hatte einen großen Balkon mit Stühlen, Tisch und sogar zwei Liegen. Es gibt einen Fahrstuhl und sogar barrierefreie Zimmer. Es gibt außerdem eine kleinen Pool und einen wunderschönen, mit Bäumen bepflanzten, Innenhof der sehr viel Schatten bietet. Wir hatten mit Halbpension gebucht und somit Abends Essen vom Büfett. Die Speisen war abwechslungsreich, frisch zubereitet und boten ein gute Auswahl. Der Service war sehr gut und freundlich. Die Sauberkeit im gesamten Haus und das Ambiente sind top. Wir haben uns hier sehr wohlgefühlt und werden nächstes Jahr wiederkommen. Der Preis hat uns sehr überrascht. Für dieses Lage und das was man geboten bekommt ein echtes Schnäppchen. Un desastre, falló casi todo, por la noche de madrugada la llave no funcionaba y no sabían cambiarla, así que tuve que dormir en otra con todos los inconvenientes que acarrea, por la mañana pido entrar en la mía y sin ninguna disculpa y mala cara me dan la llave nueva, subo y no hay agua caliente, como se me hacía tarde ya que estaba trabajando sin ducharme me visto y bajo a devolver la llave y quejarme, ninguna disculpa y un lo sentimos muy frío (como si la culpa fuera mía) y adiós.

I want to mention that it is not my habit to make this type of “criticism”. I usually choose not to consider the less good things and praise the positive things (the few reviews I've made prove it). However, this time the negligence of the hotel was abusive. Due to my profession, I am well aware that problems, in any business, can happen at any time. What counts is the solution we present, or the commitment and professionalism we dedicate to trying to solve these problems. In this case there was minimal commitment and zero professionalism. I'm sure the hotel will certainly have excellent rooms (judging by the reviews I've read), with amazing conditions, but the room I'm talking about is not one of those. What I report is my personal experience, based on facts (I have photos), it is not a mere opinion of a purely subjective nature. Room 01 that we were assigned does not correspond to the one offered in the reservation. The room they gave cannot be considered a standard quality room for a 4* hotel in this part of the world. I have a lot of experience in different types of accommodation throughout Europe, Africa and the Middle East. I know what I’m saying. I could talk about the fact that the room is not in the hotel itself, but by a external access.
