Right when you walk in, the ambiance of luxury and friendliness is evident. From the warm welcome and the thoughtful personal extra’s on the room to the effort they took to make our stay for my husbands birthday an incredible sumptuous one. Everybody goes the extra mile. The bed is huge with comfortable quality linnen and the perfect combination of firm with a soft top. The rooms are spacious and tastefully decorated with all the comfort you need. Every dish on the menu is delicious but I would highly recommend the bitterballen accompanied with one of the fine wines or beers. In short, if you want to be pampered and wallow in luxury, go here!

This hotel is now on my top 3 best of the world! The rooms were huge, the property was beautiful inside and out and most importantly, the team was welcoming, warm and extremely helpful. Not in the typical V&A waterfront area, but a short Uber ride away and very quiet neighborhood. Loved our stay!

Labotessa is truly a luxury boutique hotel. We enjoyed two comfortable nights. The staff and owner take hospitality to the next level. Excellent breakfast in the morning. Great location. Previously we have stayed numerous times at the wharf. This was a nice way to spend time in a different area of Cape Town

Great friendly staff. Central location; near Parliament. In terms of the amenities they have thought of everything. The Presidential Suite has two floors and three bedrooms Fantastic for a family. More like a beautiful apartment. Daily food in room. Overall a great experience.

Absolutely the best place to stay. Our family of 6 stayed in the Presidential Suite and loved having the gorgeous common area and decks with view of Lion’s Head (and a bit of Table Mountain). The rooms/bathrooms are exquisitely decorated, the beds and bedding so comfortable. Everyone who is a part of the team went above and beyond to help us with everything to do with Capetown. We felt seriously spoiled!

This hotel was perfect in every sense. We just spent a week there, myself, husband, & 6 year old daughter. It was the highlight of our trip. It’s like a home from home. The staff are so welcoming & warm, always smiling & nothing is too much trouble. The breakfasts are delicious & the rooms are beautiful. We felt like we were leaving friends when we left & it is somewhere that will always hold a special place in my heart. We are very grateful for the privilege of staying here & the special memories we now hold. Thank you to each & every one of you who made our trip so special. The personification of boutique hotel. A haven in the middle of a busy city.

Last April and May we had the privilege to stay at Labotessa. The hotel suite is very nice and luxurieus and everything you need is there. The included very tasty snacks and drinks are a nice touch, breakfast is splendid too. But the best and unique aspect of the hotel is the very friendly and helpful staff, with special thanks to Rachelle. Due to their personal touch we felt very welcome and at home. Prior to our arrival we had contact about tours and airport transfer and everything went fast and smoothly. During our stay they arranged very good restaurants and tickets also, nothing was too much effort. They even took care of our rental car which can be delivered at the hotel. We recommend Labotessa highly and if we go to Cape Town again we would definitely return to this fantastic boutique hotel.

We loved this boutique hotel in Cape Town. The friendly people really make it --- Rachelle, Claudine and the gentleman who run the cafe (did not get his name - sorry!). The room is very spacious, modern and comfortable. They kindly include a variety of beverages, including wine, which is a nice touch. The included breakfast is sit-down service with a lot of options on offer. All delicious. This is an A+ stay and don't hesitate to book it.

extremely nice hotel, situeted in the very center of Capetown and most attractions are walking distance, the staff super kind excellent breakfast and aperitif and the room just amazing, I strongly recomend this hotel Emanuel and Katia Hasbani
