Very good hotel, the service was very good and the hotel staff was very cooperative

Cet hôtel est très agréable, à la fois compte tenu du personnel accueillant et prévenant, mais aussi car les chambres sont très bien aménagées, grandes et confortables. Le design est audacieux, avec une originalité dans l'ambiance et la disposition. La douche est un tube de 1.2 mètres de diamètre, placée en plein milieu de la pièce. Il est vrai que l'accès à l'évier et à la baignoire n'est pas optimum, mais il y a un effet WAOUH. Le lit placé face à l'énorme baie vitrée permet un sentiment d'être quasiment dehors. Suivant l'emplacement de la chambre la vue est belle sur Table Mountain Au niveau de l'insonorisation c'est très calme. Coté petit déjeuner, c'est plutôt bon, avec la possibilité de se faire servir une omelette (avec plein d'ingrédients si on le désire) cuisinée devant vous, ou d'obtenir des oeufs au plat ou oeufs brouillés. Puis bien sur tout ce qu'il faut pour un petit déjeuner continental. Le personnel veille toujours à ce que tout soit parfait. Pour finir vous êtes sur Canal Walk, donc tous les magasins sont à proximité (Grand Centre Commercial à 250 mètres) mais vous pouvez aussi vous balader le long du canal, ou bien aller prendre un verre sur les quelques terrasses autour. Il y a un espace Piscine surplombant l'hôtel ainsi qu'un espace Spa, pour ceux qui le souhaitent.

Great stay with the family! Very nice hotel, excellent breakfast, very clean rooms and most important the fantastic team always smiling and ready to help. Special mention to the security guy (sorry cannot remember his name) who was there in the evenings always ready to assist with a smile. Just a little note for improvement: The pool needs a bit of regular cleaning

This is a very nice (new) hotel close to the downtown and Waterfront area. A twenty minute walk to either location (not an easy walk) - they do have canal water taxi service available to take you to the waterfront. Definitely worth the experience. The breakfast service is delightful but can get crowded at times due to their catering of large tour groups. Rooms are nice, AC unit works very well, showers hot, tv selection extensive, and service awesome. Recommend for those looking for a very nice hotel at a reasonable rate. One downfall to the hotel / location is that is bucks up to the container / shipping area so when vessels come in you will hear a lot of container unloading noise at night. Ask for an ”even” numbered room so you are on the opposite side and you get a view of Table Mountain

The hotel is very well placed to visit the Waterfront. Parking is safe and secure. Our room was a bit noisy ie we could hear the other guests. Breakfast buffet was one of the best I have seen in any hotel. The staff were friendly and welcoming. Our car was valet parked for us.

Having travelled extensively and stayed in numerous hotels worldwide, I can confidently state that my recent experience was the worst ever. Despite seeing several negative reviews about their service, I thought they were just occasional lapses. However, I soon discovered that the hotel had a persistent service problem. I had a problem with my reservation and spent two days trying to resolve it, but no one cared. To make matters worse, I was charged ten times the amount I had originally paid for the same room (i.e., $300 instead of $30) without any reasonable explanation. When I questioned this, the staff merely shrugged it off, citing fluctuating prices as the reason. The lady in charge of reservations was extremely rude and disrespectful throughout the ordeal. In addition to the issues with my reservation and the exorbitant charges, the air conditioner was not working properly and made a lot of noise. Furthermore, the fridge in my room made a huge noise, which disturbed my sleep at 2 am (I recorded a video as proof). Moreover, the noise levels in the dormitory were unacceptable all the night! making it impossible to get a good night's sleep. In short, I urge anyone considering staying at this hotel to think twice and look for other options.

Overall a good experience at the hotel. Was greeted promptly by a staff member. Got a good room on the highest floor and the hotel was smelling of Indian spices (what a great way to start off). It was the slow season so two of the three elevators were operating. Did not wait that long. The rooms were small. Would recommend only staying about three nights. Great for people traveling business. Breakfast was good and had good seats. Wasn't crowded and did not need to come at a specific time. Laptop vault worked. The adapters did not. Luckily I got some Euro plugs which actually worked in the bathroom area (no where else). There is a USB port by the bed but those are not that quick. Wifi was good in the room but not that good in the lobby. I slept comfortably and it was quiet. Easy to get Uber. Would stay again (if I am on a short business trip). Tip: Do not exchange money at the lobby UNLESS it is an emergency. Also, know where you go and do not look lost.

I had an absolutely terrible experience at this hostel, from check-in to check-out. The rooms are dirty, and messy, power outlets so loose one can't put the plugin in, the shower has barely warm water; the rooftop terrace that they brag about online has just very uncomfortable picnic tables, which make it impossible to hang out there for longer than few hours; the kitchen has cockroaches; staff is rude, slow and irresponsible - never sent me the extra blanket I requested since the room was so cold; if you are a girl staying in the dorm, know that they going to check in drunk man with no luggage at the middle of the night, making you feel insecure; wifi doesn't work properly in the room. Plus, I had an absolutely terrible check in experience, waiting for over 7h for my room. I arrived at the hostel at 6:30 am and was greeted by the night staff, who got my documents, and confirmed my booking but informed check-in was just 3pm but would check if my room could be ready right after check-out time. I asked to leave my luggage in the reception (which is a service that it said to be included) so I could go explore, and the night staff said it wasn't safe, therefore, I was condemned to sit at the reception and wait. At 7am, there was a shift change and 3 new receptionists came. These receptionists saw me sitting at the (very uncomfortable chairs at the) reception but did not communicate with me - they were too busy scrolling on their social media, looking at their phones the whole time. Check-out was at 10am and I saw all guests leaving and waited as, in theory, soon my room would be ready. At 11:30, I finally walked to the receptionist to discover they had no idea who I was - how come someone is sitting at their reception for 5h and they just don't think who could that be is beyond my understanding. The lady informed me she would talk to housekeeping to get my room ready as soon as possible. That took another 2 hours; When I talked to the housekeeping, they had no idea that I was waiting for the room. The staff has no communication at all among themselves. Naturally, a hotel has a minimum guaranteed check-in time (which was 3pm), but every hotel I have been to around the world, when they have a guest that arrives earlier and is waiting at the reception, have the courtesy to try to get the room ready as soon as check-outs are done, putting a priority on that room for housekeeping. In total, I waited for 7 hours after an overnight flight that I was extremely tired and just wasted half of my first day in CT due to the hotel irresponsibility, disorganization and neglect.

Hotel dan bilik dilengkapi dengan baik dengan beberapa pemandangan terbaik gunung Table dan pantai Blouberg. Bilik-bilik sangat selesa dan mempunyai kemudahan biasa. Balkoninya bagus dan melihat matahari terbenam di atas laut sangat mempesonakan. Restoran Waves berada di hotel dan restoran Doodles terletak di sebelah. Hotel ini mempunyai tempat letak kereta, perkhidmatan yang sangat bersih dan menakjubkan.
