I was ”brokedown” in Roanoke and the Mercedes-Benz dealership recommended this property for me to stay at and brought me there and picked me up. All I can say is this is the best ever place to stay at if you have no transportation. They have a full menu for dinner with amazing choices and a lounge area for the ever needed (in my case) cocktail... You could also get whatever you needed at their ”sundry” alongside the registration desk. My room was very spacious and comfortable with all things needed for my overnight. The next morning, breakfast was ”made to order” and VERY GOOD!! They always say you get what you pay for and in this case it was above and beyond. Karen was especially helpful to me and kind. She went out of her way to see that my stay was as awesome as the view from this hotel. You won't be disappointed with your stay here!!!

Per usual, the stay was great & I will likely be back. Though sometimes it would be nicer to have better prices.

This stay was caused by a relative's hospital stay which extended multiple times for 3 weeks total. The hospital shares a parking lot so it is very easy to walk to. Due to the ER visit I arrived with no toiletries which were supplied at the desk. Then, there were multiple extensions needed to my stay, which Melissa at the front desk handled professionally - she was outstanding. The breakfast area was kept supplied 100% of the time, the first time ever staying at hotels, so those ladies are also exemplary. The lobby has plenty of seats and tables for use (outside of the breakfast room).

The customer service and breakfast was good. But the BED was HORRIBLE. it squeaked every time you moved on it. After a long 10hr drive I felt exhausted and just wanted a decent nights sleep, Well I felt worse when I woke up. The bed had to be old, ceiling in the bathroom was peeling i have pictures and the counter in the bathroom was never cleaned. There were old water marks on the bathroom sink. Its a good thing I travel with lysol wipes and a can of lysol. I have stayed at another springhill suites and did not have the same experience. Marriott really need to pay me for staying there. They also need to step up their game with ensuring all guest have a comfortable nights sleep. I will add photos later i took them on my business phone.
