The bed was comfortable with special cushioning. Hotel staff, especially 前台小凌, were friendly and helpful. Room service was effective in meeting needs. The hotel's ambiance contributed positively to the experience. The location was convenient. Wi-Fi service was easy to use. Overall sleep quality was good. Staff were immediately responsive to issues. Parking for motorcycles was safe. Laundry services were satisfactory, with a suggestion for drying racks. Booking process was simple. In-room refreshments were standard. Acoustic insulation in the room was better than most. Navigation within the hotel was easy. Bathroom facilities and amenities met standards. Electrical outlets were conveniently located. Room size and layout exceeded expectations. Likelihood of staying again is high. Suggestion for improvement includes implementing delivery service robots. Overall, it was a great stay.
