Kebersihan, ada Xiao Qiang merangkak di dalam bilik, dan ada sarang labah-labah tergantung di tandas. 2. Tempat tidur, selimut tebal (selimut musim sejuk), selesa, tetapi tidak sesuai untuk musim panas Katil kembar kelihatan sangat kecil. Dalam ruang yang begitu besar, 2 1.5m boleh digunakan. 3. Bilik pemandangan sebenarnya adalah tingkap yang mengelilingi separuh daripada bilik, menghadap teres di pintu dan tingkap bangunan tinggi bertentangan. 4. Kabinet TV dan soket elektrik terdedah, tidak kemas dan tidak selamat. 5. Kabinet bar kosong, peti ais pun tiada. 6. Panel kawalan pencahayaan mempesonakan pada waktu malam."

"L hotel était vraiment très bien et propre. Le buffet pour le petit déjeuner était copieux et très bon. La vue depuis la chambre magnifique, et le confort était total. La piscine un peu chauffer est agréable avec la vue sur les montagnes environnantes. Le seul bémol, un chanteur de karaoké jusqu'à tard et que je pouvais entendre depuis le 25eme étage, fenêtre fermée.. les réceptionnistes ont voulu aidé mais je crois qu'elles n'ont pas jugé l'ensemble de la situation et le tout a pris beaucoup de temps pour rien. J'avais toujours mon gros bagage sur le dos et il faisait encore très chaud. La 2ème à qui j'ai parlé après mon retour à su être claire et précise sans problème. Il serait bien que le personnel à la réception puisse être plus réactif et répondent clairement aux questions. Qu delà de ça, tout était parfait!"

"The location was perfect: a few minutes walking from the border, good cheap food and a night market around the corner and a China Unicom shop to get a sim card is next door. The staff is great too. They helped me set up and verify my WeChat account and hailed down a metered taxi to the train station (13 yuan) when I didn't find a ride on Didi. A con of this place was the smell of smoke in the room (as long as the window was open it was fine) and the mold in the bathroom. But nothing too bad and a good place to stay for a night."

"We ended up waiting a few days in this resort as we were waiting for our Vietnam visas to come through. The staff were lovely and couldn’t be more helpful. They went above and beyond in any way to help us. Miss Xie especially! The pool was excellent and we really enjoyed it. Room was nice and clean and we could not fault it. Would highly recommend anyone to stay here it was lovely."

"Impressive hotel but quiet.. Area around hotel dead. Not many shops open for dinner at around 7:30pm. So had to take a taxi ¥18 to Hekou town. Funny that construction activities still allowed at 11pm, could hear lorries and excavators in motion.. Breakfast, starts at 7am, was nice but no coffee or tea available. We could not enjoy much coz our taxi came acalling at 7:26am to take us to Hekou North train station."

"Clean and comfortable for its price. Good hot shower. Convenient location not far from the border with Vietnam and very short drive away from the main bus station. There are many shops, restaurants, big supermarket, park and a lovely river promenade all around the hotel. Excellent efficient staff. The young lady at the desk answered all my questions, helped with directions, transport and even explained to the taxi driver where to take me. For me as a foreigner just having arrived to a new country, that service alone deserves the highest rating. Thank you!"

"The home-cooked food offered looked delicious, but being vegetarian, sadly I couldn't try it. The hosts were beyond helpful, going to great lengths to help me sort out transportation problems with by ebike, after I discovered there was no luggage consignment available at Hekou North train station. They were willing to store my bike for free until I returned, but in the end managed to organise transport to Lijiang with a local logistics company which I would never have found myself, after all the major firms refused. Can't praise them enough - wonderful people."
