"Prompt action was observed when I report the issue of leaking AC. They installed a new ac in our room however when I ask them for a new plastic bag for my room coz the rubbish overflows, they weren’t able to give me one. Overall, very good same goes to the breakfast we availed, but next time how I wish got chorizo & salted fish. Heheh i just miss those."

"The place is so convenient to the beach bars and Restos The staffs are good and respectful. The property is wel maintained clean and smells good. I jist had no cable Tv but that’s ok since I barely watch. It’s 2mins Walk to the beach. There’s 24hrs fruits stands and local food to buy that is affordable. Overall it’s all good. This station 1 is more for people who likes less crowd"

"there’s honestly nothing to complain about with this hotel. everything was amazing from the room to the staff and the overall experience. we also had so much fun at the foam party it was definitely one of the highlights of our stay! they even surprised my boyfriend with a complimentary birthday setup which was such a thoughtful touch. we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back. 🫶🏻"

"I enjoyed the cheap value, when you go downstairs theres a mini mart, and is not overpriced also theres room service you can order food and also not overpriced. Cons: - Room cabinet - the door fell, we just fixed it. - The balcony door you cant open. - Pillow needs to be replaced - No footbath outside when you swim and youll be bringing sand inside the room - Suspicious cleanliness of the bathroom - Phone is not working but you can use to connect with them via Viber"

"I expected more, especially knowing that this is a 5-star hotel. The linens had visible stains, and there were some cleanliness issues that were overlooked. I reported these to the front desk for future reference. They acknowledged my concern, but they didn't offer to change the linens or send housekeeping to check the room. (I'm not expecting any compensation. It would've just been a nice gesture if they were more proactive.) Room 308 also needs some maintenance. The AC was leaking and wasn't cooling that well. The shower heater wasn't working properly, the vanity chair was broken and almost detached, and the luggage rack near the TV was already worn out and had stains. (These issues didn't really affect my stay that much, but I think they should still be addressed. If another guest, especially a foreigner, stays here, they would definitely complain.) I didn't report these issues, even during checkout, because after my first concern, I honestly felt like they would just be ignored. During checkout, I called ahead and requested for someone to inspect the room so the process would be faster. Unfortunately, it seemed like no one was sent. I waited longer than expected—it was supposed to take around 5 minutes, but it took about 8 minutes. They also didn't give me any update. (I think if I hadn't asked for a follow-up, I would've waited even longer.) On the positive side, the breakfast was good. The Lagoon Bar was also great, especially the server there. (I forgot his name, but he's been working there for about 3 years. 😅) Overall, my stay was good. Hoping my next stay feels more like a true 5-star experience. The hotel has great potential, but I think being more proactive with guest concerns, cleanliness, and room maintenance would make a big difference."

"We had an amazing stay at Henann Boracay! The staff were incredibly warm, friendly, and always willing to help. Our room was spotless, spacious, and very comfortable. The breakfast buffet had a great variety of delicious food, and the pools and facilities were well-maintained. The location was perfect, with easy access to the beach and nearby restaurants. Thank you to the entire team for making our vacation relaxing and memorable. We will definitely come back and highly recommend Henann to our family and friends!"

"Rooms are comfortable and just right. We love the bath tub. Bathroom is generally large and has everything you need. Hot water was not consistent though. Breakfast buffet has a good selection 👍🏼 It has a big beachfront location with sun beds and area for dining and having drinks"

"We booked 2 Quadruple Rooms. Stayed for 7 nights, 8 days. ROOM 230. Dirty comforters. Pls check photo attached. Requested for a room clean up twice, they only changed the blanket and pillow cases but never the comforters and the yellow accent thingy. Small CR but it's okay, heater not working. Super slow WiFi. Globe Network signal doesn't work inside the room, Smart Network does. The room has balcony you can hang your wet clothes. Has fridge. No tables provided. Room 226, beds looked clean but there's bed bugs. Nephews got bitten. Huge CR but idk if heater works. Slow WiFi, no Globe Network, haven't check Smart. No balcony."
