Cari Hotel bajet di Cebu

"our stay was only short but a bit disappointed given that the price is a little bit pricey. breakfast was not buffet or unlimited. they only served plated breakfast. the pool is for design only. cannot be used by guest. it should be indicated so the guest would not expect more for this hotel.but the crew was too active and the service is okay."

"Overall, we had a pleasant stay at Fili Hotel NUSTAR. The facilities, amenities, and service from the room staff met our expectations. The pool, gym, and other amenities were excellent, and the breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of selections. My daughter especially loved the complimentary popcorn, bread, and juice served in the lobby during check-in, which was a thoughtful touch. However, there were a few areas that could be improved, particularly during the check-in process. For a five-star hotel, the check-in took quite a while due to the long queue, which was disappointing after arriving at the hotel. I had reserved a Twin Bed room, but upon check-in, we were informed that only a King Bed room was immediately available and that it would take longer if we chose to wait for a Twin Bed room to become available. The staff advised that they could arrange the room later, but this would have required them to enter our room after we had already settled in. Then, the in-room staff delivered extra pillows and bedding. We opted not to proceed with the extra bed setup and simply used the spacious couch, which we moved closer to the bed and made up with the extra bedding. This arrangement worked well for the three of us and allowed us to rest immediately after a long day of travel, without having to wait for additional room preparations or have staff working in the room while we were already relaxing. Note that their standard check-in time is at 3 PM, we arrived at the hotel past 3 pm already. We were also celebrating my husband's birthday during our stay. During the booking process, I requested if it would be possible to display a personalized birthday greeting on the room's TV screen. The hotel kindly confirmed via email that they would arrange the greeting and also provide a birthday cake. We truly appreciated the thoughtful birthday cake delivered to our room, which was a lovely gesture. However, the personalized birthday message on the TV was unfortunately not displayed as promised. Another issue occurred during check-in regarding our breakfast entitlement. I had booked a room with breakfast for three guests, but the hotel's system only reflected breakfast for two. Fortunately, the staff resolved the issue without requiring any additional payment for our daughter after I presented my Trip.com booking confirmation. While I appreciate how they handled the situation, I believe these booking details should already be accurate upon arrival to avoid unnecessary inconvenience. Despite these check-in concerns, the rest of our stay was enjoyable. The room attendants were attentive and regularly checked if we needed anything, making us feel well taken care of. Overall, I would still recommend Fili Hotel NUSTAR for its excellent facilities, comfortable accommodations, and friendly staff. My only suggestion is to improve the efficiency and accuracy of the check-in process, as it sets the first impression for guests. Hopefully, our experience was an isolated case, and future guests will enjoy a smoother arrival."

"Excellent beach and pools. Stayed at the Ocean Wing and it was so peaceful. The daily rate is expensive so I recommend those who are on a budget to get a Day pass which is at 2000 adult rate on weekdays. I believe is worth it. The night buffet was also great.h"

"I stayed at Bayfront Hotel Cebu with my daughter for a short visit, and we had a great experience. Although we only stayed for a short time, everything was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff were warm, friendly, and very accommodating, which made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. I stayed at Bayfront Hotel Cebu with my daughter for a short visit, and we had a wonderful experience. Even though we only stayed for a short time, everything exceeded our expectations. The room was clean, spacious, comfortable, and well-maintained, making it easy for us to relax after a busy day. One of the things we appreciated most was the excellent service. The staff were genuinely warm, friendly, and accommodating from check-in to check-out. They were always ready to assist with a smile, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The hotel's location is another big advantage. It's very convenient, with easy access to nearby malls, restaurants, and other attractions, making it a great choice for both business and leisure travelers. Although our stay was brief, it was comfortable, relaxing, and hassle-free. We truly enjoyed our time here, and my daughter and I felt safe and well taken care of throughout our stay. We would definitely choose Bayfront Hotel Cebu again on our next visit and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and conveniently located hotel with excellent service."

"My family and I recently stayed at Crimson for a night, and the experience was nothing short of exceptional. My daughter absolutely loved the place, and the only word she could repeatedly say was, “AMAZING.” The buffet breakfast was outstanding, especially the wide variety of options available for kids. It was thoughtful touches like these that made our stay even more enjoyable. The foam party at the infinity pool was also a big highlight and added so much fun and excitement for the children. What truly made our stay memorable was the hospitality of the staff. Everyone was incredibly accommodating, warm, and approachable throughout our visit. During checkout, a piece of luggage belonging to a guest from Room 619 was accidentally loaded into our car. As soon as we discovered it, we immediately contacted the concierge, and the taxi driver kindly returned it to the hotel right away. Overall, we had a truly wonderful and memorable stay at the resort. Thank you for the excellent service and experience — we would gladly return and highly recommend Crimson to others."

"I had a pleasant stay at Plantations Resort Mactan and appreciated the peaceful surroundings and overall atmosphere. However, considering the price, I expected a little more in terms of room facilities and value. Some areas felt dated, such as the television, which was an older model and not a smart TV. The room windows also allowed quite a bit of outside light in, which affected the comfort at night. The games room was a nice idea, but having to use tokens for the games felt a little disappointing given the overall cost of the stay. The resort has potential and a lovely setting, but some updates and added value would make the experience feel more in line with the price."

"We decided to go to Cebu on short notice and could only stay one night, but it was an incredible hotel. What really blew us away was the breakfast. I usually don't expect much from hotel breakfasts, but they had an amazing selection of salads, and every single dish had a real attention to detail that made it delicious. If we ever get the chance, we'd love to stay here again."

"had a pleasant stay! managed to get our room early with no added charges & loved that the lifts always came fast~ airconditioning in the room also worked well. location was great! only 10 mins stroll to the massive Ayala Center Mall which has so many things & always took less than 1 min to secure a Grab from the hotel to get around Cebu City the staff also always helped us get the door & our luggages, thank you Mandarin Plaza!"

"Staff were really friendly and helpful. From the check in to restaurant staffs. The housekeeping staff were awesome. They did a really good job keeping our rooms neat and tidy everyday. Breakfast buffet was basic and had plenty flies but it’s a resort so it’s pretty much expected. Could appreciate some sort of a deterrent . Hotel beach front was great compared to crimson. Would suggest some light music for ambience. Location of the hotel is convenient. The children enjoyed the 3 swimming pools and the Mrs loved the spa. Overall they lived up the 4 star resort hotel experience and expectations."

"The hotel is old but the price is expensive. This property doesn’t have good hospitality, they won’t entertain any changes unless the booking u made r with cancellation. I’ve made an advance booking with payment for 2 nights and my schedule was change after 2 days of the booking, they will not accept any cancellation or even some complimentary upgrade to a better room even though I will be staying for 1 night after paid for 2 nights. It’s definitely a none negotiable property to be enjoy. The robe is dirty with stain and the bidet of the bathtub is damaged. Room C3"
