We were initially hesitant about booking this hotel (for 14th June, 2022) after reading some previous negative reviews all written at the same time ”4 months ago”. Also very similar wording and from what appears to be people of the same ethnicity. Coincidental? We were glad we decided to book as we were pleasantly surprised. Hotel reception was polite, friendly and helpful from the moment we rang to make the booking to the moment we were handed the keys at check in. It was a cold winter's night and we found the room cosy, clean, large and comfortable. The tariff was most reasonable and we felt we had value for money. Little additional touches were the breakfast pack, free bottled water and complimentary alcoholic beverage each were appreciated..

Excellent hotel for family stay. Awesome service. Front desk executives are very polite and professional. Hotel staffs are are very kind. Restaurant food is good and the pool is just awesome. I will recommend this hotel for people travelling to Aus.

Booked a night away with friends thinking it would be a great weekend. We booked this accomodation as we thought the price was reasonable and the photos of rooms looked nice, so we booked for 5 people. However, there was not enough bedding for 5 people in the accomodation, not enough towels for 5 people, only 4. We tried to phone the accomodation after hours number but was unable to get through. The rooms were absolutely disgusting. Dirt/dust/other peoples hair on surfaces. Aircon/heater didn’t work and made noise. Heavy dust build up in aircons and air vents, obviously haven’t been cleaned for a while and notice other people have now said same in reviews. A few of us have respiratory irritation from the dust present in rooms. You would think in this day and times with Covid and the flu around they would be well cleaned. When we went to check out the receptionist didn’t seem really interested in my feedback and asked me to write down on a piece of paper the issues and that she would pass it onto management. I asked to be contacted when they have received my feedback but doubtful the receptionist would pass it on.

We were looking for an overnight stay, family of 5, and our well behaved and well trained Labrador and pet parrot. The gentleman on the phone was lovely, very friendly and helpful. The day before arrival we were informed that we would be provided a different room (as due to heavy rain the night before, the room we had been allocated was flooded). On arrival, the entrance, reception, exterior and courtyard looked nothing like the online photos. It was in a state of disrepair, rundown, untidy, messy, rubbish around the place, overgrown, peeling fading painted signs etc. We hesitantly checked in, and went to our room. Entering our room, there was a strong unusual smell, and looking up we saw black mould on the ”popcorn white” ceilings (in the living area, bedroom and the bathroom), hence the smell. The room was extremely run down, peeling paint, cobwebs and spiders, the 'grout' in the bathroom had been painted, and was peeling in places. The back of the bedroom door has splotches of different colour paint and tape stuck to it. Due to some of us having asthma we did not want to stay here, for numerous reasons - particularly the mould on the ceilings. We explained to the young girl at reception that we could not stay there due to the black mould on the ceiling and she happily gave us a refund - no further questions asked. We were pretty surprised at the state of disrepair that we didn't really even stay long enough to take photos - we just wanted to leave as soon as we could. We left immediately.

I stayed 4 nights in a one bedroom apartment. I was given a key fob for underground parking du to the length of my stay which was fantastic. I had a room right near receptions that was perfectly fine. As I left the reception staff apologised if it was noisy but I never heard reception noise much at all. Late at night when everything was quiet the vending machine was noticeable but as it not used a great deal this was not an issue. Unit was clean and tidy and had everything I needed in it. The drier is a bit tricky and does not dry the clothes completely so if needing instant dry this could be an issue. I just hung the clothes for a few hours on the airier Would definitely stay again..

Lovely people were willing to go the extra mile to make our stay as nice as it could possibly be. The hotel was close to food and to business so it made life easy as transport wasn't required. Our room was very nice and had all the features required to relax after a hard day's work thank you.

I booked a Classic Queen room and stayed for three nights. It was a late check-in and I had a small issue getting access to the room, but it was eventually resolved (and the manager was very apologetic.) The room itself was spacious but slightly unkept. There were a bit of stain on the carpet and some dust on the lamp shades and lighting. However, the bed was comfortable and in good condition. I wanted to give this a higher star, and would've given it 3.5 if possible, as the housekeeping was regular and the general amenities were good. Looking at the conditions in the images, I understand this hotel has suffered quite a bit under Victoria's various and repeated lockdowns, and their restaurant has been a casualty as a result. I would not be against staying again.
