Hotel terbaik di Oshawa

I am very disappointed in my stay at the towneplace suites oshawa. I arrived around 7pm with my family which consists of 2 children under the age of 5. As soon as we entered the room we immediately could tell someone had been smoking in there. Called front desk and they were booked solid for the night. They sent a lovely house keeping lady who used probably an entire bottle of “all natural” odor spray. She sprayed the walls, the carpets, the furniture (not the sheets) and the entire bathroom. So now not only did our room stink of smoke there was an extremely pungent smell of cucumber. I bit my tongue, we all went to bed and all (except the youngest who wouldn’t know what a headache was) woke up with screaming headaches in the morning. Walking into breakfast and seeing the amount of construction workers who stay there, the smoking situation did not surprise me. However, how it wasn’t noticed by anyone else (cleaning staff) is what does surprise me. What also surprises me is that I still paid full price for a disgusting stay that I had to endure with small children. I am sorry, but ehat is not acceptable. I have been a loyal Marriott bonvoy member for many years, and I am very disappointed in this stay and how the situation was handled. I would not recommend staying here and will not be back.

Stayed one night in June 2024. Booked a room with my points, got an upgrade to a suite due to my Marriott status. Arrived after midnight, front desk staff was friendly and helpful. The suite was very large, clean, modern. The bed was comfortable, bathroom clean, good quality towels. No odor in the room or in the hotel. We got a complementary breakfast, appropriate for this hotel level. There is a food stand across the lobby where one can get fancier food and drinks. Got a “breakfast bowl” and a cup of coffee for around 20 cad. We were very satisfied with our stay.

We stayed here December 30, 2022, as we were heading to Ottawa for New Years Eve early on Via rail and tried to avoid any inclement weather. Daniel on the front desk was amazing, very welcoming, and energetic. He was super helpful with our check-in and with questions about the restaurant attached to the hotel Wendel Clark's. The room was so spacious and had a spectacular view of the downtown area, I was pleasantly surprised the room was so big. Daniel asked me how the room was, and when I told him the room we were in in 618, he told me it was the best room in the hotel. The underground parking was a nice added touch, easy access to bring your luggage to your room and keep you out of the elements, especially in winter. I would definitely recommend this hotel and we will be back again soon.

All staff were super nice, helped when i needed it. The rooms were so clean and beyond my expectations!!

I really enjoy staying here when I’m having nights out with my partner. All staff are really nice! There’s not much to do there or around there but for a cheap night away it’s not bad!

Great staff (especially Joey & Megan), lots of seating for breakfast, very quiet even though it's right beside the highway. Room was very clean, bed very comfortable. Lots of restaurants that are easy to get to nearby. Only complaint is the sink in the bathroom - very high and quite a distance from the edge of the counter to the sink. Will be back to this one as it's a 1/2 way point for us visiting. We had a bad experience from another hotel in this chain, and I was ready to give up on it, but thanks to this place, we will continue to stay with the chain.

為了備考附近Durham College的考試，而提前一天入住這個最近的酒店。 訂了一個套房，感覺性價比很高，包早餐（雖然很一般）才750人民幣。房間很好，設施齊全，酒店的環境和服務也不錯。距離Durham更是衹有幾百米走路距離，很方便。 停車也很友好，我當天退房後還是繼續停車在那邊，等下午四點多考試完才去取，提前和前台都溝通好了。

Excellent location, excellent staff. One of the cleanest property, excellent facilities, Pool was something valuable, kitchen was added advantage to cook nice breakfasts as well. We will for sure come back.

We stayed here to avoid staying downtown Toronto and get a little better value for money. I was a quick 10 minute walk to the GoTrain station for a $10 ride (1hr) to Union Station. This is a viable option to avoid driving downtown. There are a number of restaurants in walking and a short drive away too. Check in was fantastic and quick with a nice employees who were fantastic. In fact, we left our car there for the day before checking in that night, and they had no issues. We would certainly say, the employees we interacted with were top notch. We had a nice room on the second floor and it was clean and comfortable. It was obviously recently renovated. We had a great nights sleep. There is a weight room and outdoor pool too, that looked good, but we didn't get a chance to use them. While the breakfast area was tight, it was clean, maintained, and had a good selection of food you normally see at a Holiday Inn Express. This will be an option the next time we are in the area.

Stayed at this motel on our way home from Toronto. Front desk person not overly friendly and did not accept my health card as ID? not sure why ,had to show my drivers license . Room was bare bones, bedspread was a sheet over a blanket not exactly impressive. When the air was turned off you could smell the stale smoke. Room was very small, no microwave but did have a fridge. The room itself was clean and for that we were happy . No pictures on the walls just bright orange contrast walls,which was not very appealing. Disappointed as from the outside the motel looked very inviting but it was a different story once we had settled in our room.
