Hotel Fassbind is more than a hotel it’s an experience. Dani and Linda were local experts on activities to do based on the weather time of year etc. The rooms are incredible filled with real wood furniture of high quality, the mattress was comfortable the view was incredible from the room and the dining area. Breakfast was filled with local delicacy and Dani allowed us to sample several cheeses and meats every morning.There was an honor fridge filled with quality drinks and alcohol. The location is directly on a bus line and very close to Schlidthorn which was the first recommendation we recieved which was absolutely incredible. It is also very close to the city center of Interlaken. I can’t say enough about the quality of my wife and I’s stay. Dani speaks very good English and German and a language barrier did not exist for us. Also Heidi and Erich were the sunshine of every morning. My family and I have a great time at Dorint. It is perfect for travelling with your family. It has the best view ever! Beautiful view of the Alpine mountains and the lake. They have free shuttle bus from the hotel lobby from/to Interlaken Train Station. It takes around 25 minutes, but the view of bus ride is amazing as well. The breakfast has great selections and tasty. The staff and managers from the hotel and restaurant are very professional and helpful. The team truly reflects the Assistant General Manager’s, great characters and leadership. Mr. König truly cares about his guest satisfactions, attentive, and friendly. Special thanks to Mr. König. This hotel is spacious, fun and relaxing. This is the perfect hotel if you want to visit Interlaken, as it has the best view. The hotel in Interlaken do not have this kind of view. Dorint also have more competitive price compare to the other hotel in Interlaken. We would definitely recommend this amazing Dorint to family and friends, and one day would come back again.

Die Zimmerausstattung ist einfach und eher auf 1* bis 2*-Niveau. Der Innenbereich des Hotels ist insgesamt recht abgenutzt und bräuchte eine grundlegende Renovierung. Obwohl bei der Buchung kostenloses Wifi angegeben war, hatte ich auf meiner ganzen Etage kein Wifi und es gab nur im und um das Foyer herum Empfang. Das Personal wirkte gestresst und recht überfordert. Weder bei mir noch bei einem anderen Gast lag eine Buchungsbestätigung und Zahlungsbestätigung vor, so dass ich zunächst doppelt bezahlen musste, später aber das Geld zurückbekam. Keine Empfehlung!

We visited Beatenberg as part of our road trip to Switzerland and amazed by the view of this village hence decided to checkout earlier from our hotel in Bern and stay in Stern hotel for the rest of our trip. We had a very nice, cosy, clean penthouse with a balcony and perfect view. I can’t recommend the host ( Vlad ) more than enough. His hospitality skill is fantastic and made us feel at home. He is a very social, kind gentleman who is always keen to support when needed. He advised us on the best attractions around the village and how to plan well for each day to enjoy the most. We all cant wait to return back Thanks for everything Vlad. Hope to see you soon again

I don't know why this is not a 4 star hotel instead of 3! Sonja runs an impeccable, darling Swiss hotel with comfy beds, an amazing sauna/spa and the most unforgettable dinner we've ever had! The views of the Alps from here were amazing! We found out that the 5 star hotels in town send their guests to Salzano for their dinner as it is that good. Sonja took time to explain every room of the sauna and how to best use it, even when the hotel was very busy. We needed laundry done and even though they usually need 48 hours in which to do it, she got it done in 36 as we had to leave. Superb EVERYTHING at this hotel - I cannot say enough! Thank you, Sonja and staff!!

A really nice place to stay in Interlaken. Good rooms, clean, cosy, good bed and nice bathroom. It’s a really nice old house. Nice staff, very helpful. There is enough place in their parking garage. The kitchen is open and breakfast is good, simple, but good. If you want to visit Interlaken; this is a really good place to stay!

The hotel is located about 650m from Interlaken West station. It is a direct, flat and easy enough walk, even dragging suitcases behind you. It is an old, traditional style building, with 2 sections - front and rear - with the rear section possibly a bit quieter than the front, from a traffic perspective, but the road is not overly busy anyway. The rooms are a little dated, but comfortable. We (a couple) were upgraded to a family room (mezzanine second bedroom) in the rear section, although the main area was still relatively small. The room had a balcony, which is always nice, but no fridge or air con. Two portable fans were in the room and these were needed, in conjunction with an open balcony door, given the days were hot and nights warm. However, the important things were good - a comfortable bed and a good shower. The staff were very helpful and friendly; the predominantly cold breakfast was quite reasonable; there was a bar/lounge on the ground floor of the rear section; the Old Town was a 10 minute walk and there were a number of restaurants within the same 10 minute walk, so the location was fine. All in all, although not really modern, it was comfortable and it provided a pleasant stay.

Easy to reach - Took bus 105 to our Hotel Beausite, enjoyed our complimentary cake and coffee after a long flight. 😋 can walk if you are up to it, ＜7mins... Super Warm and considerate hospitality from hotel owner Imi, reception staff John and Daisy. Our rooms are spacious, spotlessly clean and cosy! Imi upgraded us with a room with lift access for my elderly mum FOC, we are so blessed and thankful! 🙏🏻 Plus point - beautiful scenery from our hotel room!😍 Excellent spread of breakfast with cold and warm options too! John even helped us to order pizza and salad from his friend, which arrived within 20 minutes! Saving my elderly mom and us a trip to go down to Interlaken west to search for dinner! Will definitely stay with them if we are back!
