The dissatisfaction was more a product of the price than anything. The location relative to the airport was not great: a 10-15 min drive. The area was not sketchy in the sense it made me feel unsafe but certainly way more delinquent children than expected. However, was conveniently across the road from a supermarket with multiple cheap options for eating nearby as well. The staff at the hotel itself were great. The room was dingy ++, but was scrubbed as clean as they could manage, which must have been some task as bits were falling off.

Stunning view from a room window where you can see beautiful ocean if you’re assigned to oceans side! I really appreciated that they have bathtub as most of the hotels in Copenhagen doesn’t have it and it’s so relaxing to have a bathtub after busy day. Stuffs at the reception are kind and nice. Amenities are not so good though. With this price they should provide at least a kettle and a cup for tea/coffee/water. They don’t provide them which is weird as most of the hotel even budget hotels provide them so hope the hotel can consider it in the future. Reception gave me hot water but we need to go downstairs every time we need it which is very inconvenient. But it’s clean, new hotel and breakfast has many varieties which I really enjoyed. Long check-in and check-out time but the rest is good or excellent. The location is perfect for flight travellers. However, the check-in took a long time and I was the the fourth person in the line. The que was very long when i was checking in. I had to wait a long time (25-30 minutes). A couple and I tried to use the self check-in. But the self-checkin stations were not functioning. We had to go back to the long que. The ”receptionist” claimed (when I asked him during the check-in) that the waiting time (for check-in) is sometimes (amazingly) one hour. The ”receptionist” was alone. No other staff member helped him while several staff members just strolled around. The check-out took also a long time. A long que was built up, while the lonely ”receptionist” talked in the phone. He had a long phone conversation. None of the staff members helped him. The room was clean and quite. The breakfast was excellent. I give a relatively low rating due to the long check-in and check-out time. It is not specially customer friendly if you/the customer need/-s to stand one hour (in my case 30 minutes) in the check-in line after a 20 hours long flight route.

This was a great stay for a short layover with early flight out in the morning. The reviews were mixed, but the room was clean and comfortable! The only thing that didn't work was the self check-in. I assume because they needed to scan my passport. The employees were ok - not super friendly, nor were they mean. They were definitely just doing their job at 1am.

excellent location, very close to the metro station, just 2 stations from CPH airport. the room is just as fair as it is meant to be. no fridge, no air con, but a small fan. someday during my stay, they did not clean the room and did not change the towels that gathered on the floor. parking spaces are sufficient with a fee of 150 DKK per day. There are slow EV chargers nearby on the roadside.

Hotel bardzo kameralny atmosferą, choć wcale nie mały. Nie przypomina typowych hoteli formą i wystrojem, styl minimalistyczny. Nam bardzo odpowiadał praktycznością, świetnym skomunikowaniem i przestronnością pokoi. Dodatków plus za aneks kuchenny. Zlokalizowany w mieszkalnej dzielnicy. Przemiła i pomocna obsługa. Generalnie czysto i schludnie. Doskonała opcja na citybreak. Uwaga na miejsce na śniadaniach: restauracja nie jest duża, warto być wcześniej, by zająć własny stolik, bo robi się tłoczno w krótkim czasie.

我們2月入住了一個晚上是為了在哥本哈根換飛機，總的感覺還挺方便的，從機場出來乘一站火車（注意不是地鐵而且不是每一輛都會經過的一個小站，所以要問清楚不要上錯車），下車走5分鐘的路，基本是直線不大會走錯的。他們價格公道，附近有些偏僻但很安靜。房間設施和早餐都也不錯，前台很熱情會主動告知會機場的火車時刻表，所以對於臨時要住在機場附近的遊客來説是個不錯的選擇。

很好很好很好，除了位置是在building第一樓全是玻璃有點沒安全感之外，還有床有一點點🤏的軟，其他的都很好，check in前記得查看自己email，check email！check email！check email！很重要！因為沒有前台之類的，完全靠看了那email才知道房號跟秘密的！ 周邊就是超市跟一家好吃的日本餐。 空間很大，舒服方便！

The hotel is in a good place if you’re coming from the airport, just 15 minute by metro. It’s another 15 minutes by metro into the city. The hotel is good for a budget traveler. The breakfast is very nice, lots of different options to choose from. My room was on the bottom floor and it was little noisy at night being right next to the car park. The shower could use a door because it does get wet when you shower.
