Hotel terbaik di Nieuwveen

I really loved the view from my room (#1) and the room was spacious. I did not however find the room very clean. They need to get after the housekeeping staff. The room was very dusty and needs to be thoroughly vacuumed and cleaned. The windows, the trim, behind the night tables etc. The TV did not work and the staff kept bringing the wrong size pucks for the coffee maker. When I asked, they didn’t understand so I went and found some in the hallway. They also said they didn’t have Shampoo, but again I found some on my own. Their staff need proper training. I did not have dinner there but I did have some drinks on the patio with some friends and that was lovely. It is a very nice old building in a pretty location but there were definitely some deficiencies.

Kahvaltısı zengin, ekmekler taze, yiyecekler taze ve lezzetli. Patates çorbası olağanüstü, Ratatouille veganlar çok sevecek. Makarnaları ve tatlıları çok lezzetli. Kahve ve çayları ise çok güzel. Servis güleryüzlü ve nazik. Kaliteli bir restoran aynı zamanda keyifli bir konaklama için teşekkür ederiz. Balkonlu odası geniş, rahat ve konforluydu. Odadaki kahve ve çay ince keyifliydi. Tavanlar yüksek, oda rahat ve genişti. Harika bir işletme, servis ve kalite standartları yüksekti.

On October15,2022 we had a reservation made with Booking.com for a hotel room in Amsterdam at the Hotel Restaurant de Jonge Heertjes . Our reservation :2865761077 PIN:9811. We arrived late to the hotel because our flight was delayed.The hotel front door was locked and there was a note addressed to us to call a local phone number for help. We did call the number numerous times and banged on the door but no one answered.The taxi driver called the same phone number but there was no answer! It was 1 o’clock am so we drove from hotel to hotel 6 hotels in total until we found an available room to sleep.It happened to be over the weekend and all the hotels were full. A week later I e-mailed the property and managed to converse with Patty Hebing from the “hotel” administration and explained to her our miserable experience with the “hotel”. I send her pictures that I took that night at the closed hotel , I submitted receipts from the taxi that drove us from hotel to hotel until we found an available room and gave her the taxi driver information to contact him! She refused to believe us and she said that the hotel owner was there!!! So she stopped short of calling us liars!!. We asked her to refund our expenses for the night in total of 289.04 euros but she refused to do so!!! THERE IS NO ROOM FOR PEOPLE LIKE THIS IN THE HOSPITALITY INDUSTRY!!!

Prachtig design het hele hotel. Vooral de toiletten. Erg mooie en comfortabele kamers en het ontbijt was geweldig

Value for money is pretty fantastic. Was the cheapest hotel at schipol by a mile but in no way did it feel that way. Rooms are spacious, has a fridge and nespresso coffee machine. Only downside is there was no usb charging ports, luckily Ryan at reception in the evening and Gina in the morning were kind enough to give me their Own personal charges to make sure my battery didn’t run Out. They really didn’t have to do that so that was really appreciated. Breakfast was fantastic, long time since I had a polish inspired breakfast. Great value for money and would recommend

10/10 service, definitely a recommendation if staying in Amsterdam or close to Schiphol. The staff overall is very kind, but especially employees of the front desk. They give you a warm welcome and will do everything in order to make your pleasant as good as possible.

This hotel is so close to the airport !! It’s a plus if you just want to be close to the airport but not if you intend to go to Amsterdam . Cosy hotel feels like home . The rooms are decent but super dusty could be better in keeping it clean . The walls are thin too but surprisingly you can’t hear the planes after 10pm which was awesome . Theres a club next door but we were not effected because we were there on a weekday . The surprise was quality of food at the restaurant. The food was good & the service was nice .

On the disappointing side, the room didn't have enough general luminosity. The mattresses (2 singles) were minimally comfortable. The pillows (”one hard and one soft”) were probably the worst of everything! They were big and round and I couldn't use either one of them! On the positive side, the shower was very good and the personnel were friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was good although way too expensive (17.50 euros per person )! We, unfortunately, had probably one of the only rooms where 2/3s of the window faced a brick wall! This was rather unpleasant! Finally, the hotel was rather far from the center. We managed by taking 2 different buses to get there but there was no question of returning to the hotel at some point during the day. (Although not far from the airport, it is not a direct route and the taxi cost us 40 euros to get there.)
