I came with 24 Turkish group, all enjoyed the stay. All guests are very happy food also deleted beautiful location room also very clear everything was happy. Nice beach also the staff was very nice , Sithmini was the the hotel front office representative, She was smily and help ful

整個假期結束前，我們還是打算在科倫坡停留一天再走，於是依然定了這家酒店，早上十點辦入住，因為客人剛退房，我們需要等待打掃，就在邊上坐着，工作人員送上果汁，正是口乾舌燥時，那果汁猶如及時雨，一會兒，一位經理説打掃需要一點時間，請我們去吃自助早餐，我們婉言謝絕，畢竟這有點貴，然後我們去樓下商場吃了點東西，剛回來，經理又問是否可以請我們喝杯咖啡，我們愉快地接受了，同時很感動，因為這等待是我們自己提前入住造成的，但是酒店為了讓我們不至於因為等待時間久不愉快做了那麼多，非常感謝

As a practice I usually speak to several staff when I visit somewhere before making a genuine comment for the improvement of that organization. Seeing so many sad faces in this happy place, I deeply thought many times whether to write on this or not. Taking care of External Customers is a good thing as long as Internal Customers (your employees) also feel fairly treated. “Clients do not come first. Employees do. If you take care of your employees, naturally they will take good care of the clients.” Your staff doesn't look to be happy and as customers we can feel those things also. Note to management!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Mandarina Colombo, and overall, it was a positive experience. The hotel's location is convenient, situated in the heart of Colombo, making it easy to explore the city's attractions. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, providing a comfortable retreat after a day of sightseeing. The staff was friendly and attentive, always ready to assist with any inquiries or requests. The hotel amenities, including the on-site restaurant and fitness centre, added to the overall convenience of my stay. One highlight was the impressive view from my room, overlooking the cityscape. It added a pleasant touch to the overall ambience of the hotel. While the decor might not be the most modern, it exuded a classic charm that complemented the overall atmosphere. The complimentary breakfast offered a good variety of options, catering to different tastes. The culinary offerings were satisfying, providing a decent start to the day. However, it's worth noting that some areas of the hotel might benefit from a bit of updating, as certain furnishings showed signs of wear. Additionally, the Wi-Fi connection could be inconsistent at times. In conclusion, Mandarina Colombo offers a comfortable and convenient stay with friendly staff and decent amenities. It may not be the most luxurious option in Colombo, but it provides good value for those looking for well-located and welcoming accommodation.

My recent stay at Clock Inn Dehiwala was an absolute delight. The hotel location and exceptional service made it a memorable experience from start to finish. Upon arrival, the welcoming staffs Akash and Dara made me feel right at home. I arrived late at the night and check-in process was quick and smooth.Also they were giving me suggestions about my dinner for the night which is very thoughtful of them. The room was spacious ,clean and well decorated, bed and pillows are so comfortable and that makes me sleep like a baby through out the stay.The bathroom is like a half of the room size, shower area is seperated with glass doors. The breakfasts is excellent with a choice of continental and some local foods with fresh fruits, Juice and serials.Sangeedhaan is always will be there at live cooking station with a big smile to help you.The only suggestion I have is to have a cold milk during breakfast time. I really enjoyed the garden out side of the room where where you can enjoy complimentary coffee and tea through out the day . The housekeeping staffs, Neris , Kogul and Sagar is so friendly and always will be there to assist with a big smile. Specially Neris,he will always greeted with a big smile. Throughout my stay, the staff went above and beyond to provide excellent service. From the front desk to housekeeping, everyone was attentive and accommodating, making my experience even more enjoyable. In conclusion, Clock Inn Dehiwala exceeded my expectations. Whether you're visiting for business or leisure, I highly recommend this charming hotel for a wonderful getaway. I can't wait to return for another stay in the future.

The stay was marred by the fact that our Trip.com booking was not received by the hotel and as a result had to pay the hotel additionally and at a higher rate in order to stay. We have yet to get this resolved

I love this hotel I started my Sri Lanka trip here and rebooked on my return to Colombo. Great hotel, great prices, super clean, comfy bed, wonderful food, amazing pool and great staff hopefully I get to go back one day!!😀

Granbell colombo is the most beautiful city hotel in colombo , It offer really japanese hospitality experience , foods are really tasty , Hotel has most beautiful infinity pool at roof top. That experience is very attractive . Roof top bar is little bit crowded in weekend . But bar staff provide quick service. Also Room has consist with modern features . And Room has bath tab . It is really nice. Overall experience is really worth for money.staff was very friendly. Mihiranga from reception he helps us very friendly during our stay and restaurant staff Niroshan , kasun is very helpfull . We will definitely come back again . Thanks Granbell ❤

We were fortunate to be treated to lunch at the Indian Ocean Pavilion Restaurant The setting is stunning with views across the Galle Face Green towards the Indian Ocean. Range of seating options are available as befitting a restaurant of this calibre. The food was both varied and sumptuous. OD special note, quite obviously were the range of Indian delicious. Cooked to perfection with the perfect balance of spice and heat without detracting from the main ingredient of the dish. The Sri Lankan offering was also varied and well presented International offerings were more limited but what was presented was good The dessert offering was absolutely world class, in variety, presentation, innovation and quality Service however was mixed given the high standards expected. The entrance /reception at the restaurant could be better managed/trained, while food and drinks service had to be searched for on a day when the restaurant was not fully booked The service of the staff at the reception area however was of the highest standard of both honesty and training. I had left behind my wallet at the seating area at reception prior to joining our hosts for lunch. It was only after lunch that we discovered the missing walllet. More in hope than expectation we traced our steps back to reception to inquire. Was very pleased and relieved to note that the wallet had been found by the staff / contents, itemised /noted by the staff and promptly handed over Full marks and many thanks Suresh, Pasan, Rifas, Zaid and Rukshan

We visited C1 Fort hotel Colombo end March 2023, as a couple. The hotel is located in the center of Colombo, close to the Fort train station and World Trade Center. The location serves as an excellent starting point for exploration of Sri Lanka's biggest city. Modern and tidy reception floor and kind and smiling staff make sure that your needs are attended to quickly. We needed an early check-in and it was no problem to arrange it. The room was very big and featured good AC system. Prices are fair and affordable. Guests (especially smokers) will love this place because it features very big covered rooftop terrace, outfitted with ventilators. Morning cofee or a nightcap with a view to the city you will not forget. Right next to the hotel there is a bar where you can bring your drinks from, and just around the corner there is big souvenir shop (Laksala – State owned gift and souvenir shop) with low prices. If you are starting your Sri Lanka tour from here it may be advisable to buy some souvenirs here, because the same items will be considerably more expensive if you buy them elsewhere around the country. Currency exchange point is conveniently located 20m from the hotel entrance, tuk tuk ride as well. The Fort district with restaurants is 5 min walk from the hotel. When we come back to Colombo, we will certainly come back to stay at this place, there is no better recommendation.
