"Check-in was smooth and efficient, which we appreciated after a long journey. However, the room was uncomfortably warm due to the lack of proper air conditioning—only warm air circulated, with no option for cool air. While housekeeping emptied the bins daily, the bathtub was noticeably dusty and remained uncleaned throughout our stay. The in-room washing machine was another major issue. It was outdated and malfunctioned repeatedly. We attempted to do laundry at 10 PM, but the machine stopped twice due to errors. Despite two technician visits, the problem wasn’t resolved, and we had to manually complete the wash, finally getting to bed after 3 AM. The next day, the machine was replaced with a slightly newer model, but the inconvenience had already taken its toll. Throughout the ordeal, staff responses were limited to standard apologies, with no meaningful resolution or gesture to make up for the disruption. Overall, while the location and check-in process were satisfactory, the lack of maintenance and customer service left much to be desired."

"Its a very dated apartment, do not expect very clean floors or walls. mold around the sink and toilet floor edges are visible though to me acceptable for such an old apartment. The walls are very hollow, able to hear footsteps above us. Location is the only plus for this, about 3mins walk to metro station & couple of nearby bus stops. 10mins walk to shopping malls at Sanlitun. 24hrs convenient stall just below the apartment and a couple of decent restaurants and a bakery at the apartment building."

"It was very difficult to get hold of the host, who was in an apartment on the 26th floor. This probably would have been easier if I had managed to add him on WeChat. The apartment is not at all like it appears in the pictures. I don’t think the bathroom had been cleaned. It was full of hair, and there was an old comb on the floor. The bathtub was missing the plug, so it could not be used. The kitchen shown in the pictures does not exist. We also did not use the living room, partly because the window was broken and it was cold in there, and partly because there was a box of ******** on the table. I do not want to know the reason for that. I was there together with my daughter."

"Had an amazing stay here hotel had all the facilities and a quick walk to malls and train stations. The sleeping and living rooms were very spacious and washing machine was also handy. Overall a pleasant stay for our family of 4."

"Location - It was a short 30+ minutes drive from Capital Airport. The nearest underground metro station Dawanglu on Line 1 was a 15 - 20 min walk to SKP Mall, so it is not very near. There are also no convenience shops nearby but the Ziguangyuan nearby offers affordable halal breakfast. Cleanliness - We found some hair and dust on the floor of the room when we checked in. The hotel promptly cleaned the room after we have informed them. Service - Thank you for the early check-in. It was much appreciated after a long overnight flight. Facilities - Room had 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 1 hair dryer and 1 washing machine which we found very useful. The bottle of shower gel was rather small, and they could have provided extra toilet paper."

"I had a generally very good stay at the Marriott Executive Apartments. The hotel’s location is perfect for getting around Beijing, and the property itself was spotlessly clean. Most aspects of the stay were exactly what you would expect from the Marriott brand. However, there were a few inconsistencies: • Service: The quality of service really depended on who you were dealing with. Some staff members were excellent, while others seemed less attentive. A bit more consistency in guest relations would be a plus. • Room Service (Disappointing): We ordered a salad and some pizzas (Margherita), and honestly, it was not up to standard. The pizzas felt like they were frozen or pre-packaged; they definitely didn't taste fresh. For a Marriott property, I expected a much higher culinary quality. It was a real disappointment."

"Ia agak jauh dari pusat bandar Beijing, tetapi ia sangat mudah kerana ia terletak betul-betul di sebelah stesen kereta api bawah tanah dan 5 minit berjalan kaki dari pusat membeli-belah yang besar. Di samping itu, kakitangan bertindak balas dengan segera apabila ditanya, dan sangat baik dan sempurna. Hotel ini terletak di satu tingkat bangunan pangsapuri, dan tiada papan tanda, jadi sukar untuk mencari lokasi. Perlukah saya menyemak cara masuk sebelum pergi?"
