"Convenient location. Friendly staff with great service. Our room was very clean and an excellent value for a family of four with two separate bedrooms, kitchen and 3 bathrooms. A huge soaking tub which we didn't try but looked clean. Breakfast had a nice selection by US standards with a mix of western and eastern choices, omelette bar and a rotating selection of noodles/soups and hot items. The only negative was our washer/dryer did not do a good job. In fact, our clothes came out smelling very musty and stinky so we had to send them out for professional laundry which cost so much."

"I am staying there for my summer job. The Hotel apartment has washer and dryer in the room which is v convenient. It also has free luggage storage which I use when I go somewhere for the weekend. The staff are v helpful. They also have a 2 bedroom apartment when my parents come to visit. The location is perfect ad there are shopping malls and restaurants within walking distance."

"We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights. When we arrived, it was still earlier than the official check-in time, but the front desk kindly allowed us to check in early, which was greatly appreciated. The room itself felt a little dated and seemed not to have been renovated for some time. There were also quite a few black stains in the bathroom, so the cleanliness could be improved. Overall, it was still acceptable. However, on the first night, a strong cigarette smell suddenly filled the room. Although the floor was supposed to be non-smoking, the smell of smoke was noticeable both inside the room and in the corridor, which affected our stay. The next day, we requested a room change. The front desk staff were very helpful and arranged a different room type for us. Although the new room no longer had a view of the Bird's Nest, it was free from cigarette smoke and much more comfortable. A special thank you to the front desk team for their prompt assistance and excellent service. Their efforts greatly improved the rest of our stay."

"Overall, the stay was fine, but I don’t think it was really worth the price. The apartment itself was good — spacious, clean, and exactly as shown in the photos. The location was also decent. What I didn’t like: 1. Breakfasts were quite weak. They offered four options, and we tried them all — none were really good. For example, the sandwich was made with very poor-quality bread. The only thing we truly enjoyed were the fruits — not a lot of them, but always fresh and delicious. To be fair, the staff were kind and tried to help — for instance, one day I asked for a takeaway breakfast box, and although they said they normally don’t offer that, they still prepared one for me. We also asked for tea with breakfast (not included), and they made it for us. So the service was nice, but overall, the breakfast itself was disappointing. 2. The room was very cold. The floor was freezing, and the air conditioner didn’t work for heating. When I asked the staff, they said there was nothing they could do and that they didn’t have any heaters available. I found that quite strange — considering some reviews had already mentioned the same issue, it would make sense for the hotel to simply buy a few small heaters. 3. The shower door was installed incorrectly, leaving a large gap that let water leak out onto the bathroom floor every time we used it. The floor was constantly wet, and my wife even slipped once (fortunately without injury). 4. One of the power outlets might have damaged my charger. It was new and worked fine before, but after plugging it in the living room, it stopped working. The staff checked the outlets and said everything was fine. I can’t be 100% sure it was the hotel’s fault, so I’ll just mention it as a note. Overall, nice apartment and friendly staff, but for the price, I expected a bit more comfort — especially better heating and breakfast. All of these issues are quite small and easy to fix, and if they were addressed, I’d definitely say the hotel is worth the price."

"Had an amazing stay here hotel had all the facilities and a quick walk to malls and train stations. The sleeping and living rooms were very spacious and washing machine was also handy. Overall a pleasant stay for our family of 4."

"Thought its hotel, but it was an apartment. Paid 70+$ plus per night fee. Location wise okay, but don’t even have a coffee sachet or tea bag. First day we arrived, food was inside the fridge believe by previous guest. Toilet was not very clean, hair inside the bath room. Cleanliness a bit weak. A lot of water bottles given in second day. Thanks for that. Mattress is okay, we sleep well tho. Not sure the price paid was match with what we get. Thanks"
