"Our first stay in Yunan. Arrived ard 9pm due to flight delay. Nice design on the building. Consider spacious in the room, quite clean too. The only thing is no one at front desk. Looking sometimes for the toothbrush, and only one left at receptionist counter. It is not a walking distance to ancient city, so we rent a bike from the owner as the way out to the main road is too dark and too far."

"經朋友推薦，我們選擇入住下關洱海天域公寓，我們一家是假期從昆明開車去大理。房東是個熱心大姐，親自來停車場迎接我們，還幫忙提行李。房子是大姐的，房間乾淨整潔，比較大，兩室兩廳一廚一衞，兩個陽台，傢俱電器一應俱全，房間家電上還貼有大姐提供的旅遊攻略，有種回到家的感覺。在客廳、主卧就能看到洱海。樓下一條街都是飯店，過個路口就是下關碼頭、興盛大橋。畢竟是老下關，一切都很方便👍臨走時，因為娃娃做作業，大姐還同意延遲退房，一次愉快的旅程！"

"Nice place with a super helpful host for a fair price. Though you need to know the following: 1) The place is an apartment over two floors located within a residential tower. Therefore, it is perfect for families or groups of friends. For single travellers or couples, it might end up feeling like a shared flat that you a sharing with strangers. We were lucky and were the only guests. I can imagine that you will not enjoy much privacy and silence if all rooms are rented out. 2) The seaview is half-way blocked by another building, which is not shown on the pictures. A big plus for me is the decent gym, which is located in a near-by hotel. All in all, we enjoyed our stay and recommend the place if you can accept the points mentioned above."
