在大理一眾民宿中訂到安秋居真是我們的幸運，位置去哪裡都方便，白族風情的四合院，非常非常安靜，衞生更是不用説，超級乾淨，床品等日常用品都是用心挑選的，我們在這裏住的很舒心，老闆也特別好，我們早出晚歸的，都會等我們回再把外隔間門關上，早餐也非常用心，下午還會準備水果和晚安甜品，喜歡這種精緻用心經營的民宿，相信住過沒人會不喜歡的～

Hotel as advertised. If you like the proximity to both the ancient town and Shuanglang, the location is perfect. As it is a small establishment, the staff are very attentive and easy to reach via Weixin prior to check in. During our stay they had also proactively offered afternoon snacks, mid night sweet soup AND your breakfast preference the following day. The room is very spacous with 2 sides of the 'walls' replaced woth ceiling to floor glass. However, do be informed that the toilets and shower doors are transparent 🙈

This is probably one of the best hotels my family and I have stayed in. Not only was the location amazing (the hotel overlooks the Erhai and Cangshan, making breakfasts and any meals eaten extremely picturesque and peaceful) but the staff was incredibly kind, doing everything they could to ensure we were comfortable with our stay. On the day of our arrival, a staff came to pick us up from the taxi and carried our luggage to the hotel, making sure we wouldn't get lost. On our last day, another staff member took us to the bus station, carrying our bags and waiting until the bus came to pick us up. The hotel is located just off the main street, still next to the main shopping area, but allowing for a more quiet and peaceful environment. Everything about this hotel is beautiful, from the furniture to the rooms to the plants. We would highly recommend coming to this hotel, and we will definitely be staying here again. Our stay at this homestay was amazing! The hosts were incredibly friendly and welcoming. They took the time to give us a detailed introduction about the area, including places to visit, areas to avoid, and plenty of great recommendations. They even upgraded both of our rooms for free, which was such a pleasant surprise. The rooms were very spacious and comfortable. They also have two adorable dogs, Shiyi and Huanxi, who are super cute and made our stay even more enjoyable! The breakfast mixian was absolutely delicious, and the entire place had a very warm and cozy atmosphere. The hosts were extremely thoughtful and attentive throughout our stay. We truly felt at home and would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area! 这次入住体验真的很好！老板人特别热情友善，一到就很详细地给我们介绍附近值得去的地方、避坑建议，还有很多美食推荐，超级贴心。还免费帮我们升级了两个房间，房间宽敞又舒服。 民宿里还有两只狗狗，十一和欢喜，真的超级超级可爱🥹！早餐的米线也很好吃，整体环境很舒服，能感受到老板一家都很用心，让人有回家的感觉。非常推荐！😬

Cloudland Seaview Hotel is located just right facing Erhai on one of the stretches of the Ecological Corridor; the Seaview family room I reserved has a panoramic window with beautiful views of Erhai. There are many bicycles and electrical motorcycles for rent to cruise the Ecological Corridor just right outside the Hotel. Though cars are not allowed into the hotel due to the narrow alleys, but the hotel has Buggy that are able to ferry the patrons and luggages into the hotel, just need to arrange with the front desk before arrival. I'm truly impressed by the free flow of specialty coffees offered by Cloudland Seaview to their patrons, if you're a coffee lover, this is indeed a coffee paradise :) One suggestion is perhaps to prepare plant-based milk for customers whom are lactose intolerant or vegan. The room is tastefully decorated, spacious and clean, amenities are superb! A Set Breakfast is included with Rice noodles soup, yogurts with fresh fruits, soy milk & hard boiled egg. Last but not least, the staffs are incredibly friendly and very helpful! Kudos to the team! I'll definitely come back again the next time I visit Dali.

原本訂兩晚、剛入住房間就後悔、硬是忍到半夜、實在太吵了、聯繫攜程處理提前退房。 大理洱海公園希爾頓花園 整體沿襲HILTON成熟的品牌水準，放到海外、歐美、東南亞等，大理洱海公園希爾頓花園算得上出眾。因為海外不少同級四星、五星酒店配套簡陋，沒有送餐機器人，想吃外賣必須親自下樓自取，也不配備全天候自助洗衣房，對比之下、這家酒店硬件底子是優秀的。 可放在中國差距就大了 因為同等預算，能挑選的住宿很多，和亞朵、華住旗下一眾四星連鎖酒店對比，希爾頓花園並沒有優勢。 先分享好的：服務滿分💯 💜酒店全員服務態度沒得挑，前台、保潔以及各個崗位工作人員謙和有禮。好服務，撐起了整間酒店口碑。 衞生4.5分、因為我觀察到、保潔阿姨們幾乎沒閑着、不間斷清掃地面、擦拭玻璃窗、她們即使是乘坐電梯時、也在細緻打理電梯扶手與鏡面玻璃。 ❌酒店的缺點： 外觀裝修大氣開闊，室內軟裝陳設看着上檔次，衹可惜好看衹停留在表面、奢而不實。 我分到升級後的山景房型，才發現，不是世外桃源的山景，是直面臨街馬路，是商業街後面的山景。 白天來往車流，人聲喧鬧，隔壁樓層裝修聲，尚且可以外出閑逛躲開噪音，到了晚間才算真正難熬。 客房牆體隔音超級差，像紙糊的豆腐渣工程，隔壁房交談聲、整個樓層的關門響動、聽得一清二楚，夜裡完全睡不好覺。 健身房有電動窗簾、可是、不實用 客人不能自己手動開關、必需得呼叫前台、工作人員來開關、因為遙控器衹有一個、然後電動窗簾還故障了。 健身器材是比亞朵和華住會的酒店多、可是、敗在細節“窗簾”、拉垮健身體驗感。 電動遮光窗簾，工作人員專程來操控降下窗簾，沒過片刻，簾體就自動回彈往上收起，想遮擋強光衹能反覆致電前台派人過來調試，一趟趟找人幫忙關窗簾實在折騰。 健身器械全部緊貼超大落地玻璃 大理紫外線很強，白日陽光透過整塊玻璃直直往裡照射，健身鍛鍊沒窗簾，全程等同於暴曬烘烤，悶熱刺眼。 洗衣機、烘乾機、有自助洗衣房、可是洗烘時間很長、亞朵或華住會、半小時烘乾了、希爾頓要烘兩個小時。 細節短板：亞朵或是華住會、洗烘衣服時、會有紙幣讓你填寫房號、工作人員也會主動幫忙烘、疊衣服、或是送回房間、暖心且方便。 但是、大理洱海公園希爾頓花園酒店、沒有這個服務、不僅洗烘時間長、全程衹能自己看管衣物，沒有工作人員協助收納打理，瑣碎小事格外耗費精力。 諸多小瑕疵都可以將就包容，但住宿噪音問題實在沒法勉強將就。 旅居度假，最核心剛需是安靜。 外表裝潢再精緻、服務禮數再周全，倘若沒法給到住客靜謐休憩空間，終究很難在內卷中留住回頭客源。

The hotel staff were very friendly and welcoming, and the property was well-maintained and tidy. The mattress was very comfortable, and the breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options. The location was also very convenient, with easy access to shopping, dining, and other necessities. One suggestion would be to include the hotel's Chinese address on booking platforms, as it could make it easier for Chinese-speaking travelers to use ride-hailing services. Overall, the hotel was very quiet and provided a comfortable and relaxing stay.

I stayed at Darling Darling Villa and overall had a pleasant experience, with a mix of highlights and a few areas that could be improved. Location: The villa is conveniently located about 10–14 minutes from Dali Ancient Town, which makes it easy to explore while still enjoying a quieter stay. Room & Facilities: The room was very spacious and big, which was a huge plus. The bathtub was exceptionally large, easily fitting a family of four. However, the area where the tub connects to the floor showed cracking paint, which suggests some lack of maintenance. The steps leading up to the bathtub were also quite slippery, so caution is needed. The toilet area lacked sufficient lighting and did not have an enclosed space. Considering that food in Yunnan often makes bowel movements very “smooth,” the ventilation for odors was rather poor, which could be uncomfortable. There were also flies around the shower area, which was not very pleasant. The basin was slightly low for face washing, but still manageable. Service: The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. They assisted with carrying our luggage during both check-in and check-out, which was much appreciated. For foreigners, do note that check-in may take longer due to the registration process. Communication via WeChat was fast and responsive, which made things very convenient. One suggestion: please provide clear instructions for using the washing machine—I had some difficulty figuring it out. Thankfully, the staff kindly helped me. Thank you, 小哥哥! 🥺 Rooftop & Views: The rooftop view was stunning, perfect for stargazing. However, we visited during winter and it was extremely cold, so dress warmly if you plan to spend time there. Transportation: The drop-off area is located in a narrow alley, so be sure to inform your cab driver in advance. Otherwise, you may need to carry heavy luggage from the main road, which can be inconvenient. Overall: Darling Darling Villa offers great views, spacious rooms, and genuinely warm service. With some improvements in maintenance, lighting, ventilation, and cleanliness, it could be an even better stay.

I booked a two-night stay here and had high expectations for my vacation. However, the first thing that happened was an extremely uncomfortable check-in. Two female staff members were incredibly unfriendly; the hotel had no elevator, and there was no luggage porter. One staff member even insisted we carry our large luggage ourselves because the hotel didn't have an elevator. The free hot pot meal was only for the broth; the side dishes had to be ordered separately. We booked four rooms, but when my friend couldn't eat the spicy broth and asked for a different broth, we were charged extra. The hallway lights are turned off after 10:30 PM, so if you're returning late, you'll have to use your phone's flashlight to find your way. The photography service was also unsatisfactory. We had four rooms, but only two were photographed. I requested that the photographer let me go first and the other person take photos later after changing clothes, but the photographer was unhappy and insisted on taking photos at the same time. The photographer, in particular, did not have a friendly or open attitude, nor the manner of a professional service provider. Breakfast was delicious and suited our taste, but the staff were somewhat negligent in their service. We ordered our main course first but were served later, or they forgot to include the side dishes. On check-out day, the hotel scored points with the extremely enthusiastic assistance from a young man in a blue jacket (29/4). The staff member in the blue jacket was very professional, coordinating everything and seemingly understanding that I wasn't entirely satisfied with the hotel. He coordinated everything, from carrying our luggage from the room to the lobby to taking it to the taxi, working with the photographer, and even offering us complimentary tea as an apology and thank you for our stay. Overall, aside from the issues that affected our mood on the first day, the hotel was quite comfortable and clean, worthy of a vacation (although a bit far from the city center). If the hotel can address these shortcomings, I think this will be a wonderful experience for us. Best regards.

Very nice owners and spacious room. We even got hot milk in the evening and plenty of drinks to stay hydrated and they helped us carry the suitcases. The room and hot tub itself is really nice, but the view shown on the booking itself is not the same as the real view. I attached a picture taken there to show you the real view. You can still see the pagoda, but note that it is hardly visibly in the dark (no lights on it) and there is an electricity cable in front of it, which makes the view less. For the rest the stay has been really nice and they did everything they could to make our stay pleasant, so I would really recommend it.
