Customer service here is very bad. I don’t under why they have a phone number when they don’t pick calls and reply emails.

Great place to stay whilst on the island. Lovely staff with the beach literally on your door step. Can easily walk to nearby dive shops and restaurants 😊

A horrible facility. Dirty, slow service. There are young women working the front desk and restaurant and lacked any enthusiasm for the job. Never once asked how they could help us. We had ants crawling all over our breakfast table and they did nothing about it. Would serve us foo but provide no utensils. There were huge red branches hand rails leading up to the entrance so you couldn’t use them with out getting attacked. Same with the wash station for sandy feet. It was infested with red ants. They also allowed shirtless customer into the dining area and we subject to unbearable body odor. The oldest woman who I assume is the manager /owner was the only person who seemed professional but only saw her twice during the stay. It was an awful experience.

Pros: The property is located very near the port (5min walk). It is also situated at the beach front, near restaurants. Cons: 1. It’s old. Though old, it could have been better if cleanliness is maintained 2. The staff are not so warm and welcoming. 3. The water in the shower is a bit salty. Seems like the water coming out of the faucet is from the ocean :) Hope the management will clean the property well. It really has a good potential considering the location.

Amazing location right next to the beach, spacious balcony (with a line to hang wet clothes) overlooking beach on either west or east side. Friendly staff and nice breakfast. No WiFi in the room available though, have to go reception area for WiFi. The room is clean but I did find two cockroaches (one of those damaged the O-rings on my diving flashlight when it was drying overnight) and there were ants on the balcony and bathroom too. There was no big bucket to soak swimming/diving equipment that many other hotels provide, you can use the ones at dive shops but I would prefer if there was bucket big enough to put camera/computer/mask/clothes etc in and soak it in warm water for an hour. Overall it's good value for the price.

Fantastic stay right at the beach!

The staff was very friendly and the location is close to everything. The breakfast was great. I got an update when I visited which made the experience even better than I expected. The wifi is only available in the lobby or the beach, where there are always some people trying to sell you something. If you don't mind them and are not addicted to the internet, this is a good place to stay. The beach area near the hotel has a lot of things to see when snorkeling, so this is an awesome place to stay. Highly recommended.

Worst hotel I have ever stayed at. Pay extra for AC and wifi but the wifi is only available in the reception area. They never cleaned my room even once despite me staying for 4 days.

Overall, everything is in line with the price, the staff is nice, the Wi-Fi doesn't work everywhere, as is the case with the whole island in general, the connection is poor

Convenient location, 5 minutes walk from the port, beautiful view from the room to the sea, large spacious room with air conditioning. We were upgraded for free. Delicious breakfasts, Filipino, American, you can order additional dishes. The hotel is located next to the bay, where you can meet baby sharks. Right next to the hotel there are a lot of starfish.

Excellent location! You can see the sea and the sunset from the balcony, it’s so beautiful! Different breakfast options every day! If you need to go diving very early, they will prepare a lunch box for you and you can take your breakfast downstairs. What a great service! There is a diving shop next to it. Just go diving at the appointed time every day and then go out.

15 years ago, it was a great place with good facilities. However, it is inevitable that the building will age over time. It was cleanly managed and the staff were friendly, but the facilities are old, so please take that into account. It is close enough to walk from the dock where the boats land. The building is located on a high place, so the view is very good. They provide an average breakfast for free, and you can have a fantastic experience of eating while looking down at the great view in a restaurant with a good view. It is located in a place with good wind, so you can get by with just a fan, but if you don't like the heat, it would be a wise decision to choose an air-conditioned room. If I come here again next time, I would definitely upgrade the room class and visit again.

Great hotel on a paradise island. Not far from the pier where the boats from Maya come. Nearby is a restaurant and a dive center where we booked shark dives. Also nearby there are always guys who can organize a boat ride or snorkeling on the island. We are very happy
