Food, staff and services is awesome. My personal advise to everyone whenever you plan vacation stay here. We have enjoyed the stay at jk Clarks excita Dalhousie staff was very nice and helpful like jeevan sharma ,norang and Sachin. We will visit again......

Amazing Location with courtesy & helpful staff . Food was delicious with lots of varieties. Loved the stay which was very relaxing Outside - top terrace is one of the best location of the hotel. Would love to visit again during winters to enjoy the snow.

The hotel is modern and well maintained, with a design that had to, of necessity, adapt to the steep hillside on which it is built. Our room was comfortably appointed with a balcony with an uninterrupted view over the valley. Unfortunately the air-conditioning in our room would only heat, so we had to leave our balcony door open at night to cool the room. We also found the muzak playing in the corridor irritating in our room. The service in the restaurant was over-attentive and nervous, with sport showing on the numerous TV screens it was not a relaxing place to eat. It was a comfortable place to stay for one night.

- The staff is very courteous, front desk people, restaurant, room service and all. - Room was well made, nice furniture, curtains and had a good valley view. - Open air restaurant is cherry on the cake where one can enjoy cool breeze while watching big screen projector.

Rooms are clean and food is awesome , Hospitality is also very good . Specially Jain food was extremely well made with perfection. Staff are very friendly,co-operative and well behaved. Rooms have a good scenic view with amenities and artifacts all round. Arun and sonu thakur was very good at service

It was a great stay...hotel staff was very cooperative ...food was delicious ...it is a must visit hotel ..i would recommend this hotel to everyone who visit's dalhousie ...amenities were good it also has gaming zone and food is served with live music the voice of the artist was awesome .

Had an outstanding vacations with jk clarks dalhousie.it was wondering experience. Food was tasty and service they provide were promoted in all way they accommodate. On of the best view we enjoyed from there rooftop terrace. All staff members were very courteous. Like jeevan ,norang and Sachin. We will visit again

An exceptionally happy stay experience we had at Best hotel of Dalhousie. Jk Clarks have a breathtaking view from balcony. Suite room amezing , view is outstanding and food , service everything is amezing. Jeevan and sanjay at front desk was extremely professional. Best of luck to all team . We will visit again.
