Re: Problems with our Agoda Booking: Booking ID 1056014181 Property: Aeon Towers, Davao City, Philippines. Please keep in mind we are thousands of kilometres from home and have never been treated like this before. This is now an emergency situation due to the safety of our young child. It seems the management here, along with the owner of this property, would like us to leave today as we are in the way of their building schedule. Trust me, this is a very inconsiderate management and OWNER. This building and its surroundings are not child friendly as hoped and the worst we have experienced. There are no established foot paths directly outside and we take a risk every time we need to go for food. I am now very depressed that I have failed to give my son and partner a safe and peaceful holiday. We have been lied to about the fact that this property is a safe and quiet residential address. By rights "everyone has the right to the peaceful enjoyment of their property". We are not living in a boarding house. We live quietly. We do not drink or smoke. This is our first holiday in five years. Yesterday about five people came to our door from management, and this felt very intimidating. Where is the law to protect us? We have put so much faith in Agoda to place us in a quiet and safe environment. Take it from me that Aeon Towers is a CONSTRUTION SITE and not a family friendly place to stay. I rented a condo, supposedly for 5 months, checked in on 09/06/23. Since that day until 09/13/23, that was the only time she told me the code for the wife, I was so helpless as Jean Posesano never contacted me for any walked through, for any infos about the condo that I rented, no informations about the rules and regulations and when she would set a date with me, she would try to cancel and postponed the time at least 4 times, so unprofessional, no idea about rental and no idea about dealing with clients nor tenants. Finally, I found out about the ways and rules of the rental just few days ago, I am so exhausted and so disappointed, I finally told her to cancel my lease and that I am moving out. She ruined my vacation, beware with this woman, Jean Posesano.
